Order id-OD[protected], Yesterday I received call from your executive he ask for oto as he is regular agent so I trust I give my item to his he marked my order as delivered but where is my item ?Now he is not responding to my call

    FMPP[protected] - It's been 3 days product i.e. iPhone 14 is out for delivered. Whenever we try to call the delivery guy he turn phone switch off or disconnects the call. Meanwhile we had ordered 2 more product which was received on time by EKART however we are still struggling to get it.

      Hi,
      I have ordered iphone 14 and redmi note 12 pro 5G on flipkart and it is promised to deliver by 8th and 9th oct. But both of the product not delivered. I raised a query to flipkart team regarding delivery issue, they provided ekart logistic issue. So i visited directly to ekart logistics office and check with their employee. I get no response and very harsh behaviour from them. One of the person said your order missed somewhere. This should not be the answer to paid customer.

          I recently placed an order with you, Order SRTC[protected], for two cargo pants worth 900 Indian Rupees. However, upon delivery, I received two worn-out and unsatisfactory pants that do not match the advertised product.

          I paid 900 Indian Rupees in cash to the delivery person. I kindly request an immediate full refund for this purchase. I am willing to return the incorrect items at your expense.

          Please provide the refund process and return instructions promptly to resolve this issue. My trust in your company's service is at stake, and I hope for a swift resolution.

            This is rgarding my recent order on Flipkart, which was dispatched through Ekart Logistics with Tracking ID FMPP[protected].

            Over the past two days, my order has been marked as "Out for Delivery, " yet regrettably, it has not been delivered by the assigned delivery person. I have made several attempts to reach out to the delivery personnel, but unfortunately, my interactions have been met with unfulfilled promises and inconsistent communication. The delivery boy has repeatedly assured delivery at specific times but has failed to adhere to these commitments. To my dismay, the delivery is cancelling by the end of each day, a pattern that has persisted for the last two days.

                  I would like to inform you that an return item is missing and while on tracking it shows it has been delivered on 4th Oct, 2023, but there is no return for this product. I'm a seller on flipkart as NEXELECTRONIC

                    I have ordered online Kurta which was delivered on 30/09/2023 (Tracking ID SRTC [protected]) shipped by Zaayra (#79, kailashdham soc, near chhitu nagar society. sitanagar chowk, Surat, Gujrat), with Invoice number: Retail01085 and invoice date- 25/09/2023.As kurta was size less than required, it was placed for return on 02/10/2023. While placing the return, a phone call was received from [protected] which inquired if return is being executed, to which i replied positively. Thereafter, man speaking from other end of the phone call, said that a link would be sent to my mobile number, for completing return related formalities. Upon opening of the link sent by SMS, a form was filled in which I provided my details and at last of the return form there was payment link of Rs 5 which had to be opened for making return. since that was not opening, i again called at above number and he sent me a UPI link through SMS. Upon opening of that link, i executed Rs 5 payment from my Gpay .Even then no one came for return, then I called at above number and person said that soon it would be returned. Hell went loose on 05/10/2023 when at 5;47 PM an amount of Rs 99, 999 was deducted vide UPI transaction no:[protected] .I had already lodged a complaint at cybercrime cell with acknowledgement number [protected]

                      I have ordered cat litter from Flipkart worth Rs.1109/- and it was supposed to be delivered today but while delivering the product, the delivery assistant denied to deliver the product at doorstep! I kept complaining this to Flipkart about this but they don't resolve my issue! Moreover I went to pickup the product and paid the full amount and gave extra RS.10/- to the Delivery Agent so He Demanded more money! I said it is not your right to demand extra money so he threaten me that do whatever you want to do.
                      Whenever I order any product delivery assistant keep threaten me to not deliver the product at doorstep and they threaten to cancel the product from their side if I don't collect the product from their decided location! I want strict action against them.

                          Hi Team,
                          This is regarding my order Order No #L[protected] . I ordered this item online from Lee India website and I got a mail saying that the order is confirmed and it has been shipped. I tried to track this order on Ekart website which is a delivery partner in this case. The order is not traceable. The last status I could see is - the order was reached till Pune warje junction on October 5th, 2023 after that there is no tracking.
                          I tried to check the status on Ekart website, Also called Ekart customer care number . I received the same reply saying that the order is not trackable.
                          The Ekart website is showing below error.
                          Oops! There seems issue with tracking id : L[protected]. Please try again.
                          This should have been delivered by now since the I am based at Pune and the courier reached to Pune as per the last status.
                          I need reimbursement and compensation from ekart if the order is lost.

                            I ordered grocery items from flipkart and selected the time slot in between 11 AM to 7 PM.The delivery executive calls me and tells me he is coming at 9 PM then he tell me 10:15 PM then 10:45 and then he tells me he is coming at 11:30 PM and when I told him that this is an inappropriate time, I want it tomorrow, he deliberately updated the status in the app to delivered but the items never came to me.When I called him today about the isse he said that the items are in office and he is not coming to deliver them.

                              Dear Ekart Service Team,
                              I ordered a sparx canvas shoes on 17 September 2023 through flipkart app. This product was delivered on 19 September 2023 at my address. The product i received was used and damaged. I shared the pics of product to flipkart and generated a return request from my behalf. After generating return request Ekart wish-master came to me and denied to pickup the product without any proper reason. After that i generated return request again and again but the ekart wish-master rejected my request every time without coming to my address and without contacting me. Till then, my return request is rejected 12 times by your wish-master and circulated me the fake messages that the product is mismatched. The real fact is that the product is same but it is used and damaged. Meanwhile i tried to contact the wish-master and asked the reason for rejection but he cut down my call. It is a matter of 12 times pickup rejection by your wish-master and circulation of fake messages by him. You have killed my time from the very first day, i received the product and forced me to go through a mental pressure. On the other hand, it is a matter of money loss and fake news also. Now, i am forced by the Ekart Service Team to pursue my case through consumer court. Its a reminder from my side that i now will pursue a case of money loss, mental health loss and fake news circulation by Ekart Service Team. I have all the proofs, pics and voice recordings to handle my case through consumer court. I have attached a screenshot the ordered product having order ID.

                                The delivery boy from Myntra took the product with me.. the product which was to be returned to Flipkart. These are two messages I received the Levi's jeans was already picked up 2 days ago but still It was assigned to the delivery boy. And the delivery also picked it up.. by mistake.. but he is not giving my product back as it was a fake pickup assigned to him. Kindly tell the Myntra delivery boy to return my product back so that I can give It back to Flipkart delivery executive boy of ekart.

                                  I had ordered two high waisted legging and I received two used underwear instead.
                                  The delivery guy refused to come up and deliver it to the location.
                                  When I received the parcel, the box was damaged from inside and and the items were not what I had ordered. What sort of a scam is this?! Is this how you cheat your customers of their hard earned money?!

                                  Do solve this matter ASAP!

I have contacted so many times at your branch but they have not taken serious note nor guided me properly. Delivery boy also not provided open box delivery to me.                                         I placed an order in myntra with online payment. Oct 1st around 6.15 pm, a delivery agent from ur side called me telling me "Sir my phone's battery is dying so i need your phone number since i have to call u from a different phone when i reach ur location."
                                        So I gave my phone number. Within the next 10 mins, I received an SMS stating that the parcel was delivered. But i haven't got the parcel nor i heard from him again.
                                        I tried calling the number he called me from. But it asks for the three digit pin and replies that "the pin entered is wrong".
                                        Please help me with this issue. Thank you.
