    Shipment Tracking No. FKHP[protected]
    I had ordered medicines from Flipkart Health Plus on[protected] with delivery date given as[protected].
    Today is[protected] and the shipment is not yet delivered to me.
    I have checked out the Tracking information on EKart website which shows incorrect and contradictory information.
    The Tracking information for the above Tracking Order provided shows that the shipment is effected on[protected] and since that day it is just moving aimlessly from one HUb to another without any reason and is not reaching the HUB near me for the last 3 to 4 days. The supplier is in Mumbai and I am also located in Mumbai but the shipment is not being delivered to me.
    Yesterday I talked to ne of the Customer Care representative of EKart and he sent me a Link and asked me to download the same and said I will get my shipment the next day if I complete the downloaded form.
    This a BIG FRAUD going on in EKart Logistics. The management needs to awake before things go out of control.
    Please do not risk your business to frauds being committed in your name.

      I have ordered a salwar suit set of 3on 18.11.2023 for 599rs and opted cod option but at time of delivery on 25.11.2024 i have paid 640rs to delivery boy and after recieveing the parcel the product was used one and completely old. I have tried to contact customer care number provided in ekart logistics websites but if no use the numbers are invalid and I have sent mails to many mail id's provided on ekart consumer complaint module. But the mail s were not delivered as there is no such mail I'd, I kindly request you to refund my 640 rs. And please don't bluff another customers to buy these type of cheap products. And don't cheat people.

        I have ordered for pack of 3 salwar suits for 599 rs in 18.11.2023 and I opted cod option and at time of delivery I ahev paid 640 rs and after opening the packet, the product was completely used one and old one, I have approached to all customer care numbers provided on ekart logistics website but thise were not in use and I have sent mails to mail I'd provided in site for customer service but mail was not delivered as the ID does not exist, and I also called over Flipkart customer care number, they told to enter my registers mobile number followed by pin, but that is of no use after entering mobile number and pin it is displayed as pin invalid, now i want my refund and i kindly request to take action on such fraudsters and make them to never repeat the issue with other customers. I want my money back as refund.

          Product not delivered to my home when i paid all the delivery charges they contacted me and said that we are not delivered the product because of parcel is big .it is not correct when i paid all the charges it prepaid order.why it is a home delivery on flipkart site does fools the customers

            I sent a dry fruit box as a Diwali gift to my client and that was returned to me by the Ekart Logistics courier company as it that undelivered. in this whole time they opened the box and ate dry fruits. That hampered relationship between me and my client.

                Sir . I have a Flipkart health order of I'd FKHP[protected] . Through ekart. The ordered is not delivered me and the agent did not contact me but in the status it is shows that my order is delivered. Please deliver me the order.

                    I ordered cargo pants from these website but I got some ### pants which are not cargo and these pants are used and dirty. I want my refund. I was looking forward to try my new pants but it was a total disappointment from your side. I'm a student, I don't have too much in my pocket to spend on these ###.

                      I ordered the products from osmos studio, Store no.32, L-93, Sector 11, Noida through online website https://theosmos.com/ for worth of rupees 2, 440/- and received the invoice with Gst.I received the product on 23rd Nov, 2023.when opening the parcel there was damaged kettle instead of what i ordered.I raised the issue to osmos and not resolved till now.Attaching the video, photo, Gst invoice, order received from the seller.

                        I submitted a return request on the main site. Return was scheduled on dec 1 but got sms the next day that the product will be picked up by the same day. I got call from ekart logistic courier boy and handed over the product to him. I got no confirmation message of successful return since then. I called him to process the return he said he will but nothing happened. The main e-com site is showing return to be pick up at dec 1 so they are unable to process the return. Now i dont have the product also my money is also stuck. Attaching the required screenshots of sms and calls from the courier guy. Please resolve asap.

                          I received a wrong parcel today(27/11/2023) aroung 4 PM from ekart which i have not even ordered. i paid the delivery guy 900 rupees, after sometime i have received a cancellation code and i have shared it with the delivery guy to take the parcel back. now the guy is not picking the call and i got a message saying that i have rejected the order. i have lost my money of 900 and i lost the parcel as well.

                            yesterday I got a call from an Ekart delivery person
                            who took the code and informed me he had delivered my product to my watchman
                            as I was out I believed him
                            on arriving home I was shocked to discover that nothing had been delivered
                            I have tried calling and contacting E kart to to avail is so complicated to even gt in touch with anyone in this company
                            so now I am forced to use this platform to compian
                            as my app says my product is delivered

                              ट्रैकिंग आइडी - FMPP[protected] मेरा ऑर्डर मेरे द्वारा नहीं, बल्कि कुरियर एजेंट के द्वारा डिलीवर नहीं किया जा रहा है। पहले दिन, कुरियर एजेंट ने बोला कि मुझे इतना पेट्रोल नही मिलता कि मै आर्डर घर तक डिलेवर कर सकूं। अगले दिन, बोला कि उनके पास मेरे पते पर ऑर्डर डिलीवर करने की सुविधा नहीं है। तीसरे दिन, किसी पूर्व सूचना के बिना, ऑर्डर को सीधे ही रद्द कर दिया गया। मुझे समझ नहीं आता कि अगर उनके पास ऑर्डर डिलीवर करने की क्षमता नहीं है, तो वे पार्सल को डिलीवरी के लिए क्यों स्वीकृत करते हैं। कैंसिल की प्रक्रिया मेरी सहमति के बिना की जा रही है, कुरियर एजेंट का यह व्‍यवहार बहुत ही निंदनीय है। कुरियर एजेंट मुझसे कह रहा है कि मैं सेंटर पर आकर ऑर्डर रिसीव करो, लेकिन मेरे पास कोई सुविधा नही कि मै सेंटर पर जाउं और न ही इतना समय है अगर मेरे पास समय होता तो फिर मुझे आनलाइन आर्डर करने की आवश्‍यकता न होती, मैं फिर मार्केट जाकर खरीद सकता था । ठीक है, मैं सेंटरपर जाकर पार्सल रिसीव कर लेता, लेकिन अगर मुझे खराब प्रोडक्‍ट मिलता या फिर चेक करने पर प्रोडक्‍ट वर्क न करता तो इसकी जिम्‍मेदारी कौन लेता क्‍योकि आर्डर ओपेन बाक्‍स डिलेवरी है और बिना चेक किये तो मै पार्सल रिसीव नही कर सकता। यह पूरी तरह से गलत प्रक्रिया है। मैं ईकार्ट लॉजिस्टिक्स द्वारा प्रदान की गई कुरियर सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं हूं। ईकार्ट के वेबसाइट पर हेल्‍प के लिए न ही किसी प्रकार का कोई नंबर है और न ही ई मेल अगर मुझे शिकयत भी करने की आवश्‍यकता पड़ी तो किस प्रकार से शिकायत करे ? बहुत की बकवास सर्विस। मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि आप कोरियर एजेंट पर कठोर कार्यवाही करें।

                                  I have returned my myntra product of GOROLY Purple Embroidered Thread work semi stitch- lehenga & unstitched blouse with dupatta on 24 nov 2023.The delivery agent came at 13:55 and took it but yet I've received a message saying pickup unsuccessful at 14:48. I tried contacting the delivery the day itself but was unable to. So on 25nov I got a hold on the delivery agent and he said he remember my parcel but he kept on changing his words and finally told me he is unable to understand English and have asked me to wait as he will come later but he never came and In the evening I got another message saying pickup unsuccessful So I called him again and now he have been rejecting my calls. And even if another delivery agent come to collect I have no product to return as the previous delivery agent have already collected. Please look into this matter. I need my refund or my parcel back.

                                    I am complain about the delivery status, as its showing out of delivery, but no one cantact or brought the package to the given address. And when i call customer care, they are saying i need to pay additional 6rs for reshedule delivery. And even i got message that i need to contact carrier or else they will return the parcle to the sender. Kindly inform the delivery agent to call the responsible person mobile number which is in parcle box. Or else send the agent number by email so i can call him wherever he is.

                                      Delivery boy misbehaved. What one will accept what not that's mone of their business.. why should I answer him that why I am unable to receive the parcel ? How dare they ask me reason for not receiving or why have I ordered ? Who are they to ask ?? And how dare he asked me not to order again if Could not received the delivery .. they should educate their delivery agents how to behave and how to do their job.

                                        On Thursday, 23rd November, the delivery boy delivered centrum 50+ woman to E-4, Comfort Garden, Chuna Bhatti, Bhopal . The amount of 3475 was to be paid and he was given the amount of Rs 3500 /- . He did not return the balance of Rs 25 in spite of being reminded on phone twice .
