My phone has to be pick up by 02/07/2018 but wishmaster has refused to pick up the phone. I also call the wishmaster 4-5 times but he refused.
Please take the correct measures and take my pickup the phone as soon as possible.

    Promised delivery date was 16th jun & today its 20th jun, the product is not yet delivered.
    The status is showing misrouted in the same city. My product is roaming in the entire city but not delivering to my place.
    They don't even call for address verification, 3 times it just returned from the nearest hub to pune sort center.
    If they could have called me, i could have guided the delivery boy.
    Xaomi need to take action on it.
    Really bad service by ekart.

    i am having the same issue, product is been misrouted within the city no. of times .
    i have been calling flipkart for last 4 days but same response ekart is having some problem.
    Delivery boy rejected my pickup request.

      I had ordered a mobile phone from MI, Ekart created the shipment on 01-06-18 & the delivery date is 07-06-18, but they did not make any calls on the 7th of May to me. they had added a status at 8:42 PM on 07-06-18 as "Out for delivery" & a another status added at 11:37 PM as "No response from customer" on the same date, But they have not called me yet.

        Such a worst service i have ever seen nobody take care of cm time and priorities my tracking id is fmpp[protected]
        Firstly widout my knowledge they have been redispatched my product without any prior reason as remarks is no response deom cm side as i am trying to reach at 15 time through call i have a recorded all the call details now at 1 jun-2018 their agent will not pick up a call from last 2 hrs so tell me u r taking a salary from ur organisation but it think its not worth it same on u and ur organisation u people will not be succed in future.

          I have ordered a honor 9lite mobile from flipkart website on 15 may but ekart logistics from kurukshetra hv rejected my order without confirmation me and i was waiting for my product till 21 may and in between this time i have called many times to flipkart customer care and they said that you will get your product as soon as possible but today i watch my flipkart account it showed that your product has been returned to the seller. And now the customer care of flipkart said that i have to order a new product with 1000rs price more... My product code is fmpc[protected]

            Sir,

            I ordered two products on 9th May, 2018. Order ID is OD[protected]. Products were to be delivered to my office address by 13th May. Due to election in Karnataka it could not be delivered on 12th May, and due to my absense in office it could not be delivered on 14th May. On 14th May ekart wishmaster called me and told he has come to deliver my product. I told him clearly that I am not available but on 15th May I will be there so I requested him to reschedule the delivery for 15th May. After that continuously on 15th, 16th and 17th May in morning I got notifications from flipkart that my products are out for delivery. I waited for those products. But I did not get any call or message from ekart wishmaster. And every day these three days I got message that my products delivery attempt failed. When I tracked those order I saw that the update is " Customer rejected" whereas I did not receive a single call from flipkart or ekart. I did not instruct anyone to reschedule my product. Without my consent how can wishmaster reschedule my order? This is highly unprofessional and not at all acceptable from a company like Flipkart. I also called customer care several times to get the product. and every time they told me I will get the product by end of the day. I now started to think that Flipkart wishmaster's are not at all capable of doing this simple job, and they are simply neglecting their duty by giving fake updates to Flipkart. From next time I will think ten times before ordering anything from Flipkart. I am thinking about cancelling all my ongoing orders on flipkart. I request the authority to help me get my product as soon as possible. I don't want any refunds, I just want my products.

            Note: Please change the procedure of ekart wishmaster. They are very unprofessional and liar.

              Although we pay extra money for home delivery purpose, the delivery guy calls being on the highway every time, but flipkart never regretting if we're putting our home address for delivery. So the matter is we are paying extra shipping charges but always have to go about 20 minutes or 10 kilometers from home to receive the order. This is really a bad experience of being a flipkart user.
              I was not at all satisfied by one of the ekart boy, customer approach and way of behaviour is too bad. [protected] this is number given to me on 10.07.2018 for communication purpose. I don't know Who is this fellow, but i am totally upset with his behaviour very bad experience with him.

                Hello i m order r a redmi note 4 mobile they are delivered wrong item redmi note 3 i complaint on flipkart customer service they are make pickup of my item on many time but your jhsnsi hub manager or delivery man not pickup my at my home or updated customer rejected or refused or cancel my request many times i contacted the ekart hub manager normal they are behaviour very rudely
                U guys are very irresponsible n ur fake promises y u r doing y u committing... Delivery is not on time n it's too late

                  One of the worst experience from you guys.i am from Hamiltonganj 735214, i ordered mi power bank from mi store and it came in jaigaon hub 736182 they refused to deliver it because they need proper home address and where i belong they dont have proper addresses.they goes the same way to deliver their parcels and i asked them to give my order because it lies in our area but they saif sorry we don't deliver road side...hahaha seriously.and whats with the 4 digit pin its ###.many people are facing this kind of problem.whatever i order i have to go long way to receive anything its such harassment.all you need is money so stick with it why so nonsense.it doesnt make any sense man.change your rules the way it was before please.

                    The service of ekart in kerala is terrible. A man from the pathanamthitta branch (Gijo john) refused to deliver the product to my doorstep and started shouting and yelling over the phone. He came to a point very close to my house but refused to come to the door and give the product only because of his arrogance and ego. I believe that your customers are to be treated with respect and not the way this man and many other delivery men treat us customers. Because he was too arrogant to bring my order to my house he sent it back to the main branch very far from here (Allapuzha) claiming that the package to be delivered was not his route (After he came really close to my house). Foolish men like him do not deserve jobs like this. You should get people with patience and less ego. Your services ate the worst.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have ordered the speaker on flipkart, they send by ekart courier, my parcel reach at khopoli hub on 26.03.18, delivery boy call me and said i cant deliver your parcel due to big size. They told me, your parcel deliver later. Still i have not received my parcel. This is my important parcel. Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
                      The product reached the nearest ekart office by 30th apr.today being 5th i have still not received my product.2nd may i receivdd a message regarding that the product is out for delivery but the delivery boy himself postponed the delivery date.Very careless way of doing business.

                          I ordered a protein supplement from Flipkart, tracking no- FMPCO[protected] and its product supposed to delivered via Ekart logistic courier services but delivery men insist for collect product from 2 kms away from my home and they are denied to deliverd at home .Moreover, others all e merchants services deliverd product at my home in past . Apart from that they started to shouted at me and completely denial to delivered, Besides it, they are mocking and out of bearable misbehaviouring which is highly not obliged at any cost, that why i am writing here and hoping may be this complaint might stop this nuisance and get rid of other customers who ordered product by this MANIAC Ekart logistic services..
                          I have been waiting this product for the last 2 days but I have not got it delivered

                            I raised 1 return request for myntra and flipkart both. And the pickup boy from EKART logistics came to pickup the product. I asked him 3-4 times, whether he came to pickup myntra product or flipkart product. He told that he came to pickup myntra product. Bt I did not get any pickup confirmation message till now. And when I contacted in myntra customer care, he told that no pickup has been scheduled for myntra today. Kindly suggest me, what should I do?

                              I am gurpreet singh, resident of gulabi bagh [above mentioned address] had ordered 2 things from flip kart on 31st jan 2018.
                              1. Red tape men leather biker boots for men, size-7, for rs.1285 on cod basis.
                              2. Fort collins full sleeve solid men’s jackets, size - l, color - brown, for rs.2131 on cod basis.

                              Package was delivered on 1st feb 2018. My sister recognized it as both items in a package and hence paid the delivery boy from e-kart logistics, courier service, an amount of rs.3650. The delivery boy did not inform her about one package. He took all the money and went away. Now either i want money back or another item as well. Otherwise i will go to the consumer court against courier service.

                                I had placed an order for MI A1 in exchange for my Redmi Note 3 Phone. I made sure that my old phone met all the conditions for exchange. It was ordered as a surprise gift for my daughter whose birthday falls on 31st Jan. The new mobile phone was supposed to be delivered on 30th Jan but I had to refuse as the phone that had to be returned was with my daughter who was in college. I requested to deliver the phone on 31st after 3 30 PM as by that time my daughter comes home. As soon as she came, I formatted the mobile and removed all personal information. When the delivery boy from eKart "Monu" came to my place, he was shown the mobile, he took it, delivered the new one, went down, kept standing there for 15-20 minutes, saw me going out and then went back again to my apartment and started harassing my daughter saying that the old phone is broken and he will take the new phone right away. When I went down, I told him to give me a call if there is an issue but he went to my flat knowing my daughter is alone. She called me thru the landline number, I came back in half an hours time and asked him about the matter. How come he delivered the new phone, took the old one and waited for half an hour and me to go out and then coming up again to say that he cannot deliver the new phone. I spoke to his superiors, Shailendra (Mobile number- [protected]; Nelvin Mathew- [protected]) as well at Ekart who were equally abusive. Is this the way a professional company works?
                                When buying products from Flipkart, do the customers need to be prepared for such abusive behavior from their logistic partners Ekart that can be hurled at them at any time? Sorry, I cannot take this and will approach every possible platform to redress my grievance. Mental trauma and harassment at the hands of a delivery boy is too much to handle.

I track ny order from last 3 days, today is my product delivery day but local ekart courior office persons cancle my order itself and sell my mobile phone in black.in extra 500 rupees in front of me. And they told me the order was cancled by you. But sir oredr is not cancled by me. Many others people have the same prolem. They are big frouds sir. Plz take immediatly steps in this matter
