I have ordered a set of three clothes from https://apextailers.com/ after i got delivered there were 2 shirt fully torn and totally different shirts used once dirty, delivery boy was fully impatient while giving the parcel and just got money and ran away while i just call him many times for a while he answer to my call but can't get returned my money he said..
Here i m fully confused if the delivery boy don't know what there inside y he was impatient and scared and if it's not he is fault even company thru i bought is not picking any call /email simultaneously
Whatever it is if it's a fraud company plz look into it and stop getting there orders.plz get my money refund !

DELIVERY BOY BEHAVIOUR IS SUCH A ROOD & HE IS USING ABUSING LANGUAGE WITH ME & MY WIFE ALSO, HE IS TAKING PAYMENT ONE ITEM TWICE PAYMENT, IF WE ASK REGARDING MONEY, HE IS TALKING ROODLY &ABUSING LANGUAGE HE IS FROM PRAKASAM DISTRICT CHIRALA.

My Order product has to deliver on March 5th as per tracking details. Today the date was 11th March still the product was not delivered.. No one answering the call, No proper Response. I never faced such an issue with other Coureir

Sir I've a package from Flipkart to deliver on 8th of March the delivery agent didn't deliver me the package yet and told me to take the package from him who is far from my location.i said him that I can't take the package because you are far from me. The he said that ok you will get the delivery at 7pm ..but when I try to call him he didn't receive my call and put my number in block list. My order id is OD[protected] and tracking ID is FMPC[protected]. I want strict action against the delivery agent.

If return policy is not available, how can this product be delivered without checked by ekart?

And if there is no return policy then how can you send the wrong product to anyone, who is responsible for this.

I am a regular customer of flipkart. My Flipkart ID is [protected]. I have ordered some (Three) product via order ID:- OD[protected], The Courier partner didn't delivered the product at proper addresses which I Provided. He call me and Say that you should collect your product from here, there etc i.e. other than the address provided by me. He also used some rude languages and reject my order. I recorded his calls, if necessary then I showed. His personal mobile number is [protected]. I want my percel at proper addresses, I didn't reject my order wishmaster rejected it.
So, it's my humble request to take action against him and delivered my percel at proper addresses.

I placed an order at 3rd March 2021. It's 2 day delivery. So, My product should be deliver 5th March 2021 but not delivered in the promising date. Even today also not delivering my product.you can see the screenshots of ecart logistics and merchant "flikpart".

The delivery executive did not deliver the order and marked that the order was delivered. When he was contacted several times he deliberately disconnected the call time and again. This kind of harassment is not at all appreciated. Harsh steps should be taken against such delivery agents who do not fulfill their duties properly. It is a custom to call the customer before handing the parcel if it is a pre paid order. Nothing is being followed! This ekart delivery is absolute nonsense!

My delivery product is reached at hyderabad on 1 St March 4: 44 am. But the product is not moved ahead at this time. What is the problem in there shipment.

I have received my product but its not as per my order & its quantity & make also the product received site have no options to cancel or return product its dont have app they given phone no are not reachable fake. . i paid payment to Ekart guy cash on delivery by google pay RS 1599..when i open pack its not a product as per my order so i request you to cancel my order product same return to theirs site address.

I ordered a earphone from Flipkart. I got only package of earphone. That was delivered by ekart logistic . I think delivery boy stolen the earphone. Order id is -. FMPC[protected].

I would like to inform you that I have booked house hold item (Jagjeet Aluminium Hand Juicer 16) order no. OD[protected] and tracking ID FMPP[protected] on 24.02.2021 but your delivery company E-kart (Delivery boy) have denied delivery at my home address whereas delivery area is covered of my home address. In past time, delivery boy had also denied to deliver and delivery boy have cancelled the items.

I therefore request you to kindly take hard action against the delivery boy in this regard on top priority under intimation to me.

Where is my product when are delivered me

Hi Team,

There is a laptop dispatched from my end in Mid January to Hyderabad to Ekart services. when it reached it was severely damaged. ID: ECZP[protected].

It's My company laptop and they are deducting money from my Salary - 20, 000 INR.

I have received an email from Ekart accepting that the laptop is damaged from their end.

There is a clear picture of before and after. Please refer to images.
