Our shipment fmpc[protected]. Arrival information known by delivery boy. But he is asking about details of inside item. When we shocked why he is asking, he replied that it helps them to trace item in the lot.. This is very wrong asking inside item

    FMPC[protected] . Delivery boy calls on my registered mobile [protected] and asking me what is the item inside... When I relectunt to say... He is asking again it is easy to find shipment... This is wrong we are unahappy with this...

      I have ordered Hindware 85 L Desert Air Cooler from flipkart. POD no- FMPP[protected].The product has already reached nearest hub on 3rd April from where it needs to be get delivered but why ekart is holding the product & not delivering the product. Really disappointing to see this type of service.

              Recently on last Saturday 27th March ekart has delivered my product it was a cash on delivery so they sent me a mswipe link for online payment I Paid through upi but after 2 min status was failed but money has been deducted from my account, I received a message regarding transaction failure and it was mentioned that it will be refunded within 7 days but still money isn't reflected in my account please check on it, I have attached the screenshot of message.

Do the needful on priority basis otherwise I will receive mail other senior.

                                  I am vinod the tracking ID is FMPC[protected]. I kept the phone for exchange and the delivery agent name "Khadar" came to home and he did quality checks and he said the mobile will be taken back for amount 1600 and the rest to be paid by me of rupees 1550 so taken the Phone and I paid rupees 8400. This happens at 11am on 2-apr-2021.
                                  And I see the status now as I paid of amount 3150 and I didn't accepted for exchange. This is very fraud by delivery agent. Now I lost of amount 1550.
                                  Please take this as serious action.
                                  This was not the first time in my home town. The delivery agents are selling the exchange phones outside and updating the status as customer didn't accepted for exchange and they are cashing

                                      I ordered six clothes from myntra which E KART logistic deliver, out of which I only got two clothes and out of the four clothes, three were not clothes and the bill was four clothes delivery boy himself said that it has only one cloth Arrived and the packet had a seal break. And all my clothes look delivered.
