Return the product and refund my money.

so i request to you, return the product by Ekart services and refund my money (Rs. 1160) fast...

Product Not delivering at the Time ...The courier person showing delivered status before delivering, and he is giving products after 3-4 days of delivered status ...He is always doing this with customers

    Out for Pickup: ADIDAS Cf Lite Racer C... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 109). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.
    I tried calling the given number but everytime my phone wws rejected after two-three rings.
    Why you people provide us number if people are not receiving the call.
    My pickup is not done yet (and it is 4th day )
    And customer can tell pickup agent that at what time they are comfortable or where to come how to come but agents are not receiving call.
    Plz stop providing the contact details to customers if behaviour of agnet is so.

      I have received parcel from this courier but it was a different product which came. Tried to contact the sellers number printed on the bill but was invalid so is the email address. Please help me return or at least provide me with the seller's contact number or email address so i can return or otherwise do some investigation on this.

        Ur person was very rude. There is no any dent on phone just h minor Scratch below the back camera and he refuse to accept it. This is not good at all i will never order again from Flipkart. This is a very bad experience at all and i will share with my friends also to do the same.

          This complain ia against your delivery agents in kathua j&k. Pin184143. My order reached my nearest hub 2 days back but they are so irresponsible that didn't delivered the product and i went to their office to ask what is the matter the guy said that we will return your order back and willnot deliver it as we have many order with us. So they were keen to return it back. So i self picked it up. Is this the way to provide services such a irresponsible behaviour. And also i took 15 days to reach product at my location. I want to look into this matter and please ask your delivery agent/partner to be responsible and provide services. How can he return my order without my consent or without calling me. They try to threaten customer . I hope you solve the problem and do needful.

            The delivery man call me at delivery time but he across my location just 900 meters away.i says my correct location that i given as the orders address. But he refuses to delivery the order to the correct address and he scold me hard then he say i will delivery on tmrw when i come on that way and he cut the call. But i get delivery of my past 3 orders on that same address through Flipcart. So that the delivery refuses to accept his mistake and make arguments with me and he make my order to return with unlocate my address.
            But he across me just 900 meters.
            So kindly take action

              ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com i order .
              The delivery man call me at delivery time but he across my location just 900 meters. He scold me that i give a wrong address and he say i will deliveryu on tomorrow and he left away. But its a correct address of mine which i already received 3 order in Flipcart with same address.
              Due to his irresponsible activity he make my order to get return and he hurts me .
              Pls take a action for this complaint

                Last three days I continue receive a message "your product is out for delivery" but till date my product not deliver me. When I call your agent he said me your product deliver in 1 hour, he all known my address and my mobile also switch on but after every evening he call me and said your package deliver next day. Why, please create a strict action and inform me.

                    I have around 8 items cancelled by ekart logistic team reason which I found over was my items reached to my city and the ekart team does not deliver and then the items moved to another city and then there only the logistic team cancel my items.

                    I am confused that why these logistic team send my items to other city and cancel my items over there and there are more 10 items going to be cancel in the same fashion. All the items are prepaid only.

                    Please look into this matter ASAP.

                            Order is not yet received, but the status of the order is updated as delivered. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. A person called and said it is raining and so we will deliver you order tomorrow. But still not yet received any information.

                                Hi Sir,
                                I ordered one Water Purifier from Flipkart on 30th May and it reached ekart Logistics Kanpur Hub on 1st June morning
                                Till 4th June they were not able to deliver the Product as the distance difference was only 5-6km.
                                Yesterday they came to deliver but due to unrealistic demand o[censored]s Unistalling the existing one, they took back the order and said they will Deliver once the Installation guy come and hand them over old one in exchange.
                                And in Flipkart it is clearly mentioned that after delivery only the Installation guy will come.
                                And i personally arranged one guy to unisntall the old one and called them to deliver the product but now they are refusing to exchange and saying they will take money only at the time of delivery.
                                I request you to please look into this issue as this Flipkart and ekart logistics are not working as per policies mentioned by them only
                                And wasting Customer’s time and money

                                  Tracking ID: FMPP[protected] of my product was not yet delivered. But the promised date of delivery was ageing over. When I tracked my order flipkart shows the promissory date was June 2nd. But now the product was dispatched to Coimbatore sorting facility from Cochin transport center. Should I know when I get my product in my hand. The ekart delivery partners saying that because of the lock down issue all the shipments are got delayed of delivery. But in the same time other courier partners like ecom, delhivery are delivering the product to customers on time.

                                    Why my flipkart product is getting delayed. Expected delivery dte is June 2nd 2021 but still now the product is not delivered. When I track my order it shows 29th May the item reached on the Cochin hub and today morning it's dispatched to Coimbatore sorting facility. Why you guys doing this type of shameless works. if you can't deliver the products on time to the customers then why you accepting the order from the sellers.

                                      I've ordered an Acer Gaming laptop with Cash on Delivery option in flipkart. It promised me the delivery date as 3rd june 2021, but till now I haven't recieved my product. My product is still located in Bengaluru hub(reached there on 30th May 2021) and haven't moved from there to anywhere till now. I have raised an issue in flipkart and they are asking time till 9th June just to resolve the issue. Also the ekart logistics tracking website has no contact information of them.
