Sir, I placed an order from Flipkart.com on 10 December. Whose order ID is OD[protected]. Addres is
Mintu bhumihar lalganj near tempo stand 277201 ballia uttar pradesh.. where my nike name is mintu bhumihar. Which shipped in 2 shipments via E Cart Logistic on 10 December. Whose tracking ID is FMPP[protected] and FMPP[protected]. Whose message for Out For Delivery came to me on December 15 at 1: 18 in the afternoon. The message of the deliverd came at 6.21 pm on 15 December. But I have not received both of those shipment . I called Flipkart Customer Care and filed a complaint.On December 30 from Flipkart, I got a call that we have spoken to the logistic team. Logistic team gave us an Aadhaar card as proof of delivery. But I said that the Aadhaar card is fake. Then he said that we can only do so much. One more thing, the delivery boy name whose message has come. When we went to hub and knew there, the Hub Incharge himself told me that boy of this name does not do job here. So I have a humble request to you to check this.This whole matter should be investigated.

    I've been trying to return my order from Flipkart which is of Rs. 469. I requested to return it and first time my order was not picked up but again I tried to return it but the pickup date was shown 1 Jan 2021 and when i called the number being given by Ekart Logistics in their Out for Pickup Message, The delivery boy didn't pick up my call and declined it several times. I'm highly disappointed with the same. I'm feeling cheated. If in my place the owners of the company would've been there, they'd have known how much it hurts when you waste your money like this. I request you to kindly take my concern seriously as even Re. 1 is important.
    Hope for an action soon.

      We are giving complaints but not at all resolving... As we customers are ordering so that logistics are running please keep this in mind and train your boys to behave... Teach them to talk politely and really disgusting to have such rude delivery boys simply brutes in srikalahasti ekart logistics

        I did not receive the product yet.
        I received below message on 26th dec 2020:

        Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPP[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 107 -valid only for today.

        Please let me know when can I expect next date of delivery?

          I ordered infinix hot 10 mobile on 24 Dec 2020. The order delivery date is 28 Dec 2020. Today date is 30 Dec 2020. Still I'm not received my order. I called to that delivery boy which is provided by ekart through SMS. He said "sorry sir, I delivered your order tomorrow". I approached the ekart office in Tanuku. The head of that office person talking rudly. This is very bad. They don't know how to behave with customers? The worrest delivery agency in Tanuku is ekart.

            My order was present at E kart hub in my locality but they didn't delivered me my order, i went to that hub but they answered me in reckless behaviour and reckless way two times, very worst experience from Ekart

              Yesterday LG fridge was delivered.. and exchange fridge should picked up. They said 300 needs to paid.. I asked will that reflect in flipkart. They said yes still it was not reflecting. I want to speak to that dleivery and make it clear why they have taken 300 and why it was not reflected in flipkart order. Tried reaching toll free numbers but no luck

                After my product is out for delivery i have received a message on my phone that the ekart logistics has out for delivery the i call to the delivery boy in the given number then the delivery boy tell me that he will deliver the product the next day. In morning i have received a message on my phone that i have rejected the product. I have didn't received the product or call from delivery boy so how can i reject.

                  I'm still wondering about the deliver boys misbehaviour while picking up the returned product.. We have received a parcel without tag from mantra and also because of size issues... He came on the scheduled return pickup . And while collecting the item he refused to collect as it has no tag. I understand ... But he was raising his voice against us that as if we are saying lies... And manipulating... This is disgusting... I'm a research scholar working for a central govt project... I'm really feeling bad about this issue... Please take action against him asap... E Kart srikalahasti

                  Same thing happening again and again... With Ekart Srikalahasti... I don't know why ekart hire Uneducated brutes as delivery boys... First train them to talk politely with customers... We customers are ordering so that this logistics is running remember that

                      The courier service partner was cancelled my order with out informing to me. All ather deliveries also providing home delivery. I ordered one small mixer grinder, in this courier partner said we not able to provide home delivery this particular order. Okk but today morning with out information why the order was cancelled

                            Sallery issue & misbehave with me - I'm work in ekart motherhub company in rewari ...scanning is my work in company in secondary Station. Regularly I'm do my scanning work in company properly . My attendance is very good of the month.., my 1 month complete attendance is recorded by the company. All present no absent there. Bt they give me sallery of the helper/loader they not give me sallery of scanner...and after i tell my issue to the HR of company ..he said that me clearly...he not give me to scanner sallery & he told that i not give you to any solution. Raj sir also that these lines that Hr says me . Please reslove my problem otherwise i complained against ecart company & i F.I R on this company.

                              I had ordered a double sided Grill Pan but the item delivered was a bread toaster. At the time of delivery I was not present at home so my son paid for the item. Once I got home I opened the package and to my surprise it was not the product I had ordered. I called your delivery guy and told him the product is not the same so not to give the money to the seller. He said he will get back but after that call his mobile was just not getting through or just going tohrough a caller tune. I understand that your company is involved in this scam as the seller is also not responding to my mail.

                                Your courier Wishmaster not providing delivery my order on mentioned address. and talking over the phone I will not come to your address and talking unprofessional, He said come 2km other place and collect your product.

                                Which type you services provided to the customer. I have recorded a voice for further proof.

                                  Order tracking status is same for past 8 days and it is still same as the day the order was placed .

                                  Expected delivery date is 26th December and by the looks of order status not sure when it will be delivered

                                    Inhad ordered a set of coat pant and highneck from facebook " mode for you". Qgen i opened the parcel, i received two used old and torn sarees. And she is not receiving the call now. Please help me to return and refund.

                                        Complaints against :

                                        tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 126).

                                        Disgusting behaviour ...till now this is 3 times disgusting behaviour...what the hell are going on?
                                        I have order something.. and what about if I cancel to refused to receive it.. that's my issue..what the hell he told me that he will block my account.
                                        If is there any problem with my account I will see you.
