I ordered a product from Myntra. E-Logistics was responsible for the delivery in jalandhar at my adress. The delivery guy didnt deliver the product to me and marked it delivered. I contacted him within 5 minutes after the app updated delivery status to delivered he accepted that he made a mistake and would deliver the order next day. But he didn't and i couldnt contact him on his number anymore.

      I have recieved damage product from your delivery boy i want refund or replace the product on priority.

        I ordered 2 sandals from instagram online shopping and this ekart is the delivery partner, as I given below pictures. I didn’t get any call from delivery boy I was waiting for called. But I today check the tracking details but it’s showing order rejected how? I didn’t reject the order and I didn’t get any called from delivery boy.

          I have ordered a product from Myntra it's courier agency for delivery is ekart logistics. I have not. Received the product I only receive the information that the is out for delivery through sms and than after that I received a sms that your has been delivered. I didnn't even received any call related to receive your product. My product I'd is MYSP[protected]

              Tracker id - SRTP[protected], this courier book through shiprocket, on 14th august, they pickup the parcel on 15th august, expected delivery date 17th august show on shiprocket, ecart show 19th august, but no tracker update, suddenly i saw Monday morning order rejected, RTO, with out any kind of delivery attempted show RTO Order rejected, but still now they not return my parcel, my parcel value 800 Rupees, please take action, return my parcel as soon as possible,

                      My replacement product it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of August but till now it is not delivered. Courier person called and said that you have to self-collect the product from the road we can't deliver this product at your doorstep. I told him I will raise a compliant against you he said you can very bad and stuck services. I already raise the complaint in Consumer Court but there is no update right now .                           Irresponsible person of E kart. uneducated not know how to behave.
                          Product vide docket no. FMPP[protected] INTENTIONALLY DELAYED . Please change such half minded delivery boy from your unit else stop your business.
                          Very rude and bad behaved person u have emmployed.

                                The package does not contain any company name so I am unable to apply for refund for that package

                                  I booked a an Oppo mobile phone on Flipkart thrice but the E-kart handlers and wishmaster refused to deliver the product, everytime the product reached at the nearest hub and told me that I will have to come to the office to receive the product and get your old phone evaluated by an exchange expert. When I went to the office they told me that Flipkart has stopped the scheme of exchange. When I contacted Flipkart I was informed that the scheme is going on. All I want to say that I have faced a lot of harrasment at the hands of E-kart handlers and wishmaster. I have a bad experience of shopping on the Flipkart and logistics of E-kart. I want an early solution to the problem.
