Even though I got a message that the item will be delivered today, I did not receive. The delivery boy is not picking up the call

My product is not delivered

Showing delivered on 27 oct 2023 but not delivered till 13 nov 2023 .called the Flipkart support but they cannot resolved my problem they told me that my product was delivered. It was a prepaid order but I did not get the product till now and flipkart does not refund the money.

    I have ordered NCERT BIOLOGY BOOSTER volume 1 to the address of my daughter who is staying in hostel in VIJAYAWADA through FLIPKART and the delivery agency is EKART LOGISTICS by tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The delivery agent misleaded me as if he is at the college hostel and asked for OTP for delivery. He did not deliver the product and updated the delivery status as DELIVERED. The delivery agent is not responding nor the FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE is taking any responsibility of contacting the agent. This is ridiculous in part of EKART LOGISTICS and FLIPKART.

      I am staying in Proddatur and my daughter is studying in a residential college in Vijayawada. I have ordered NCERT BIOLOGY BOOSTER VOLUME 1 to the college on FLIPKART and the deliver partner is EKART LOGISTICS with tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The delivery agent misleaded me by saying that he is at the hostel campus and asked me for OTP for verification. He did not deliver the product but the product is marked as delivered. No contact information of the agent is available nor the flipkart is taking responsibility on tracking where he delivered the product.

          Hi,
          I have purchased IPhone 14 on 1st of November and we haven’t received our Product yet. Delivery date was 3rd November and it got rescheduled to 6th november after that it again got rescheduled to 8th nov and still I dont have the Product. my product is showing at near by hun(College road hub). I had multiple call with flipkart support team but no effective update regarding the product they're just responding same on every call that they're looking into it. I visited ekart college road hub but no effective responce
          This is not correct way to respond to customer
          Hence kindly request you to look this issue and we need delivery as soon as possible.

It shows that the order is delivered on 5th November 2023 at 12:50 PM but it is not delivered by your delivery agent. Kindly take necessary action to enquire about my order and please expell that agent from your company.

              Dear Flipkart, I have faced an issue that my order was cancelled and returned due to the lethargic behaviour of the delivery agent(MIZORAM 796001 PIN CODE) One of my experience is when they tried to deliver my order they said they dont even know the location and I keep on telling them and trying to navigate the route, yet they never tried to comprehend the very common location which is near a College but later they called and asked for the 4 digit in the message then blendly told me that they will deliver the item the next day, I was too busy at the moment and dont read the other letters, I gave them the digit later I realized that it was a cancellation request which i never tried to, but it was too late. They lied and return my item because they refused to deliver it to me due to the item I order it was kitchen sink it might be heavy but they should just asked to come pick up the item if it was a burden to them. As you can tell that kind of behaviour seems to be a norm in the system and have been practised many times to many customers. So please, i kindly request the team to monitor the courier and delivery agent this is very unprofessional I ordered in many sites I had never face this kind o[censored]nprofessional issues before.                 Ordered product through flipkart on November 1st and expected delivery date is 6th November, but didn't get an updation even after 10th November from ekart. Track order using order ID but it seems error. Not showing any details of my order or live location status. Called flipkart and they don't also have no idea about my order status. Order ID::FMPN[protected]. At least give an updation on this one and its not possible to cancel my order because of ekart management this kind of behavior. Kindly give us a updation.

                        I ordered a product on Flipkart on 5th November 2023 with order id OD[protected]. it was scheduled to be delivered on 8th November 2023, but it was not delivered however the app is showing that the product has reached to nearest hub. Now today is 9th november2023 but the product Didot even moved. It seems like the product has been misplaced by the courier company .it contains very important product. the tracking id is FMPP[protected]. please deliver it or give me the address of the hub so that i can collect it myself.

                              Always my orders on ekart is not delivered on the exact date and time. Delivery boy ( [protected]) who is allotted for my orders is not delivering the order on date and doesn't picking up the call. Due to this I'm getting delay in delivery. There's no proper intimation.

                                    I am frustrated and tired with Flipkart delivery operation, i am writing this complaint and this is my last hope, i hope my issue will be resolved.

                                    I ordered iphone from Flipkart but in hurry of the sale i have entered wrong pincode but I don't this, at the day of delivery, delivery boy called me and i have said plzz cancel my order if you can't deliver it to me but he didn't listened to me, he mirouted my order, the date was 4th nov. And now is 8th November, they did 3 times attempt but didn't RTO my order, my order comes to warehouse and they send back and write mirouted reason and i don't have the option in my Flipkart account to cancel, my order is stucked, i tried Flipkart customer care number many times, they just say that we can't cancel this order, this will be only cancelled at the doorstep by delivery agent, i already told them i don't live in banglore i live in haryana I don't know what to do now, i tried everything, i have gone to my nearest hub tooo, they are also saying we don't know go and contact to banglore ekart hub plzzz Flipkart team solve this problem or update, if anyone from ekart team or Flipkart team is seeing this plzzz SORT me out from this problem

                                      I have return a Ishin teal blue kurta set from Myntra. I have returned it on 2nd November 2023. Pick up agent came and picked up my product on 2nd November. Later I received massage that pick-up rejected. I didn’t get my product back neither I get the refund of amount Rs. 2719/-. Myntra customer executives are telling me that they haven’t received the product.
