I bought the new redmi phone on 18 sep and did the payment online on 19 i got the empty box from the flipkart and register the complaint they told me that they will investigate the issue and will resolved by 03 oct and mentioned on 04 that they are sending the product on 06 they have cancel the product themselves and said will deliver again by 09 oct and did not deliver the product by today every time they are sending the product by ekart that is there own serivce there is on phone number of ekart available that is there website only to make the customer fool. I will suggest all no to pay the online payment to filpkart they are making only customer fool and taking intrest of paid amount,

One flipkart exchange order scheduled to be delivered on 06.10.17 postponed for 07.10.17 on the ground that the exchanged mobile has got some minor scratch on the guarder and the wish master needs some sort of approval. Message received on 06.10.17 at 3.29 pm "... Could not be delivered today. We will try again on sat 07 oct.." today morning at 10.02 am received updates "out for delivery..."again at 2.45 pm received message "could not be delivered today. We will try again on sun, 08 oct.." then at 3.17 received another delivery update "tracking id... Will be delivered by a courier executive. Please dial [protected] and use pin 112 to speak with the courier executive.."
But till 5 pm neither any courier executive turns on nor the above bogus number could be contacted.
If the exchanged product is unacceptable, why rescheduling delivery instead of refusing in the first instance.

I have placed an order on flipkart.in

Product name - canon pixma g 2000 mutli-function printer.
They gave me a promised date to deliver my order. But the date has gone but still the product is not delivered to me.
I have contacted with flipkart regarding this - i will not be able to receive the product after this date but no response.

I ordered 2 sony mdr-zx310apbce headset with mic.. Delivery date is on 4th october.. The ekart corrier service inserted an false information in the delivery action.. They mentioned mismatch with my postal address.. I order many products and get it in this same postal address for the last few months.. Then what is the problem with my postal address...

Flipkart need to despatch this same product with offer price as it was on my ordering time..

I ordered a tshirt on flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered by 28/09/2017 i got message of package delivery and to be ready on delivery address which was my office address. I waited till 2 pm but delivery guy didn't come. I tried calling on number which was in message but it didn't got connected. Afterwards i got message saying your delivery cannot be completed and package will be delivered by tomorrow on 29/09/2017. On this day (Means today) same thing happened. I messaged ekart on their website too but didn't got any response. I need my package as early as possible. My order number is fmpc[protected]. That delivery guys number is a terrible joke. Ekart is not making sure that their delivery guys phone number is active or not. I am unable to get any response from these people. How can they be such careless.

My name zumrul islam.. I have ordered a parcel from flipkart on 12 sept 2017. It was except delivery 20th sept 2017.. But still not received this product.. I not any responds either flipkart or ekart.. My order is od[protected]. If you not deliver customer product then why you taking order... I want to fir ekartlogistics company... Not only one my product not deliver.. I have another product ordered but still not deliver... Ekart is not trying to contact or deliver my product.. Very bad manners shown by the delivery boys in aluva, kochi, kerala. I'll not buy anything from myntra because of ekart delivery. The address is provided to 'look', ask to the customer through phone and deliver it without any further communication with the customer neighbour's and all. Who the hell is he to explain about the delivery to the neighbours. Ekart please take action to maintain good manners between delivery boys and customers.

Maine flipkart se goggles ka order kiya tha. Mera courier ekart logistics se aaj anewala tha.. Abhi mere flipkart account me msg show ho raha ki mujhe courier deliver ho chuka but mujhe abhitak mera courier nahi mila.

Me flipkart aur ekart logistics se request karta hu ki ya to mera courier mujhe do ya fir mere paise mujhe wapas do.

I have purchased a collapsible wardrobe through flipkart. Order id OD[protected].This is scheduled to be delivered with in 13th August 17 Sunday. But when I had called the courier service on that day, they couldnt sure about the d.elivery altough having the confirmation of making the delivery. As the day was sunday and my family had a plan of outing, we wanted to know the delivery time.But the courier service provider could nt tell the time .

As usual they reched the delivery destination at that time after we left just before 10 mintues. We have come with in 6pm and called then several time as the maximum time span of Delivery is upto 7pm . But they were not reachable. We request him to make the Delivery on the next day. But they were not sure about it. On the next day we called several time, but they didnt reachable.
Then we called customer care to know the status. But they rescheduled the delivery on 18th with out solving my problem.

We need the delivery with in 14th . That's why made that order.
Now we want to launch the complaint against Ekart as well as flipkart for my harrashment.

I live in aluva, east desom and my order number is fmpp[protected] i got a message on monday 7th august saying that my phone will be delivered that day... But no one called and no message was received... The day my phone was supposed to arrive was tuesday 8th august or wednesday 9th august.. It's 9th today and i still haven't received any information regarding my order... Can someone atleast give me a contact number so i can find out the details... Please help me out! My order reached aluva ekart logistics on monday but is still not delivered to me... Pls help

I had ordered a smartphone from flipkart and ekart was supposed to ship me to home. But when i received the out for delivery update i tried to call the phone number provide by ekartl sms service but the delivery person never did answered. Its been three days since the promised date of my order no fmpc[protected] phone no. Of delivery boy [protected] is over.
And while i called flipkart customer service helpline they asked me to wait till next two days, again they extended their deadline and pushing further
I have been stressed out and been through huge problem due to delayed delivery.
I expect ekart logistics to be banned.

E kart people have been refusing the deliver the item for the last 4 days. Ekart logistics # empc[protected]. The dedicated person is karunausu chakraborty mob # [protected] on behalf of the ekart service. They are showing many excuses regarding their failure of my item to my location. And also giving me day by day assurances for the delivery. But in actual they are doing nothing. At the same time they are blaming me that i have refused the item for delivery. I never deny the item to receive. I am always eager to the item that i ordered in the flipkart.

Agent call me on my number but in my company mobile is not allowed so alternatively i mentioned official number in address. Agent tried wrong number to dial and he is blaming me. I requested to deliver the product today as it is kind of[censored]rgent. However he came along with product but his behavior was very very rude. He abused with unwanted words which i am not gonna tolerate this kind off words. He said "do whatever u want to" this statement is used by your bugger agent which i am not gonna leave this kind off situation. Please take action asap if not lemme know so that i can do something from my end. Such idiotic service faced ever before in my life damn!!!

Regarding late delivery,
Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,...

I had ordered a motorola turbo power mobile charger black on[protected] for rs. 965. However i have received a white colour samsung charger without cable on[protected]. This is disgusting.

I just got delivery from wish master today 21st july 2017 (By name sachin & cell # [protected]).

Tracking id fmpp[protected].

I found hp laptop damaged one & called immediately to wish master about this damage and he advised to log complaint in flipkart not to ekart.

I am raising return request to flipkart now.

Ekart logistic is worst courier service. Delivery person is irresponsible. Most of the contact number does not exist. This courier service makes the customer wait for long time to deliver one product. It never delivers the product on time. They only sent message as product is out for delivery but delivery person never contact the customer and later messages the customer that order couldn't delivered. Worst courier service with irresponsible behaviour. Myntra should not send the product via this courier service but still they sent by this service only and customer faces the problem because of delayed delivery of product.
