I was about to receive the order MYSP[protected], MYSP[protected] and MYSP[protected] from Myntra on 12Oct. I even got message from JM-EKARTL that this delivery boy phone no [protected] will deliver the item, but later I only got the message that item was delivered around 8 30 PM. I went home and after dinner I asked my mother where is the Myntra order and she said its not delivered. And no call no OTP came to the registered number. Till date I have not received my order and I hope positive response will come from your side.

Complaint marked as Resolved The Logistics company called me on 16th Oct around 8 PM and said that it was sent to another person of same name near my address because surname was missing on the parcels. Next day i.e. 17th Oct evening they took photo of my Aadhaar card for verification purpose and handed over the three items to me. Thanks everyone for the help provided.
