Recived a message on WhatsApp and service message with Tracking id number TRSC[protected] ekart delivery men made a call for receiving a parcel on cod so i went to pickup the parcel but seeing at a price i was bit confused whether this parcel maybe order by my friend behalf of my name and address so i made cod of 299rs and picked up the parcel but went i opened the parcel i was really amazed to see a damage used product a kurta top with crushed colour fade and threads are all out i was really helpless when I contacted the delivery men he told I wouldn’t help you out and now i am not able to return the product so i request you to please look it this problem abd refund my money back ..or Track and mention who ordered this and how can return this product.

      Received a product from trendy styles on 26/02/2024 which was not ordered. since i was not available at my address i was not able to collect it personally to verify. the person who called me at 11:53 also did not mention that it was cash on delivery. he collected rs 299 from a store person where i had told him to hand it over. the product in that package was a dirty worn dress and a kids dirty salwar. the call was made from ekart delivery bangalore jio number [protected]. i need ekart logistics to take away this filthy package and return my cash of 299 rs and also want to know how my address and phone number is leaked out. need compensation for giving out my information.

      Despite it being more than 3 weeks since ekart has been notified of my complaint, no one from ekart has contacted me regarding the same. Looks like ekart itself is doing some shady business. I hope this is a disclaimer for people willing to do business with them.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience i had with one of your delivery personal Mr. Abhiram. On 22.02.2024, I placed an order through Flipkart for the product spin cart 3 in 1 Screen Cleaning Set for PC, Laptops, Monitors, Mobiles, LCD, LED and despite the confirmation of the order the delivery was not made with the stipulated time frame. He had attempted to make a call and once i had picked it up he keeps quiet to prove his side. Furthermore the behavior of the delivery executive is completely unacceptable. Not only he was rude and disrespectful in his language he has also asked me to collect the product from the hub and he wont deliver the product for me.
        communication through google pay, but he also used harsh language which is highly unacceptable and uncalled for. such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also creates a negative experience for customers like myself. his google pay number through which he had sent inappropriate messages is [protected]. It is imperative that action be taken to address this matter, or else i would have to expose the messages he had sent on social media which would affect your reputation also.
        i trust that you will take this matter seriously and do the necessary
        as soon as possible

            Dear Team,

            I received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle yesterday 25th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. Need resolution ASAP.Please refund my money.

                I had ordered a product from Myntra but I had recieved different product. After that I had raised a request for return which was picked up by delivery agent, but he had submitted fake response that he had not picked up the product. He also misbehaves with me and many other peoples and sometimes he also abuses. So, I am requesting to please change the delivery partner for that area or just fired him, if possible. I don't know his name.

                        I am writing to report a disturbing incident of harassment I experienced via phone call today. The individual claimed to be from Ekart but engaged in highly inappropriate and threatening behavior.

                        Their lewd remarks have left me feeling scared and deeply uncomfortable. This behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes Ekart's reputation.

                        I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.

                        I am also uploading this information everywhere on social media to make people aware of this situation.

                          The status of this shipment is not updated from[protected] either in flipkart website nor in Ekart website. In Ekart website it shows: "Oops!There seems issue with tracking id:FMPP[protected]."

                              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. On 20/02/2024, I received my order with reference number #SZ2229, but unfortunately, it seems there has been a mistake in the delivery process.

                              Instead of receiving the [correct item name], which I had originally ordered, I received [incorrect item received]. This item does not match what I had purchased, and it seems there has been a mix-up in the delivery process.

                              I am quite disappointed and inconvenienced by this error. I was looking forward to using the [correct item name -Important Shoes Rack]. However, receiving an incorrect item has disrupted my plans.Ekart Delivery No( #STLC[protected]) and I will Pay to courier delivery boy in cash-1000/-.

                              I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know the steps I need to take to return the incorrect item and receive the correct one. Additionally, if there are any procedures for compensation or reimbursement for this inconvenience, I would appreciate being informed about them.

                                    My Employee id is 2715847, I have work this company for 16 days, i left this company for salary unsatisfaction. Now i only get paid for only 5 days, Now he/she abusive to me and said not giving me salary.
