I placed an order with Lifestyle. Order no: [protected]. This order was supposed to be delivered by ekart, shipment no : LOIP[protected].
I received the message that this order has been delivered and was received by my family member but this is not the case. I was at home and this order has not been delivered to me or any of my family member.
Please look into this matter.

    I have an complaint against the delivery boy who delivered my order... He used to called us 2 km far away from my home nd he always says that he doesn't come nd we have to take it from there every time... Today i asked him to deliver it to my house nd he says no he can't nd so i say u have to deliver it to my house clearly... Nd he then says there is a problem in my bike... What kind of reason is this... Then i say u have to come to my house whatever it is... All the time he just says that yhn ajao k yhn ajao... If they are delivering they have to deliver it to my house... The way of talking is also very bad... He says that muje bahar ka mt smjho m bi yhi ka hu btadunga... What is this... Nd he also says agli baar order krna tb btaunga... Is this the way of talking to customers... Talk to ur partner inki manmaani har baar nhi chlegi aur har baar ka yhi h... Once upon a time i have ordered 2 fans from flipkart nd he called us 5 km far nd says that apko yhi se le jana pdega hum nhi aenge y kya bt hoti h...
    I got wrong product frm the ekart courirer.I contacted the seller he said that he will replace the order but now his number is not working.Please help me.

      This is to bring to your notice that ekart logistics have placed am order with flipkart on 15th may 2019, with order number od[protected] the product is a hair care product by the brand wow rated 646 rs. As per the tracking the product bas been dispatched and has reached to hyderabad hub on 17th may 2019. They first gave me a promise of 19th may to deliver the product later changed to 22nd may and now i receive a message that the product is further delayed. The customer service is also giving me fake assurance that the product will be delivered today at any cost.. You are requested to help me out with this issue asap

        Dear sir/mam,
        My order from flipkart is reached at my nearest delivery hub on date 10th May and since the day i am getting messages daily that my order is out for delivery but the person selected for delivery has not delivered my parcel yet and not even tried to call me or reach my delivery address. Even when i am trying to call on number '[protected]' to reach out to the delivery boy, he is disconnecting my call. Please do the needful to deliver my parcel.

        I have given ordered for Allen solly trouser on flipkart which expected delivery was till 19th may 2019.But my order was not delivered till 19th may 2019 by ekart logistics courier. So they make sure that they will deliver my order till 20th may 2019 and make sure that this kind of things never happen again.
        I have given order for prestige centrifugal juicer on flipkart which have expected delivery date of 18 sep 2020 but it didn't delivered and even it didn't delivered on 19 sep 2020 but it has already arrived at my city. could you please help me out with this problem.

          Kindly refer subjected order number & attached screenshot.

          Updated tracking status depicts that delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected). This is indeed very much surprising as no one has called/messaged for any delivery attempt & web status shows wrong details transferring responsibility on customer which is not expected from a reputed player like ecart.

          I would like to request to look in to the matter & revert with precise status as delivery is still pending against subjected order.

              My order got cancelled by ekart logistics without any notification. When i called them back they said we will deliver your product tomorrow. But next day i got a mail that my order has been cancelled by ekart logistics.
              Worst courier service ever they did not called me for three days in message i got number of delivery boy, i called him but he said he is sick, another one said he is busy in his brother's marriage, i want to know if he was busy in his brother's marriage then why the hell ekart logistics gave me his number.

                I bought a suitcase from flipkart it's been 5 days now and yet Ekart did not pick it up from my door for return. The first dat person came and said he would get bigger vehicle and after that they are giving excuses absolutely ridiculous n [censored] this logistic needs to shut down forever
                I want my order before 10 June pls delivered

                  I have ordered a top from max, my order id is [protected] which was suposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id loip[protected]. But in the evening i got a message that it is delivered to my neighbor hari.

                  I don't have such named person and nobody took my permission whether it is to be delivered to that person or not. Even i have not received any call from your delivery boy.

                  Which should be delivered today (26/04/2019), location:
                  Bangalore-560035 (Tulasi layout), i am staying in a apartment of 4th
                  Floor and the apartment has no lift facility. But previously i haven't
                  Get any problem from any other delivery agents, they use to door
                  Deliver the products. But this agent called me and asking me to come
                  Downstair to take the deliveries because our apartment has no lift so
                  He can't come to 4th floor. But when i asked him that other delivery
                  Guys deliver products on my door he is saying he can't come and if i'm
                  Not coming to take delivery he will leave. So i tell him that i can't
                  Come downstairs then he was saying ok madam i'm leaving and he left
                  The apartment without delivering.
                  I want to know what kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this and on
                  What basis ekart select their agents who don't have basic courtesy.

                    I ordered two combo and received only one but they collected money for both the combo.. So i need the money back for one combo or give that combo... What is this? I ordered for two and received only one but paid for two🤦🏻‍♀️... I need my money back for one combo so i want you to give back money because there is no such options to complain or return in flipkart.. So kindly return the money.. Though they didn't give change i paid 400 which is 197 for one combo and 197 for other.

                      I have placed an order of mi. Redmi note 6 pro mobile of rs. 11, 999/- from mi store. Now when i will track my order it show pincode-address mismatch. But no detail of courier partner will share like mobile no. Or exact location of your office in which we will contact to us. No. Phone call will attemp to me about where are you or your order with us or your address is out of service so you will collect your partial from our office without any trying you will update address mismatch. This not correct way. Customer have many hops with his product.

                        I have booked mobile OPPO F9 Pro with exchanging the Samsung OnNext as on[protected] having Order ID OD[protected] with Tracking ID FMPP[protected].
                        Delivery boy visited to deliver parcel at home but refused to handover the parcel to my brother and said that my old device Samsung OnNext have scratches on screen. My brother tried to convince that show the scratches on screen. But delivery boy rudely behaved hand returned back without handover to Oppo F9 Pro. He told to my brother that he has full authority to reject Samsung OnNext while examine the same either device is ok or not for replacement.
                        I never expect from Ekart services like such ### behaviour from delivery boy.
                        I spoken to Dilshad Garden Hub in this regard but nobody want to exchange old phone so far.
                        I assured you that my old phone is in VERY GOOD condition and there is no any scratches on screen. Attaching photos of screen for your quick review and to make correct decision.
                        Kindly resolve this issue immediately without any further delay.

                          When i said for salary they began abuse me and they said why you left job now you will not get salary and we will send you jail in any case, in last 2 days they're blackmail me😠😠 flipkart and ekart is very fraud, we should ban this company in our country, now i'm alone anyone doesn't help me, i'm very afraid they will kill me because i'm doing ekart & flipkart company complain here, indian police also will not my help, they can buy police to giving money, please help me they're blackmail me i'm going to suicide, this company owned should be arrested.

                          I have been working on ekart in Dombivli Hub_Mum-4372 from 12 august 2020 now its like 10 September and I haven't gotten a single salary.

                          If i asked about it they always say it will happen on Next week which it doesn't happen always

                            I ordered item on lifestyle.. And received on 26 feb 2019 by ekart in a tampered packet with 2 stickers pasted the opening side of the packet.. When, it was asked the delievery person... Shivam_debouye 👤 about the packet so according to him... It was a security check...
                            The time i start checking the item.. One of the item was missing out of 6 items in that packet..
                            Kindly look into this matter... Nd take a strict action against the person... As such delievery cant be accepted. 😡😡😡😡

                              My new phone arrival and old phone exchange was expected as on 23rd of february. It came earlier so ata7. 45 courier boy called me.Behavioral aspects of courier boy mohd. Husain is intolerable. No sense and asking for taking off screen guard and wipe my cell out before 7pm or it's a closeout as he said. He forced me to reach nearby ekart office for reinspection of my old phone.
                              I said ok and I was there in time. His boss and incharge checked phone and asked for exchange on 23rd feb.
                              I said ok again and I went on again after wiping all data and msz all things. On 23rd 6.40 pm got a msz from ekart that my product is rejected. I went to office and asked both of them were there because of my arrival they went away without any information just said minor fault is not allowed. They did by themselves. I felt helpless by wiping all the things it takes whole day. And this is one type of asking bribe indirectly. But never asked them.
                              Then I raised issue to flipkart still they also taking time and still no help even after whole payment.

                                I ordered a phone on flipkart in lucknow with an exchange my old phone, which is to be delivered on[protected] thru ekart (Track id: fmpc[protected]) on my office address.
                                On[protected] his mad delivery boy called me that he is outside my office, when i reached there after just 3 min, he went away without delivery & info.
                                After 30 min, a message came from ekart that your order will deliver by 10 feb 2019 (Sunday).
                                Ohhhh rubbish man, how could i recv that on sunday (Holiday).
                                I also reset my old phone for exchange.
                                Ekart boy little mistake, how big it is for me.
                                Such a mad people... Really rubbish.

                                2 Delivery person came to delivery samsung refrigerator, they stole my father's phone which was placed on the bed in hall, I raised an FIR and also force to come to police station but they are not ready to accept that they have stolen it. I am pretty sure they have stolen it as no one come to my home between the time they left and the incident

                                  reference to change my feedback regarding the undelivered order

                                  Yesterday my courier arrived at home and due my maid's carelessness it was returned back. The courier person who came with order made no mistake but rather unknowingly i gave in feedback tht my courier didnt arrive.
                                  The reason is i was not available at home.

                                    Hello,
                                    I recently ordered oneplus 2 old phone from 2gud.com via flipkart.
                                    The seller is vision star.
                                    They delivered me it via ekart courier after 2 days delay on 16 january 2019
                                    Then after, the phone is faulty and seller had also accepted my return request on 18 january 2019.
                                    The pick is also assigned to ekart logistics.
                                    On 20 january 2019, they updated message that wishmaster is "out for pickup" at 6:28pm. (Attached photo)
                                    Then after 2 minutes on 6:30 pm they updated me "return is cancelled" (Attached screenshot)
                                    What is this???😠
                                    So i called the wishmaster and he said "i will come tomorrow so apply for new return request".
                                    So my new request is accepted on 21 january at 9:31 pm. (Attached screenshot)
                                    But ekart wishmaster refused to come for pickup on 22th and also 23th (Today) and saying "aaj to ham nahi aayeg kal kal kal"
                                    So what is about service???
                                    Ekart wishmaster even not visited me to check the item and he is refusing and postponing pick up.
                                    So who is responsible for my 5000rs if pick up is not done.
                                    Return period is 16 to 26 january (Republic day holiday)
                                    This is all due to worst service of "ekart logistics"

                                    Wishmaster comed at the end. He said "my boss had directed me to cancel the pick up firstly without any reason so i done." And second time he have to force fully pick up the parcel because of I had complained to 2gud customer executive by call so the executive applied courier partner to pick up parcel as soon as possible.
                                    Cheating my product not delivery hear phones 2 setts send to my parcel please return my product tab or cancel my order please help me
