        My delivery order was SRTP[protected]. The delivery guy was absolutely rude. Refused to listen to me. Asked me to come down to collect the order and when I said I couldn't, despite me telling him to not give it in anybody else's hand, he gave it to the guard and marked the order as complete. Absolutely appalled by the sheer lack of manner, etiquette and decency.

            Hello Ekart Logisys,
            On 8th August 2022 your Wishmaster came to my home with my parcel but I was not in my house I was in the office on that day he called me & I told him please come tomorrow that is 9/8/2022 he said ok call me I tried to call him on Tuesday but his number was not reachable Today is 13th of August 2022 Still Parcel not received

            Such a bad experience with Ekart.

              This Company has taken their customers for granted and they think that the way they work is going to stay forever, Not once or twice or thrice but more than 10 times i have faced problems with this particular Logistics team,
              Parcel reaches to the nearest hub but they don't update it on the same day, then next day when they update that the parcel is in the nearest hub but still it takes more 24hrs for Out for delivery, these Guys are lazy and they work as they are the only logistics available, don't know why Foolish Flipkart has tied with them.

                  I have ordered some products from my regular vendor on 27th July 2022 to Hyderabad. They sent through EKART, parcel came to Hyderabad on 31st July itself. I understand it'll take 3-4 days to come near by, but now today date is 13th August I still didn't get my product. The last update was on 8th August, that tok vendor called to courier service to deliver on or before 9th. That's it I didn't get any call or message regarding delivery. Such a worst courier service I ever seen in my life. I tried calling near by hub and all they don't answer the calls. Why they kept these services?

                                I order this item on 4th August and yesterday the item was out for delivery but the delivery was not attempted and they not informed me when delivery came and not called me suddenly they cancelled my order because the reason customer rejected but I'm not rejected because the delivery boy not considered me how can I reject that order I was angry about that because nearly 10 days I waited for that order I want my order back

                                    I have ordered a parcel from flipkart but due to size variation i have requested for exchange with small size. the delivery date was 8th august and i received a message says that its out for delivery on the same date, i have waited till evening but i didint received any call. since its was my office address on 9th aug was holiday for me, the person called me at 11:45 so informed him that i m on holiday and i will be available on 10 aug( next day) and he said ok for that, but evening i got a message says that its already delivered,

                                    Since i asked for exchange once, i dont have an option for exchange again so i need to return the product and order again but the offer ended and i need to pay 50rd extra for the ecart persons mistake.

                                      My oder 120605 from Faritha.com with Tracking WSPP[protected], my phone number was written by
                                      mistake as 198633xxxx instead of 986233xxxx. So, I could not receive an OTP for delivery. The shipment
                                      was taken back by the delivery personnel because of this. Now the shipment was marked RTO. I've tried to send email, but could not deliver. I also tried to contact by phone, this also failed. I want them to deliver my shipment. The delivery personnel clearly knows me and my address.

                                      The Shipment was marked RTO on 10th August, 2022. Since then there's no update. The shipper still not receive the returned item till now i.e. 23rd August, 2022.
                                      This type of problem happens to me before. Ekart should send OTP not only to Mobile but also to Email. Their Emails are FAKE, not able to deliver. Ekart sucks...

                                        Hello,
                                        I recently ordered apple airpods via flipkart.
                                        The seller is appilestores.
                                        They delivered me it via ekart courier on 23 july 2022
                                        Then after, the airpods are fake and they are from some company named prince. seller had also accepted my return request on 4 august 2022.
                                        The pick is also assigned to ekart logistics.
                                        On 6 august 2022, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup". The wishmaster refused to pickup my order. This happened around 3 times. Then today also i got the same message, So i called the wishmaster and he said " management ne pichhe se mana karte hain daily apka pick up uthane ke liye islye maine nahi aata. Ye muje assign kar dete hain phir mana kr dete hain ki yaha se pickup nahi lana"
                                        So what is about service???
                                        Ekart wishmaster even not visited me to check the item and he is refusing and postponing pick up but the management is asking him not to pickup the product for refund.
                                        So who is responsible for my 18039 rs if pick up is not done.
                                        This is all due to worst service of "ekart logistics" and flipkart. Please help me.
