Trekking I'd number :SSGC[protected] wrong product deliver by seller, I was purchage noice colour fit 2 with noice ear pods but received fossil duplicate watch, my cell number is :[protected]

This is in reference to ID No SSGC[protected], delivery was suppose to make today on 14th Jun 2021, but the delivery Boy refused to deliver at home and asked me visit him and collect the parcel. When I requested him to come and deliver it to my home he said he is not authorised to deliver it to my home address and started arguing.
His behaviour was inappropriate and unexpected.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange it to deliver it to my address urgently.
Expecting a quality service from Ekart Logistics and take necessary action against the Boy so that he doesn't repeat to harass customer in future.

I was asked that my product will be delivered on a very specified date but your customer service is not that good even the delivery boy is not receiving the call and now the product is out of stock

I want to take ekart franchise in my area.
I am sending email to ekart company literally everyday for 7 days. But there is no reply, even I talked with Flipkart customer care for more than 10 times, but they know nothing, such a pathetic experience. please resolve my queries as soon as possible. I Can't waste my time anymore. Thankyou.

I have received today a totally fake product which is totally different from the one which I had ordered hence want a refund of the same

I had purchase products from Myntra and it reach the hub nearby me but it is not delivering by the ekart team.When I had enquired in Myntra they told that the logistics team said that my area is in continment zone.Another logistics team like bluedart was delivered so many products to me without any problem.Actually our area is not in continment zone

Good afternoon, today I received a call from E kart delivery boy I have one order for delivery by the blind believe on E kart I went to take that from the delivery person. When I asked him what is the product he informed after paying the amount only I can check the product. Followed by I paid the amount and I received a damaged product from Ekart team and the received product is not ordered by me.The Ekaart tracking details number is NMBC[protected] I am very shocked from where my details got leaked and reach to unknown dealer person. I want to know the vendor details from where this product got dispatched. Whatever happened with me it can happen with any person. I don’t have any source to reach the vendor apart from ekart.I want my money back.

I have ordered a product through flipkart a month ago and the product for shipped through Ekart logistics... The promised delivery date was 2 days after the product was ordered... On the day of delivery they said that the product delivery will be delayed.. I was fine with it.. but after a couple of days they have cancelled the order and initiated a refund without me knowing about it without a proper update... However I have ordered the same product again putting my trust in flipkart.. and the product has been shipped within a day and today the product is supposed to be delivered and again when I contacted flipkart's customer care they were like you product has been misrouted... This was the same reason given when I first ordered the same product a month ago i.e. you product has been misrouted... Like seriously... How can a product get misrouted when it reaches your nearest delivery hub... Ekart has the worst delivery service ever. Literally disappointed

Good afternoon sir, today i received damaged product by ekart team. Already know to delivery boy for this damaged product. When i paid online money after that gave me courier. Before the delivered my courier he was hide with the help of hand. He was cheat with mine.
My box is already opened nd peanut butter box seal breaked with big hole.
I want to take strictly action against them.

We ordered iteam from myntra because we do not want to go out of home. But courier boy does not come to us but it call us to came to office and take the order. We have to travel about 10 km from our origin. When we try to tell him about to place order at us. But he refuses. SSo please contact to him and tell him to come to us.

On Tuesday 8 June my product was out for delivery tracking ID MYNP[protected]
But no calls from delivery guy but at midnight I got message that my product was delivered and till date I've not recieved any calls and my product is lost I need my product please help me out

And we ask reason
He as nothing says

I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 7th June, 2021 but I didn't receive my parcel as that parcel was not delivered to my nearest hub, Very next day when my parcel was received to my nearest hub I personally visited there to pickup the parcel, but the staff said they will send it to my address and constantly I'm going there since 3 days but the staff is giving one and the other excuses just for delaying it.. I don't know how lineantly they do their work as they cannot even deliver customer's product on time.
I really got disappointed with Ekart services.
As this is not only my issue, there are lots of people facing this kind of issue so request you to please kindly look into this and try to take some strict action against this. So that in future we can get our deliveries on time and we can order more and more goods online conveniently.

Realme Narzo 30A (Lase... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com could not be delivered and delivery executive behave like irrisponble please take action immediately and one more thing this is not first time this is 3d time

I've ordered a mobile phone on 2nd june. Expected delivery date was 7th june now its showing 11th june. It has been a week since 2nd june but still it didnt arrive. When i tracked my order using ekart website, its still showing in transit. Please send me my product as soon as possible.

I have ordered a product and the ordered item shipped on time. The product reached the delivery agency. I couldn't answer the phone when they called me. So I waited for the next day. They did not call me. When I checked my status of order it shows as delivered. How can the delivery agent so irresponsible. If a recipient didn't answer the phone they have to wait for the next day and after that the product should be returned to the sender and should reported as undelivered. Instead of that what they did? Actually the product was prepaid one. What is the credibility of ekart logistics. When I checked other persons response towards the delivery agency in my location, they were also reported the same kind of irresponsible behaviour of delivery agency..

Fmpp[protected] shipment is not delived yet. Why we have face same problem all time . Why you are not deliver the shippment at right time. The delivery dated was 8 june but now t=it shown 12 june .Please deliverd this shipment as soon as possible.
