I ordered a product on Flipkart and the delivery was with ekart logistics but even before Flipkart have shipped my product I got a fake message saying we tried reaching you but failed. I have never experienced such a pathetic service from ekart logistics before kindly look into the matter and secure your service from any malpractice.

      We are a small business from Chattarpur, we use pickrr and they sometime in turn use ekart for delivery. The ekart is regularly stealing items from the packets, whenever there are two times, they steal 1 and deliver one to customers. Customers come back complaining that the orders are not delivered correctly. This is now a regularity. This is pathetic service from Ekart, flip kart should look into it or they are not going to last long in the market. Hopefully someone reaches out to resolve this.

        Delivery boy from last 2 days faking delivery rejection by customer and updating status "Unsuccessful Delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)" which is completely lying.
        I've not received a single call or a visit from the delivery boy on my door.
        When I'm trying to call him back, he's not picking a call.

        Request you to take action before I escalate up the ladder.

          These ekart wishmasters are doing very disappointing service in Shahpura jaipur area.
          They don't deliver the product and send the message that they have delivered product.
          They don't attempt pickup of the return product and cancel the return request without asking customer.
          They are doing very much fraud in our area.
          Please do some helpful.

              This is the first time ever I am facing this issue. I planned something for my loved ones and ordered few items from Flipkart.

              But it is not delivered yet to me. And status is showing as delivered. I have not received any thing. I checked with neighbour also.

              Previously whenever I was getting any courier they use to call me and I go to downstairs to collect but this time I did not received any call as well.

              I have already raised query on the same day when I got the delivered message.But it's been 2 days and still I am waiting for any reply. As I told that it is important to receive that parcel before 20july.

                Product dispatched to my nearest hub on 11/7 /22 but still not delivered .why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

                  I was tracking the courier since I got massage my order from gadget destiny got shipped.it was out for delivery on 14th of July but it was not delivered yet to me but they marked as delivered.on top of it no message or anything regarding to delivery executive or not atleast a message.no scope or way to contact ekart people in Hyderabad and all numbers existing in google are not reachable.

                  So please help me in getting my order or refund my amount

                  They are not getting into contact and no proper status on tracking My order is not delivered but they marked it as delivered They (gadget destiny)are not refunding my amount either

                  MY issue is not resolved.i have ordered through gadget destiny they are telling they won't refund as order is in delivered status but it is not delivered to me.nither i got a message or call from ekart before changing to the status delivered

                    My complaint is regarding this Flipkart order OD[protected].
                    I placed a return request of this product and today is the pickup day.
                    Wishmaster called me that he had to be picked up the product, I said that I will met after two hours
                    Then around 2pm today I hit a msg that your return request is cancelled due to product mismatch.
                    I want to know that no one came to pickup then why product mismatch?
                    Please take suitable action against wishmaster, due to his wrong action I had to suffer mentally and physically

                          Delay in Delivery when product is already shipped

                          The shipment has reached at the hub nearest to my address on 9th July. Since then it has been roaming in and out of the Ekart facilities every day and the delivery has been delayed.

                          I have been getting constant updates about my package (has been shipped, etc.) I also have a tracking ID. It's a courier received to Ekart from ShipRocket.
                          When the Ekart delivery person came with the package, he asked for an OTP.
                          Neither me, nor the sender of the courier had received an OTP. He took the parcel back with him.

                          Please resolve this issue ASAP. The delivery is rescheduled for tomorrow. If this is not resolved, the parcel goes back to Dwarka.

                            I have ordered Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 stars AC( Rs. 25999) from Flipkart, and EKART delivered the USED ac with another brand (Voltas) in the Hitachi cartoon on 3rd July 2022 On the installation when opened the box it was used AC, and the same day I made the return request( 4th july 2022).
                            After 3 times return requests they are denying to pick up the return back, with the same reason we don't have approval, when we contacted Flipkart they said they already approved it, Can you get it done ASAP, as facing a huge issue to get my refund
