Dear Sir,
It is intimated that i have placed an order in Flipkart with Order Id:OD[protected] on 07 Oct 21.
It may be noted that item was shipped on 12 Oct 21 via Ekart Logistics vide tracking no. FMPC[protected] and reached to Vizag Hub 15 Oct 21.
It is pertinent to mentioned that i haven’t received that item till now, while I’m checking my flipkart account it shows “Out for delivery” and it was lastly updated on 18 Oct 21(Screenshot attached). I went to Ekart hub today to know the status of my order, so many people are there to came to the hub for the same problem, no one from Ekart rep had responded politely. I am really very very bad about this Courier services. Ekart logistics getting very bad impact due to this hub.
Request to track my order and do the needful at the earliest.

    So an order from flipkart was scheduled for pickup today. When the delivery boy arrived he told me that I will receive the acknowledgement sms in the night. When I refused to give the package without the acknowledgement sms he threatened me to cancel my return and then all of a sudden he started telling me that the product looks old when I asked him for clarification he misbehaved and then he threw the package towards me.

      I recently ordered a Bluetooth earphone and a mobile phone from Flipkart. The shipment was so slow, it got stuck to a single destination for more than 12hrs. From the destination it's 5-6 hours, I could literally go and pick up my Order from the facility. Pathetic shipping and movement of goods.
      Either change the management of transportation and logistics or flipkart please change the delievery service company!

        I ordered for 2pcs of Aqua gel sunscreen worth 500rs in flipkart.While delivering I made payment through gpay to ekart account but due to network issue it was in processing stage hence I paid it through cash.
        After the delivery boy left my place my money got debited. I kindly request you to check into the discrepancies and make my refund as earlier as possible.

The delivery agent called up and said that they were not able to deliver on that day and would deliver the next day.               I ordered "Whirlpool 292 L Refrigerator from Flipkart and Delivery thru E-kart. Once I received it was defective mostly due to logistics. It got replaced 3 times and every time it was defective. The logistics guys were so unprofessional and were handling product very badly. Every time they come to take the product, they make big mess at home, break thermocol, break Flowerpot, and one day my daughter had put some thermocol in her mouth which was lying somewhere on floor, choked her. I finally Opt for a refund and today on[protected], they came to take the fridge, but without it's packing box and thermocol. They don't want to take it because vehicle is full. I told them to pack and put it but they are not ready to do and flew away and left the packing box and thermocol on the road. I followed them on my bike and asked them why you not taking packing material, he replied rudely that we are not here to take waste, go and complain to whomever u want and he warned me to go back home else he ll hurt me. Now, that packing material is blocking the road. Raised complaint to Flipkart to clean this mess up but still no action on it. Below are the details of the order before its too late.

                My order was supposed to get delivered on 16 Oct, even it was showing out for delivery and I received SMS for the same. After which I called the delivery boy and he said I'm on the way and deliver your parcel within 2 hrs. But that didn't happened. This continued for 3 times and he was nearest my location at last but still didn't delivered the order. At last the delivery was cancelled. Then I got msg from flipkart about same to which they kept on postponing the dates daily. And the tracking is showing that the parcel is moving in surat only from the day 1. But not coming to my area. It's pathetic service by flipkart and ekart. How many days does it takes to deliver the parcel from Surat to surat only? Poor service

                    My name is Dileep KC, I am Ekart delivery boy. I have worked September 1 to september 30, 26 days attendance. But still my salary is not fully credited. 4 days attendance and done work is missing. That is why Minimum guarantee amount is not credited because of that extra 4 days attendance missing, I have complained lot of time. But the agent didn't respond my complaint. Minimum guarantee amount is 11200 rs,
                    Only 8200 rs is credited, I spend 5000 rs for petrol in September . Only i got 3200 for 1 month.

                      Hlw sir, my parcel is ur courier wherehouse, it was out for delivery for 2 Times but your delevry man is refused to deliver my parcel to me, I was call ur delivery boy and he miss behaved on call his taking language is totally rough, and disconnect my call, afte that I'll again and again but he didn't respond my call, my ekart tracking number is *FMPP[protected] *, it's promise date is 16th of October but still it is not delivered to me, plz help me, I'll request u to pls do ur best.

                                      Its jawed alam. I bought a product named Urban Scottish men white and grey striped lounge of size M on 20, sep 2021 ( Tracking ID- MYNP[protected]) from myntra. A return request was initiated by me and the product picked up on 22, sep 2021 by an ekart delivery agent. But due to product mismatched, request was rejected(Tracking ID-MYNR[protected]). Delivery agent called me and said your return request cant be processed due to product id mismatched and further said that your product will be delivered to you. After that neither i got my product nor refund. I am trying to contact but there is no solution till date.
