You received an order for delivery with ID FMPP[protected].
The courier on 19 October 2020 (this is delivery date) you received in dabri hub which is near my delivery address but that is sent to daruheda which is far away from my address and the courier is getting late. Please deliver the courier. This show Your service is poor. Please take the matter seriously and fast your service.

    Delivery agent is refuse to exchange my old phone without any reason. When I am asking him why you refuse to take this phone, he just says it was very risky so you paid the exchange money or I will cancel your order. Due to emergency only I have to keep my order without any exchange of my old phone. So I request you to kindly look into this matter because o[censored]rgency of people they just take the advantage of it.when I told him, I complaint about this matter to your company but he said do it I don't care about it.

      Ekart delivery boy Pikup my old phone in exchange Pikup created by Flipkart. At the time of pickup he undervalued my pikup item from Rs2700 to Rs1150. And said your Pikup is final . By at evening I got message from Ekart that my pikup is rejected. Nd also in Flipkart order details they shows that I paid 2700 in cash and pikup is cancelled. So what is the matter?

        My order is out for delivery since yesterday. Delivery boy is not delivering. He is not answering my call and even if recieves, telling lie that he would deliver in few hrs, since yesterday.

            I have faced this problem twice.
            Delivery agent do not pick call and do not deliver my item the day, showing item is out for delivery.
            Delivery agent from ekart logistics had postponed delivery of one of my previous item by saying that i am unable to deliver your item so you have to wait for tomorrow.
            Please solve my issue as quick as possible.

                      Very rude and misbehave by the delivery boy even my delivery date is today and that delivery boy does not inform me once after that i call him he speak me fraud excuses and spoiled my whole day even after that he is not humble he regularly told me lie and lie...this type of service can't be tolerate ..due to only one delivery guy whole ekart service prove wrong ..take an strict action again that delivery biy

                        I have ordered for a saree from yo yo fashion I received wrong parcel the outer cover has my address but the inner package has another address the one which have to go to that address got exchanged with mine I have attached the photos. Very much sad about this kind of service please do the needful

The agent is riding a ### bicycle not even a motor vehicle and he came in front of my house and went back the same way without even bothering to call me.

                              I have ordered a product called boar airodopes at price '999' and it was cancelled.when i contacted flipkarr customer service they told me that ekart logistics have cancelled my order and they didn't mention the reason and the problem is the price of the product has increased and i could not buy it again.They are the one who cancelled it without my confirmation.i need my product back and i did not get the refund .i think you will consider it

                                Sk Monirul, Mr. Abhijit etc. came to deliver to me, I like their behavior. But Sehk Raju is bothering me a lot after my delivery with my phone number. Please stop it. Yesterday Sehk Raju came to deliver to my address(Khalore Chandni near Avinandan Welfare Society club, Bagnan, Howrah, 711303) & after that he continuously disturbing me.I am very upset at his behavior. I never expect that from your courier service. Please please stop it.
