I ordered a bedsheet on 14th Sept with flipkart wallet of 300rs and then returned it. Return pick-up boy came and took the parcel on 17th Sept. That time he asked me to show the details in my phone. Then he checked (where he actually clicked cancel return and closed app I believe). I didn't notice that time but given the product back. Later when I checked, it showed in my flipkart account that 'Return cancelled and refund cancelled'

Now after 3 months also no resolution. That pick-up boy is not around anywhere, ekart not giving his details and the number he called to reach for pick-up is not answering.

Flipkart saying, since return cancelled refund cannot be initiated (as per them product is with me).
eKart saying they send all return back to flipkart sellers.

Flipkart needed to give me 300rs refund and sort this issue with eKart agency or seller (whoever holding the product or money)

I have ordered a gaming laptop on 5th december 2021 and it was arriving on 7th december but date delayed to 12th december and item not yet reached to my rearest hub Lucknow 226004...and i havenot got any update since 5th december...plz deliver my product before or on 12th dec.

Ekart Courier of Karimganj bearing Pin Code 788710 didn't delivery as well as handed over my product when i went to receive the product from office at 06:00 pm dated:- 09.12.2021 .My Product reach delivery station at 07:32 am dated:- 09.12.2021 . I didn't got any phone call from courier office nor from delivery person.Details are as below :-

Ekart Logistic's courier boy do not deliver any product to my address and automatically cancel the order please solve the problem

Founder : Flipkart. EKart Logistics is in-house supply chain division of Flipkart. Ekart is logistics arm of Flipkart which specializes in last mile delivery. A subsidiary of electronic commerce company Flipkart Pvt. Ltd. it is run by Instakart services Pvt. Ltd.

SUBJECT - I'm being kicked out of the office without notice.. Despite having my employ id on the computer, I am not allowed to work. Despite being present, I am not allowed to runsheet. I am being oppressed and tortured...

Sir this is my humble request to you that you should take a strict action on the dilivery boy because the dilivery boy is not dilivering the product which to be diliverd to me on the expected date. Because of this I may face a huge loss on money matter.

Dear sir, My complaint is related to order of flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected].I purchased the said item in Flipkart, Due to the damaged package of the said item, I clicked on returned option on website as the product package was totally damaged and the item was not same present which I have ordered on the Flipkart site. So I choose for return pick up, and my pickup date was 1 December 2021, but the ekart logistic didn't pick up one prescribed date. They came on 6 December, that means after 5 days, with this issue that the item isn't matching and they rejected for pickup. When I visited the ekart logistic office at District Pulwama, their behaviour was totally different, not customer friendly, not supportive and they said go and they said go and complaint no one can have such power who can register any complaint related to us.i didn't understand one thing, if their behaviour is same with all customers, than what is the requirement of said office in our locality, it's public dealing, and it should be friendly and supportive.If the package was damaged why they have delivered such items.

I have not received my parcel yet with tracking id FMPC[protected]. It should be delivered on 3rd of December but it extends to 6th of December and still it's undelivered . Its since 7 days it is in uluberia hub and it is not reached at my nearest hub . Please solve my issue .

I had received the following message yet I only received one of the products. A pair of shoes were marked deliver even though the agent claimed I had one package that was delivered at 1.08PM on 6th of December.

I received the delivery confirmation at 5.40 PM claiming that a Raman Babu delivered my package but no one came.

Ordered with flipkart.
at delivery time delivery agent demands extra money 25/- and when i refused to give extra money then he cancelled the order ( customer address is wrong or phone not received) and took order back. address pin code 845107

A product was delivered to our opposite house's address and the delivery boy said he's been coming here since 3 days and they're not answering the doorbell. So my mom accepted the order in their place hoping to hand it to them when they're home. Now they claim it's not theirs and so I want to return the package.

Its now the second order in a row, that has not been delivered. The order reaches the hub nearest to me and then they do not deliver it. Either this is a bad courier service or they don't have a delivery boy.

The problem is not with Delivery boys, but The Delivery Company called ekart, They don't provide spare coins to Customer and refused to accept coins more the notes, What The hell is happening with the company ? Ekart, Fix this This Problem ASAP .

Worst service experienced ever, this is my 2nd order in last 15 days and as the last time product got dispatched to wrong pincode and city even though the given address details are correct this Ekart made it as a fun and at last the seller itself cancelling the ordered product from his side. Worst service.

My delivery boy ravi has not accepted my return parcel and said that there is no Brande name available but when I called to flipkart they say that there is already no Brande name available in that .your delivery boy waisted my name .even flipkart team has also raised a complaint against that guy .hate e kart service .I am going uplod his name and photo on twitter that how u people waisted our time and money

I have purchased a Realme pad tablet on Flipkart vide FMPP[protected] on 28 Nov 21 by delivery date of 03 Dec 2021.

I have very urgent requirement of this for my daughter's ongoing 10th class board exams. But Flipkart is not delivering it. Which lying at Ekart Bamnoli Centre, Dwarka.

Kindly deliver it urgently.
