I haven't not received my delivery item.because delivery boy text delivered msg without deliverd my

which was by Ankur Jyoti deka.he is totally fraud.plz help me.i haven't RCV my item.order no-120687975440678441203.one month passed away.still he is not. Receiving my phone also.office adress-Baihata chariali ekart office.pin-781381.delivery boy phone number -[protected].its my Myntra order.

My tracking number FMPC[protected] and not received my product your delivery agent not coming to my proper address he told me 3 km from my home

Message came on 17.7.2022, that product was out for delivery, but not delivered yet. No call was from delivery boy. But today on 18.7.22, I have received message that product delivery failed.

I ordered 2 times from the flipkart, but both the times i had to go 3.8km to take the delivery from the delivery boy, i had input my address correctly but still they do not deliver it to my house, if that is the problem, then flipkart should mention it that product is not deliverable to your address. Please look into this issue.

Ekart shipment ID FMPP [protected] not delivered but marked as delivered.
No one else has received the Courier.
I want proof of delivery or my Courier.

I ordered some items in Flipkart App but Ekart Logistics courier service not yet delivered my orders.

Last month i ordered a item till date not deliver to me.

This month i ordered 4 items in Flipkart app but Ekart Logistics not yet deliver. my items. please help me 🙏

I tried to place order multiple times and it stuck with Ekart facility in badshapur not delivered to me even in 10 days of time .

Recently I again placed an order it was reached near by location day before yesterday but not delivered .I did not get any call why this is been delayed so much.

I called ekart wish master quite a lot. He is not answering my calls or coming to my house to pickup the order. It's been a long time for them.

Delevery boy denied to door step delivery

I ordered a product on Flipkart and the delivery was with ekart logistics but even before Flipkart have shipped my product I got a fake message saying we tried reaching you but failed. I have never experienced such a pathetic service from ekart logistics before kindly look into the matter and secure your service from any malpractice.

We are a small business from Chattarpur, we use pickrr and they sometime in turn use ekart for delivery. The ekart is regularly stealing items from the packets, whenever there are two times, they steal 1 and deliver one to customers. Customers come back complaining that the orders are not delivered correctly. This is now a regularity. This is pathetic service from Ekart, flip kart should look into it or they are not going to last long in the market. Hopefully someone reaches out to resolve this.

Delivery boy from last 2 days faking delivery rejection by customer and updating status "Unsuccessful Delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)" which is completely lying.
I've not received a single call or a visit from the delivery boy on my door.
When I'm trying to call him back, he's not picking a call.

Request you to take action before I escalate up the ladder.

URGENT : FMPP[protected] - Ekart Logistics

These ekart wishmasters are doing very disappointing service in Shahpura jaipur area.
They don't deliver the product and send the message that they have delivered product.
They don't attempt pickup of the return product and cancel the return request without asking customer.
They are doing very much fraud in our area.
Please do some helpful.

I ordered an item from a vendor.
He booked ekart Id NMBP[protected] having wt 3 kg and having 5 piece.
But I received only two of them. The package was sealed. Attaching the video with this

This is the first time ever I am facing this issue. I planned something for my loved ones and ordered few items from Flipkart.

But it is not delivered yet to me. And status is showing as delivered. I have not received any thing. I checked with neighbour also.

Previously whenever I was getting any courier they use to call me and I go to downstairs to collect but this time I did not received any call as well.

I have already raised query on the same day when I got the delivered message.But it's been 2 days and still I am waiting for any reply. As I told that it is important to receive that parcel before 20july.

Product dispatched to my nearest hub on 11/7 /22 but still not delivered .why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

I was tracking the courier since I got massage my order from gadget destiny got shipped.it was out for delivery on 14th of July but it was not delivered yet to me but they marked as delivered.on top of it no message or anything regarding to delivery executive or not atleast a message.no scope or way to contact ekart people in Hyderabad and all numbers existing in google are not reachable.

So please help me in getting my order or refund my amount
