The item (shipment no. Fmpp[protected] ) which I had ordered for my own purpose is delivered to another address. I don't know that addres till now. But I can't request to cancel or return back the item in the app. When I requested to do such things sorry we can't do is the reply. I need to return back my cash on that item which had delivered to someone else. Or i need the item back.

      Dear sir
      I ordered Flipkart a mobile price of 25999 rs with exchange offer value 9050rs . At the time of delivery, logistics services denied doorstep delivery and said me to come at office .I went there, logistics chagred more money as phone have minor scratches but don't have scratches in real but he charged 1500 rs but I don't have money that time so I managed and go there after sometime and exchanged my phone and pay him extra 1500rs, I went home and call customer care then I confirmed from him that Flipkart don't recieve any payment of 1500, logistics make u fool and take money, I raised complain against him, I need help bcoz why he took more money from me, pls take this issue seriously and help me .pls take strict action against logistics boy, and give me revert on my mail and contact no.

          I would like complaint against delivery agent this is my second order which was stuck just because of carelessness of delivery agent i received a message of out for delivery but delivery agent didn't call me when i tried to call him his phone was switched off kindly resolve my problem

            I have ordered a sparx sports running shoes for Men at the time of order assured me to deliver my product on 27th October 2021 but at the end of the day send me a massage the product is delayed and it will be delivered on 30th october 2021 but till now I am waiting my product. This is not the way to serve your customer my Ekart Logistics id is- FMPP[protected].I think this is kind of harrasment of your customer.

                    Ekart Team is not responding about my order and its expected date already laps so please suggest.

                            It seems like flipkart doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered macbook air m1. Order delivery has already been passed promise date and I’m not sure are the gonna deliver or not.
                            If someone orders for worth rupees more than 80K then they should be responsible for timely delivery.

                              My product have arrived on Trivandrum Pattom HUB on 24th on september and still not delivered last time my order of monitor was delayed same way and the returned the product which I took on emi and I had to cancel the order and which had cost me money loss the same is happening again. UR service here is very crappy please do it fast

                                  I have placed an order on 3rd October and still it's not delivered to me. My shipment tracking number is FMPP[protected]. Get this delivered as soon as possible otherwise, I am going to escalate to the consumer court. I haven't got any update on shipment after 18th October.

                                    The courier boy call me for delivery asking me for delivery at a wrong address.

                                    When I have repiled him to please deliver my product at my address he refuses and says"that is not mine area I will not deliver it at that place. And he submited for cancel .

                                      I got an message notification from ekart saying that my product has been delivered by agent Atul Dhundhe but I have not received my product. Also I tried calling him from morning many times but he didn't picked up my call and not even call back. Phone number that I was trying to call on was mentioned into the OUT FOR DELIVERY message.

                                        I want to lodge a complaint against the delivery person who was carrying the order no: OD[protected]

                                        The delivery person don't want to deliver the product at delivery point. He called at 8:30PM and asked to collect the parcel at his chosen place instead of delivery address which was clearly mentioned at time of placing the order.

                                        The delivery person did care about the reputation of the your good company as he said I can lodge complaint who ever I can, he doesn't care about anything.

                                        This is my earnest request to solve this misbehavior to customer which causing customers unnecessary problems.
