I ordered a mobile in Flipkart..
They said that the item will be delivered on the day by ( in-a-day guarantee delivery )..but the product does not delivered in time ...they said that the delivery was not found and so that the product delivery was delayed ...if the address was not found by them, they can use the mobile number which was mentioned in the address of delivery of the product ...but they did not call me and sent a message that the product was shipped back to the nearest hub (suchitra hub, secundrabad )...
There is no response from delivery person and not from helpline number as well. I except delivery on Monday but no one calls came and I have received message that your product undelivered today will try again tomorrow. I am calling delivery boy from yesterday morning he is not receiving my call and not giving any reply.

    I have ordered a phone through flipkart. the shipment is through ekart logistics. the item has reached the nearest hub. But they are not delivering it or contacting me. They are not attending the calls. They are updating as delivering attempt failed, without even trying.

      I have placed an order for Blue Bestway PVC 3 seater inflatable Sofa for cash on delivery but on 04/02/2016 you have supplied wrongly an Black Bestway PVC 3 seater inflatable Sofa.
      In this connection I request you to kindly replace the same or refund my money.

        I have received an text message today morning of delivery of the item ordered by end of today (28/09/2015 - Monday). However, the item is not yet delivered. I try to reach out to delivery person by mobile many times from morning 10.30 to evening 7pm (provided in the message) but keep getting it is being switched off/busy. My order id is OD[protected] and my tracking ID of Ekart Logistics is FMPP[protected]. When I see delivery status of my order, it is showing "unsuccessful delivery attempt" though I was waiting whole day at home waiting for the delivery person. Neither he called me or I could able to reach him. Please help immediately.
        No action has been taten to deliver the items vide orders number OD[protected] & OD[protected] shipped through Ekart Logistics Courier vide Tracking Number FMPP[protected] &FMPP[protected] respectively. On tracking the status of items from courier website, the items are still lying at the nearest courier station since 27/06/2017 & 29/06/2017. I have to gift the item to my some nearer. I am getting late.
        Kindly ensure delivery today positively.

          Hello, This ekart logistics is not deliverying proper. i dont believe, this is happening with branded flipcart company, please look out this matter because customer get engry if you say your order has been out for deliver but not deliver on the same day. I am realy engry with this ekart logistics. please look this matter otherwise noone purchase from flipcart in future. Thanks
          I had booked a mobile phone on flipkart on 24th March 2020. But due to this pandemic situation it could not be delivered during lockdown period & that doesn't ma. tter. we can understand the situation. But now my consignment is reached upto delivery person on 25th May 2020, & now he i unable to deliver due to some technical issue on your side. I can not understand why this delay is going on when my consignment is reached upto delivery hub. I had made several complaints on your customer care, but nobody is able to answer why this delay is going on.and now it is showing unsuccessful delivery attempt Details of my order are as under :

          Kindly look into the matter & arrange to deliver the product at the earliest.

            Not Delivering My Parcel, Playing Games with Customers

            I have ordered a Mobile Phone from flipkart on 6th January, 2015. I have kept 1 Day Delivery. And the delivery they promised is today i.e., 7th January, 2015. But they have not delivered.
