The delivery of realme x2 (Pearl green... With tracking id fmpc[protected] has been delayed, your company is unable to deliver me despite of having a lot of time.
Product has been in my city for more than two weeks... So please do something about it

      Today i received my courrier and i was upset after watching the item. I never experienced with this kind of fraud things as i have a long relationship with flipkart.. I ordered redmi smartphone but received some local ordinary mobile phone. I went to ecart hub at kerala calicut mankav office and i didn't received helpful action from their side, simply informed
      That you will not get the refund or product.
      Kindly look into this issue, i booked through flipkart big sale page and i never expected this kind of cheating will happen. Such a big company this will affect your brand image also.
      I expect your valuable reply or else i will move for legal actions.

          Hii team,
          My order no is fmpr[protected], i have ordered wellberg griller from flipkart, which has been delivered to me on 6th june'2020, due to the missing product i initiated for return, i also talked to flipkart customer care on 6th june, 20. On 7th june, 20 ekart has called me to pick up the returned item, they come with tempo can, i returned the product to ekart with same box packaging. But till now ekart has not updated the return product status to flipkart, and that is why flipkart has cancelled my refund status. So i am considering that ekart has theft my product, because i talked to ekart executive physically, they don't provide any receipt copy to customer when they pick up the returned product from customer. I will go to consumer forum against ekart, because ekart is providing pathetic service towards their customer.

            Delivery of my product pending since 70 day

            I have order product from Flipkart, after lockdown all services resumed still product not yet deliverred ... No anyone helping me to update address ... Nither Ekart office available nor any contact number... Flipkart customer executive also not able to provide any contact point. They are saying that we don't have any update of courier parteners. I am suffering a lot because of delivery not received on time... Please help me to get my delivery...

              My product has been came from bangalore after so many issue and it reached perumber hub before 10 days which is very nearest hub to me. But these people keeping with them without delivering the product for more than 10 days.

                I have placed an order from mi.com on 2nd june 2020 and it is supposed to be delivered by ekart but it is in transit from 5th of june and there is no further processing it is a prepaid order and thats why i am so much worried. This is not the way you guys treat customers. I will file a complain if no further actions will be there here is the tracking no. Plz update me regarding my order.

                    On 3 june, when wishmaster came to deliver, i asked him to swipe the card, but he was not having swipe machine, then i asked him to wait for 10 mins so that i can arrange the cash for the same, but he was too unsupportive to wait, in 4-5 mins or so he started saying that he cannot wait, i asked him to reattempt next day then, he went back & placed the cancellation request. When flipkart called me to confirm whether i want to cancel, i said "no, i didn't asked him to cancel at all". I was then assured of reattempt. Though, i was neither contacted by the wishmaster nor reattempt was made. Today, when i woke up, i saw the status of my order stating "as per ur request ur order is being cancelled". How can he cancel by himself when i didn't asked him to cancel.

                    In a earlier case, the same wishmaster behaved very rudely& this time he crossed his limits by cancelling without my approval. Action should be taken & i should be notified of action taken against him.

                    The way he talks, the attitude he shows, & in a yet other case when we said him that we will complain, he said 'do what u can do, i will behave like that only", i mean that's disgusting

                    I will surely take this matter to consumer court, if not resolved. As if this is happening with me, a flipkart plus member, it is a matter of concern. I have done online shopping on flipkart for about 30000 rs in last 2-3 months & never faced such issues.

                      I've ordered a product from flipkart (Order id : fmpp[protected]) dated 6th june 2020 and expected delivery was on 7th june 2020, but still i haven't got my product yet. The same has been despatched from company and flipkart too but this courier company are not delivery it on time.

                        Order i'd - fmpp[protected]
                        I ordered a product on flipkart and after delivery date order not delivered. And next day i got a update that courier boy not able to reached delivery address after many attempt. But it's fake reason reported by courier boy because you can understand at this time all people staying home due to covid 19 virus then how it's possible that customer will not available in home address and courier boy not able to find customer in his address?
                        I lost so much time on this order and also i waited for a long time but your courier service agent cancelled my prepaid order reporting fake reasons. And also i noticed that my product was out for delivery on wrong location. You can check my delivery address and address that provided by you on product.
                        I want that you take it seriously otherwise this bad services effect your business.

                          I have ordered two kurtas on flipkart and it is supposed to be delivered by your ekart person. So flipkart orders are delivered to home but your ekart delivery man said that the company has asked him not to deliver to the exact location. If you can't deliver the orders at doorstep, then don't even accept the orders. It's a huge inconvenience you are creating for me.

                            I've ordered the product at 18th of april 2020 later they mentioned the delivery date would be on 27th april 2020 but due to covid 19 issue, they changed the delivery date to may 1st 2020. I've waited for the product to deliver on that date. But the product not delivered and again they changed the delivery date to 15th may 2020. So i've been in patience and waited till may 15th 2020 at 7pm. But still they didn't delivered the product. But it shows the product is in vyasarpadi hub in chennai. After some days they changed the delivery date to june 6th 2020. So i waited till today. But still the product not delivered. Ekart logistics is serving a worst server ever i see. I need the product to be delivered today. Or just give the hub contact number or address so that i will go and collect it directly. But the details provided in website is not responding. I want to take this ticket as high priority and deliver the product today. This could be my last product to order form flipkart and ekart logistics.

                                  I ordered mobile on flipkart which needs to be delivered on march. I understand the pandamic of covid 19. Now everything going well from last 1month but still my order is not moving from the godown. Atleast inform us that it's gone wrong or any status. They are delivering products nor cancelling the product.

                                  Worst logistics i have ever seen. No proper information nothing
