I have ordered a POCO M2 Pro from flipkart on the 17th of October and it was expected to be delivered on the 6th of November. But it has been delivered till today. I have contacted flipkart customer support multiple times, I have received the same reply which was that are sorry for the delay and to wait till such and such day. In my last phone call with flipkart customer support, I was asked to wait till 20th November which is today, but I still haven't receive my order.
I have also tracked my order through their courier ekart logistics tracking, and it says that my order has reached the nearest hub. Can you please help me to get my order delivered faster. I'm at my wits end. Kind regards.
