The delivery person DEEPA called and asked my personal number since she given the product to Gomathi Vivek. But Gomathi Vivek was not calling to inform me about out of delivery. Later I tried...

My order was shipped on 5th May through insta shop and on May 9th it’s declared as RTO in chennai even though the delivery location was to Hyderabad. It’s been two months and the order worth is 3k inr and it’s from South Korea and it’s a one time purchase, you can understand my grievance please look into this.My order id : [protected]

    4th july is the delivery date of my order FMPC[protected] but the delivery boy came after the delivery time & I wasn’t home on that time so I told him to come next day but he called me again and told he has target so I have to take the order then he paid by himself & kept the order & I didn’t received the order yet. So I told him come tomorrow, arrange the delivery date tomorrow means that’s it . I don’t want to hear about his target & faced all these hassle & now he have my parcel & I don’t like to some other person can have my parcel . This is ### Ekart you should solve this problem & told all the delivery boy not to hassle CUSTOMER .

      The delivery executive Deepa was supposed to deliver my product which is a mobile device and Flipkart sent me message that I should verify the product by opening it and then share the OTP. The delivery executive exchangeed the product with other person who was GOMATHI VIVEK and this person was not responding to calls and was not calling me back. The delivery timing reached 7.30 pm and finally the person reached but refused to open box and forced me to give the OTP. She was mocking me and harrassing. She said .e to buy offline store and threw the box.
      Next week, i order two products which were not delivered and kept at the nearest hub for more than two days and i didn't receive any refund for the products cancellations

        मैंने काफी टाइम पहले। फ्लिपकार्ट से कुछ सामान खरीदा था जो की कैश ऑन डिलीवरी था बाद में उसका पेमेंट मैने ऑनलाइन के दिया लेकिन डिलीवरी एजेंट का कहना था कि पेमेंट नही हुई है जबकि मैने उसे स्क्रीनशॉट दिखाया और वो नही माना उसने फिर से पेमेंट धोखे से करा ली दूसरे प्रोडक्ट के पेमेंट के बहाने से और बाद में मुझे प्रोडक्ट भी नही दिया और बापिस प्रोडक्ट ले गया ।बोला बाद में आऊंगा जब आपका पेमेंट हो जायेगा और जबकि मैने ऑर्डर 29 मई को किया था जिसकी डिलीवरी १ को होनी थी आजतक नहीं हुई है और डिलीवरी आज भी १ तारीख दिख रही है फ्लिपकार्ट को बहुत बार कंप्लेंट कर चुका हूं कोई निर्णय नहीं निकला है और मेरे बिना इजाजत के ऑर्डर भी कैंसल कर दिया और पैसे भी नही आए एक पेमेंट का और मैं इकार्ट डिलीवरी एजेंट को कॉल कर रहा हूं तो वो मेरी आबाज सुन के फोन काट दे रहा हैं।

          I was to recieve an order form groww on 27th june but was not able to answer the call so request for delivery on other day but it has not been delivered yet since a week today when i went to the hub i was informed that my order has been sent back how am i suppose to get my order back

            My order is not delivered but status changed to delivered. The delivery guy called in the evening and I have shared him the location. He said, he is in different place. But suddenly at night, the status got changed and I havent received anything.

              Consignment no FMPP[protected] The delivery boy was very rude, he denied to come for door step delivery and ask me to reach him, and when i forced him to reach at address for delivery, he asked me that he will not deliver the order today. He was very rude and also he denied for open box delivery. I want you to look into the matter.

                  Sir /madum I had ordered a earphone on flipkart & the expected delivery date on 30 June but i did not receive any item .and did not recive any confirmation from wish master like out for delivery msg and the couriour boy name & phone number . after 9.30 pm on 30th July a msg received that your item was delivered . the couriour boy name was siddiq aboobakr but wish master number not given .so iam requesting you to solve my issue if any unfortunate issue was occurred.

                      Order no. 2219, Tracking id : SRTP[protected] . I have ordered a product on on 21st . Delivery time was 23rd . I opened the tracking page on 23rd it showed 24th . On 24th it showed 25th . On 25th it showed 26th continuous today is 2nd it showes 3rd will deliver. I am fed up with this service it’s irritating and frustrating.

                        Courier boy had been delivered the package with AWB no. KRTC[protected] to the customer and still not update this on panel and put the COD amount in his pocket and marked this package RTO.
                        i am sending you the proofs of the o delivered package and conversation between us and the buyer i request you to kindly take the strict action against this delivery boy.

                                Hi, i had placed an order with tracking ID WSPP[protected] with your courier service ekart. The wishmaster called me telephonically and asks me the OTP so that he can deliver the parcel at the gate of shipping address. I told him the OTP and SMS pops after an hour that parcel is delivered. However the parcel is not delivered even till now. When am trying to call the wishmaster with whom i shared the OTP, he's rejecting the calls. Highly disappointed. Shame on your courier services.

                                  I wish to bring your kind notice of the incident that took place today on the above order # WSPP[protected]. I ordered a product on 11-Jun-2022 in Cred App and it was shipped to my place on 19-Jun-2022, on the same day I received a call from the delivery guy Mr. Harish asking for the location. I have responded and given location details to reach us for delivery. I waited for a day for the product, but received a message saying "YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY'.

                                  Next day, I raised a complaint with Cred Support about the manipulation. Till today the product was not delivered, by search I could able to locate your e-Kart outlet and visited just few hours back for collection. I felt your Company SHOULD BE ASHAMED for the way your employee respond, Mr. Harish behaved like an arrogant and stand on his words that the product was not delivered yet. After showing the message from Cred, he started behaving like a barstared. He doesn't have the curtesy to say sorry for the mistake. He kept the product with him for 11days and for making delivery now at your outlet feels something. Really, you Company may lose the hope and faces failure for having this unknown, non-sense guys.

                                  He could not able to see the other order which is also update as delivered, but not received by me till now. Really, I felt e-Kart is under branded Company on his behaviour. I don't know for how many customers they have done like this before, just for the sake for your delivered targets or money. He also said go anywhere and complaint on him, no Company or anyone or even GOD will not able to punish for his mistakes or mischiefs. He asked me to take your Company's name Board photo to raise a complaint. I felt, if I know someone in the PS then I would have raised a FIR on his metal & 3rd class behaviour.

                                  I hope you will take care of the issue and promise that it will not happen once agarin to any customer. I suggest you to take serious action on this to keep your Company name Branded & Good.

                                    Hi, i have ordered a product from Flipkart on 27th June 2022 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 28th but it has not been delivered yet,

                                    it has reached the nearest HUB already on 28th morning but its not out for delivery since last two days, flipkart cc is pushing delivery dates daily and product is just struck at that nearest HUB or they have misplaced the product.

                                      Product dispatched to my nearest hub 23 jun but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them and not delivering still almost 7 days. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ekart team should really work on this,
