My order was to be deliver yesterday but it hasnt received till now so please check once and let me know.. Code fmpc[protected]

My Ekart Tracking Id: AEPC[protected]. It should be delivered on 18th July 2020. But till now we didn't receive any message or phone call regarding "Out for delivery". When we tracked our product, it is showing that "Delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)", which is completely a false statement. And the Promised delivery date was 22nd July 2020. But till this time we didn't receive any response from the Ekart Courier.

Will the product be delivered or?????

I have ordered a product from flipkart. The value of the product is 1044 but my delevary boy had taken form me 6 rupees extra 1050. I was early in the morning he came before the working hour had started. I didnt pay attention to the price. But when i finally got the arriving sms that time i notice he took 6 rupees extra. Your delivery agent delivered the orders fmpp[protected] & fmpp[protected] and picking up was unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances for mynr[protected] at same address in the same day.
Is it possible to deliver to same address and pick up was failed. It is clear that your delivery agent updated false in either.

The e kart updated status for pick up as follows
Pick up unsuccessful: libas women peach-colo... With tracking id mynr[protected] from myntra.com could not be picked up today due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try again tomorrow. Due to which the return was cancelled.

You are requested to take necessary action at your end and compensate the same.

Delay of delivery of my order from flipkart. My order id is. Od[protected] my tracking id is fmpp[protected]. My order was out for delivery from 17 july but i didn't get it till now. Even they mentioned that the consumer didn't reply or give response but it didn't happen. I have called them on costumer care number but i got no response. I have sent message and i also mailed them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and place my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order. I have to leave for outstation. Kindly give me contact no. Of the delivery person so that i can track my order and get my order by a specific time.

Got purchased Pinkwhale New Rice, Fruit, Vegetable Washing Bowl Strainer Colander Blue, Pink, Green.On 9th of this month product got received by Ekart service center. On 18th July also they did try to reached me via calling however at that point of time have busy some other work and did not picked the delivery boy call.

I know and hope there is 3 consideration days for one product and they have to re attempt for delivery but they just did return my product. After I make a call to near Ekart service center for asking about my product they just saying that my product got returned. And they say they don't know the reason why got cancelled.

This is reddiculas think that they are providing a incomplete and wrong information to the customer
If they don't know why product got return why they are working over there ...
And this is the taking care of customers this is totally not acceptable thing what u faced today ...

Take a action against the irresponsible personal involving on this ...

Hope this is enough to get what I faced the issues.

Today i received a package via ekart and when i asked about the sanitisation process, they clearly said no sanitisation is being done. They are even telling that the sender has done the sanitisation so why should the ekart bother. This is a serious issue in the times of corona. I request you to please look into it. This happened in pincode - 756100

I ordered a sharee from sharideal.com and when it comeout it's quality is so poor and when i called customer care of that site he started blocking me and abusing me i want you guys to block that website and if it possible then return that i am going to file a police complain. And the order is accepted by the dealer and the item is packed and shipped. But till now the item is not delivered nor have any updates regarding the order

My item power stretch roller has reached ecil hub on 15 July 20 but has not been delivered still...even they are not at all giving a call

I have ordered a Laptop battery (order number OD[protected] on Flipkart website, the seller has shipped it on 14-July-2020 at 9:53 AM from Delhi, the product has reached the delivery city namely Bangalore on 15-July-2020 at 4:43AM. despite this the product has not been delivered even after 2 days of it arriving in Bangalore.

It looks like Ekart logistics is deliberately holding it back or the tracking details provided on their site are incorrect, it is an offence to misguide your customer or hold back his product and NOT give valid reasons despite customer reaching out to you multiple times.

I request stern action on the concerned.

The product booked from Myantra Tracking id No. MYNP[protected] HAS BEEN RECIVED IN YOUR NEAREST HUB BADFI ON 13 JULY BUT NOT DELIVERED AS YET.

I have ordered a 5 star samsung washing machine on 8th july and 9july my order was shipped. The delivery date given to me was 10th july. I had ordered it on flipkart and ekart logistics is used by flipkart for delivering. So ekart has stuck my delivery in bhiwandi which reached itself on 9th july.
