It's been 10 days since i ordered on december 5 and my order was reached in my near hub pendra on the morning of december 12th, so my product should be delivered in the evening on december 12th. It's too late today is 14th december its totally disappointing... I faced same issue many times... I am also attach my previous order screenshot. Many time when i have received notification from ekart for out of delivery the delivery boy not contect me and they return my product... After 2 - 4 days and when i call delivery boy they ignore me..

this is the worst delivering logistics i have ever seen, they dont even call or msg about delivery, they just send the msg like "we are unable to deliver your product due to wrong address mentioned in your flipkart. even if you give the correct address with your contact details.
Hi, today 20th Dec 2019 i have received the fake order i got a call from Ekart stating the order which we paid for 1700 when we open the box the box is empty.
there is no such details on the product please help me with the my money return .

        I have ordered something from flipkart. Expected delivery date was december 5, 2019.
        Courier service called me for delivery on december 4, 2019 but i couldn't pick up the call but i called back (At 2:30pm) after one hour of his last call. This time the delivery person didn't pick up my call. So i waited for next day (December 5, 2019) for his second delivery attempt but i didn't receive any...

          Sir/mam i meenu verma order no pkrc[protected] ordered one saree from your company but you delivered wrong order to me it's not the same product. Quality is really very cheap. My product is saree. I don't like it at all. So i am not satisfied with this and i ordered first time at your site. But i feel it's not worth to spend money on this useless product.             The saree i ordered was supposed to be a silk saree but what i got looks like a mosquito net as its quality is too bad. The colour is not the same. The fabric is not the same. It should've been how the details were given about it. How can the whole product change all of a sudden from my order to the product i got?! This is unacceptable. My money is wasted on this.

                This is with reference to the courier with the tracking id: fmpp[protected] (Destination: hyderabad)

                I have not received the item but the tracking webpage is showing the status that it has already been delivered to some nearby shop of a family member. There are several shops around here and i have no family members in any of the shops. Moreover, some shops around here have dishonest people. It is not possible for me to locate the item. It is quite possible that someone from the shops around here must have lied about being our family member and dishonestly taken the item from your delivery person. It was the negligence of your delivery person to hand over the item t a shop instead of delivering at my house directly.

                Please ask your delivery person to pick up the item from the wrong person as soon as possible and deliver it directly at my house.
                Plzzz send My parsel information.

                  Hello,

                  I have ordered puma shoes from flipkart after it got delivered i have to exchange it to a bigger size i. E uk9 as the ordered product was smaller in size ie uk8. When the exchange product was delivered to my home i was not present at the moment. My mom has dealt with e-kart executive, the e-kart guy found my product is dirty as it was a white shoe, my mom cleaned it and said him to take the product. But being rudely he said i'll come tomorrow to pick the same product and then he left. The product was not dirty at all i have just worn it to check the comfort, white shoe surface easily gets some dirt on it. Then the next day e-kart executive has canceled my exchange request. I have again processed the exchange request so it got accepted and the product expected delivery was 18th nov 2019. Till 18th nov 2019, my product was not delivered, the next day on 20th nov 2019 my sister got a call from the e-cart executive (She received a call because the product was ordered from her phone or flipkart app). The e-kart executive said the product is out for delivery and will be delivered to you by afternoon. Till afternoon the product was not delivered. My sister called him again and he said he is not coming today as your product was dirty. Till evening the guy not came and said we cannot deliver the product to you and we are canceling your exchange request. Without seeing the product on the second request the e-kart executive has canceled my request. This delivery guy doesn't have any authority for doing the same. Now, i have only concern is why my exchange product is not being delivered before seeing the original product. This e-kart service executive is being so rude to my family members and speaking lies and wasting their time.

                  I request you to kindly find the e-kart executive contact details or flipkart shipment hub chembur address. I want to talk to him or visit their office to clear this issue.

                  I hope you will kindly look into this matter.

                    The guy called me that u have a parcel where should i deliver it, i replied deliver it on mentioned address he said ok after that he has not arrived there and called me after 3hrs and said i can't deliver it tomorrow
                    Next day i called him twice he has not picked up my phone is it a joke and still has not delivered it

                      I placed order on 30th of October and delivery was expected to be done before 4th of November 2019.. but it is delayed, . . .today 6th of Nov is over. and no one knows where is my product.. i tried contacting the MaxOnlineFashion customer care but no support.. they said they have given it to Ekart team and i am unable to reach out to EKart team as there are wrong details updated on Website..

                      i can only track it with the Number- LOIP[protected] but last update made on this was on 4th oif November and after that there is no update..

                      i regret paying the amount online as i was completely unaware of this Ekart service that they will do this cheap thing with me for just Rs.1400 ..

                      Very bad experience..

                      Disgusting service from Maxonline fashion website and EKart team..

                      now i am not able to even cancel the order..

                      please dont eat my money and refund my amount back to me, ..

                          I had ordered a ralme 5 pro from flipkart and was sent through ekart logistics. The delivery person is very rude and doesn't deliver the product in time. On receiving my calls he makes false promises of the time of delivery but refuses to deliver. Port pathetic delivery servicefrom ekart, vellore. Next time if i'm sent order from ekart i will immediately cancel it. A nightmare.

                            I have ordered an item from Flipkart and given correct home address with pin-code. I regularly track the item through the flipkart page . But when the item reached the hub near me, it shows the status as'Out of Delivery Area-Pincode-Address mismatch'

                            I dint understand why this is happening. Previously I ordered many things and those items were delivered on time by Delhivery agents. But Ekart isnt at all doing a courtesy of atleast making a call to me. I waited for few days and finally had to visit myself to their hub and pick the item from them before it gets cancelled.

                            Again recently I ordered 4 more items from Flipkart. out of those 2 items got delivered to my address by Delhivery agent and the rest 2 are still at Ekart hub near me, and the status in tracking page is'Out of Delivery Area-Pincode-Address mismatch'.

                            Someone please explain why this is happening always with Ekart, if they cant deliver anything then why Flipkart is still there courier partner.These kind of courier agency will ruin the name of online mega shops

                              I have ordered realme 5 pro mobile on 4th october in flipkart and ekart delivery people received it in hyderabad by 14th october.
                              I actual delivery date was mentioned 17th october 2019. But it didn't get delivered. I called flipkart they told it was miss routed by ekart team and mentioned it will be delivered by 19th october 2019 but even on 19th oct 2019 it didn't get delivered. Again it was miss routed by ekart team. I called them flipkart again they told it will be delivered by ekart team by 21st october 019 but even today it didn't get delivered. What you guys are doing? Sleeping with out doing proper work. If i won't receive my mobile in next two days i'm going to raise complaint against you. You can get the notice from where im going to raise complaint.
                              They cancel the shipment before attempting delivered to buyer. Shipment already arrived to our state(Mizoram) capital (Aizawl). After 4 days they cancel shipment without trying to deliver. Mizoram Ekart Logistics workers lack of honesty. They are unfaihtful.Lack of loyalty.

                                I ordered a saree from the website nallisarees.in recently and recieved a fake product. I am not able to contact the seller or ekart now. I demand immediate action against this. Such courier and delivery services should not be supported in any case. Ekart works for trustable websites such as flipkart. If this service is becoming party to such fraudulent websites then in which services would the consumers trust??...

                                I ordered two nokia 6.1 plus phone from flipkart on 30th september 2019 and received two phones on 2nd october 2019. One of the phone is damaged on back panel and issued a complaint for replacement for the imei no [protected] and the order no is od[protected] and the return id is[protected]. Today a wish master came to my place and asked for the phone which is to be replaced and later on denied it to do. I want to know the process in which it is to be done. This is the third time am being harassed this way and the damaged product is not been replaced yet. Wish master is putting last three digit of the imei no. On his phone and said that the product cannot be replaced without saying me the reason.
                                Kindly see to this this matter and give me a reply as early as possible.

                                  My tracking numbers were itqc[protected] and itqc[protected]. My packages were from myvcircle was sent through ekart. The pincode for my location is 680004. They returned the package saying my pincode is 680011. My mobile number was also there but they never had the courtesy to call.in this modern world courier company depending only on pincode is silly. Moreover the actual pincode is 680004 and in google maps it is wrongly shown as 680011.

                                  Change or be left behind.

                                  All these details i came to know when i called myvcircle. When myvcircle called ekart, they asked me to travel 10 kilometres and collect my package.

                                  Ekart claims to be no 1 logistic company in india. With this kind of attitude, i don't know how they substantiate that claim.

                                  This is not the first time. Earlier on an order from medecines mall, the Ekart guy wouldn't deliver to my office on 2nd floor and made me come to parking to collect the package. That too after calling and not coming for 3 days.
