On 3 june, when wishmaster came to deliver, i asked him to swipe the card, but he was not having swipe machine, then i asked him to wait for 10 mins so that i can arrange the cash for the same, but he was too unsupportive to wait, in 4-5 mins or so he started saying that he cannot wait, i asked him to reattempt next day then, he went back & placed the cancellation request. When flipkart called me to confirm whether i want to cancel, i said "no, i didn't asked him to cancel at all". I was then assured of reattempt. Though, i was neither contacted by the wishmaster nor reattempt was made. Today, when i woke up, i saw the status of my order stating "as per ur request ur order is being cancelled". How can he cancel by himself when i didn't asked him to cancel.
In a earlier case, the same wishmaster behaved very rudely& this time he crossed his limits by cancelling without my approval. Action should be taken & i should be notified of action taken against him.
The way he talks, the attitude he shows, & in a yet other case when we said him that we will complain, he said 'do what u can do, i will behave like that only", i mean that's disgusting
I will surely take this matter to consumer court, if not resolved. As if this is happening with me, a flipkart plus member, it is a matter of concern. I have done online shopping on flipkart for about 30000 rs in last 2-3 months & never faced such issues.
