    My product reached the Ludhiana Hub & is not getting moved from there. The delivery was promised for the 1st of August 2022. There is no update on the current status of the product.

        I ordered shoe but ur delivery partner delivered wrong item.when i returning this they told me we didn't delivered this package.and the manager at Ekart office in gunupur (765022) is very wrost Behaviour.

                      I have orde a item on[protected]. And order was prepaid. Order delivery date was[protected].
                      Orde id is. (KETCH[protected]_BLR[protected]
                      But on day of delivery i didn't get call from delivery boy and he didn't even came to my address. And on evening i see that tracking website show that item was delivered at 12 pm. How's it possible. .
                      Even i have called on getketch customer care number. He said we will raise your complaint but i didn't get response.

                            I have raised one replacement request in Flipkart and Flipkart aproved my replacement and seller courier my order but now my order is available locally with courier service provider but courier service provider deney to pickup and deliver to me.

                                  My consignment from Flipkart through FMPC[protected] is scheduled for delivery on 27.07.2022. even after 4 days of expected delivery it is not delivered.. today it is out for delivery but not yet delivered.. I am receiving poor response from your delivery agent.. we never experienced such a poor service from any delivery agent.. please advise your delivery agent in time/ being responsible and respect customers sentiment.
