Hi,
Tracking ID BHJC[protected] from Bhejooo,
I ordered a *dress from Flipkart,
but instead I got * worn out saree which are dirty and old, it was COD and amount was same as Flipkart product. I would like to request them to come and collect the item and refund my amount which I sent to the delivery boy as cash on delivery for unordered product delivered to me, it a complete Fraud which is coming in notice now. Looks like Ekart is also working along with them to deliver the fraud products and sharing the customer data with fraudster.

    I ordered a product from flipkart which was cash on delivery mode, i received an msg also from flipkart that product will be delivered today with this tracking id BHJC0000039934 after i got the product on 11th july it was a wrong product again i visited to flipkart for returning the product but in flipkart app it was still reflecting arriving tomorrow so i clicked on cancel option as i was not getting option of return over there, after that i escalated this issue everywhere on their escalation desk and on twitter as well, i have images and everything with me i request u to kindly resolve my issue and return the amount

      I would like to file a complaint regarding a delivery done by ekart logistics yesterday (8/8/2023). I purchased a watch from Flipkart and the delivery guy asked for my location during delivery. I wasnt there at my place and asked him to deliver it to my house. As it was a prepaid order, as I normally do, I gave my OTP for order as I was made sure that he reached my location. After that, Flipkart shown 'product delivered', while my product did not reach my location. Please take this matter into serious consideration. Atleast issue a refund for the same. I received a terrible response from the delivery office.

          Yadi mobile bent hota to screen gaurd lagane par guard crack ho jata, ya air aa jata, lekin Mera mobile me Aisa problem nahi hai

            I ordered a product on Flipkart worth 500 RS and I got diff colour and not proper working and I returned it first time. He come to pick up and not pick up that said that it's colour is diff. I requested to return it again 2-3 times but many time he doesn't come and cancle bcs item mismatch or come and doesn't pick it up. I faced a very large problem. And I decided to learn him a lesson. After this I contacted customer care and he arranged a replacement for me but again he doesn't pick up and said that it is a big packet but your packet is small. What is this logic. By mistake I've gave him OTP and didn't get my product. I was very angry. But what can I do. And finally I contacted costomer care again and she arranged a pickup again for me. And after some time I am filing this complaint. Please help me and peoples like me. I am from hindaun city. Plzz contact your service center and help me

                Hello Ekart Team,

                This is with respect to my orders from flipkart where the delivery service is ekart.
                FMPC[protected]

                My orders got delayed and no contact was made with me why the delivery is delayed.

                Also, this order got cancelled due to delay in delivery.

                Please look into this issues why the items were not delivered and delivery agent does not even contacted me for delivery.

                  I ordered Farmley seed product from shopsy and it was to be delivered by E-kart.

                  It was on OTP based delivery but since I am away from my phone during entire day, I am unable to respond to calls and messages during the day. Therefore, I told my OTP to the delivery agent and asked him to deliver, so that he doesn't have to make multiple travels for single item.

                  It is showing delivered on 4th Aug, 2023 around...

                  I have a approved return pickup of flipkart ? inspite of talking to so many people in customer care, even the escalation department, nothing has happened ?the pickup is waiting for more than 15 days ? in whatsapp i have clicked on NO ATTEMPT MADE too, its harassment . my order number is OD[protected], will someone do something

                    Today I received a product as COD but i was not in town so my parent took the delivery and paid the cash.But after opening the package it was some old clothes as i was waiting for some orders from flipkart so thought ut was those but got fake package and also no invoice or anything found inside the package lost my 299*2 = 598

                      Sir, I ordered two pairs of footware through snapdeal, but they delivered only one and another one is missing. They provide only one delivery code for two items, and I shared this code to the delivery man at the time of delivery, but he delivered only one item. I only now noticed this while checking on snapdeal app.. Delivery was on 27th July 2023.Tracking id is SDLP [protected] and the OTP send was 826784, it's from Ettumanoor, kottayam, Kerala

                        The agent who delivers order in solan Oachghat area the behaviour of that person was not that good instead of doing a reqst he is just showing his arrogant behaviour. Kindly send that agent for delivery whose behaviour is nice.

                            I have ordered many things on Ekart in the name of Akshaya Karthik but they are refusing my order in Snapdeal Myntra and Flipkart and they are talking rudely that I can’t deliver your order and I know how to cancel all of your order.                               Hi Team,

                              This is to inform you I have been forged by EKART.

                              On 5th August I received 2 packages from EKART. The packages were from flipkart and were delivered by same guy who comes to deliver all the flipkart products.

                              One of the 2 products was on COD and I payed 804 for the product. On checking I found that I have never ordered it from flipkart. On further investigation I found that the order ID was not in the format used by flipkart and the payment which I did through gpay also had different transaction ID.

                              it was a fault from EKART and a customer should not bear the consequence of the forge done by you guys.

                              I am attaching the gpay details along with package details which I received.

                              Just to inform you in that package came a 5 rs worth of handerchief. I have kept it safely in case u need it back. Please look into the issue and come up with a solution asap.
                              This is not acceptable at all from reputated companies like you. I am adding my phone number. please free to call me.

                                  I placed 3 orders on Flipkart and received it on 15th July via Ekart logistics. One of the items was wrongly delivered to me and Ekart agent charged me money for that. Since then I have been raising complaints in Flipkart but they ignored my request and said that the mistake has been made from the Ekart end. The product does not belong to me and I want refund for that product.
                                  I'm attaching details (pictures) of the product and the UPI details of the transaction done via my side.

                                  Amount paid- Rs 804
                                  Product delivered- 15th July 2023
                                  Desirable resolution I want- Refund of Rs 804

                                  It's been close to one month that my request has been ignored. so I seriously want you to look into the matter seriously and provide solution at earliest.
