I m a flipkart plus member and ordering for pincode 632501, everytime ekart delivery agent is not delivering the parcel in the mentioned address, instead they are telling that my area is not under their service list and i was asked to pickup it from another location which is around 4kms away from the my address. But the other courier partners like delivery, e-commerce, express bees, blue dart is providing service and only ekart is having issues with door step delivery. And also one of my order was marked as delivered and i never received a product

I have a order OnePlus mobile 12/6/22 by Flipkart. my delivery date is 21/6/22..i have discussed with delivery boy devendar for taking delivery in your office..i have reached on 21/6/22 around 7:30pm.but night supervisor akhand missbehave me and not given my parsal..i explained all things.. but he did not give me my parsal..and he is reshidule my parsal..so plz urgent action both person otherwise complaint head office..more time complaint.. but didn't action..plz urgent cancel my order.. and take properly action..

                    Delivery agent named samar singh, very rude and unprofessional.
                    My Exchanged phone oppo15s is in very good condition even there is no dent or scratches on that but he told me there is dent only he can see, no one else can see that dent and asking for Rs.700 to pass that phone in dent tests..
                    Then i have asked 2-3 person who were present there to check whether there is a dent or not on the phone, eveyone says there is no dent but delivery man says there is a dent which he can see only.
                    I already have told you he is asking for bribe to pass the phone.

                    And on the flipkart app it show if there is a dent then I have required to pay Rs 150.

                    But delivery man asked for Rs 700.
                    If i'll not pay that amount then the product will be returned.

                    Very bad experience..

                      Out for Delivery: Maybelline New York Co...+1 more items with tracking ID MYNP[protected] from myntra.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 202). I have placed an order in Myntra (Logistic partner: Ekart logistics) which I am supposed to get the delivery by today 21/06/2022. But I haven't received any call from the delivery executive. At 9pm in the night I have got message as "Order out of delivery". I still don't know how this logistics can deliver the order by midnight. I haven't received any call from the executive still now. Creating fake scenarios and rejecting the order back to the company saying that the customer denied the order or customer not available is what happening. This is not my first experience it has happened before too. I[censored] can't provide good service then please discontinue your operations else develop your working operation. Still I have 2 more orders to be received in the coming days I know the situation that it will not be delivered too.

                      This is the proof where I got the message as order rejected at midnight 12am by the Ekart logistics

                      (Order Rejected: ASIAN & FITCH Men Chec... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] was not accepted) It doesn't say what order is rejected, how to reject an order? Tell me Is there a call record that I rejected to play?

                            When delivery boy call he said he can't came to door and took the parcel from nearest chowk. I said no to him and he cut the call. When I check the order status i automatically delivered but I don't get anything.

                              Order id SRTP[protected] / 06/2022 I received a message in the morning that my courier would deliver and at 12 noon a delivery executive by the name of Muhammad Hashim called me and asked for a house and when I told him where the house was located it was not my area so I could not come there. I told him it was a regular delivery but he cut off the phone and spoke in very harsh language and my courier did not deliver and requested that strong action be taken against him.

                                Dear sir/Madam,

                                I am writting this complaint with regard to return pickup of order id[protected] dated 1 june 2022.i would like to make a complaint regarding the same.
                                I placed an order vide order id[protected] form TATACLIQ and received the product on dated 4/06/2022 and immediately placed return order for the same on the same day as the product was not in good condition and was slightly damaged.
                                The very next day on 5/6/2022 one executive from Ekart logistics services vide return order no. CLQR[protected] phone no. [protected] pin 171 Picked up the product from my house but i did not received the refund yet, rather time and again i got the messages from different parcel/return pickup service provider regarding new scheduling date of return pickup etc.
                                I have made many complaint to customer care services at TataCliq but non of them are able to solve the issue rather they are making vague excuses.
                                I tried to contact the Ekart logistic but non of their phone numbers provided for customer care services are working even their Email id's are not working
                                it is my humble request please kindly look after the matter and help me get my refund back

                                    FMPN[protected] Is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it is not moving from CentralHub_BHW1 from 13th and neither I am able to track the status in ekart portal. Please help as I am not sure when this will be delivered.

                                      Mobile phone delay in delivery

                                      I had ordered a mobile phone on the 18th June. The expected delivery date was 20th June.

                                      At 4:33 AM (20th June), the phone reached the nearest hub, NIBM hub, Pune.

                                      After that, the tracking showed unsuccessful delivery and rescheduled to 22nd June without any kind of communication. Flipkart is not able to help me with this.

                                      It was my mistake that i had given a negative feedback to the delivery guy and that guy was nice and humble but due to my wife's misconceptions i thought the guy was responsible but it was someone else please i do apologise for inconvenience and please make sure the guy won't face any problems. Ordered via flipkart and the tracking id was FMPC[protected].
