I have ordered spects from lenskart and this order delivery is handled by ekart logistics.
I have ordered this on 20th Jun and it was disptached via ekart on 21st Jun. The order had came to thane on 24th Jun from there onwards its stuck there till now. Not a single update from 24th Jun. Please help me l. I can't find the consumer care of ekart also.

    Date of incident : 30/06/2023
    we received two wrong products as return consignment instead of we sent through ekart . consignment details are the following

    1 . SPYC[protected]
    2 . SPYC[protected]

    Delivery Person And the team leader stated that this is not their Fault and they cant do anything regarding this and they marked the item return to us.
    We sent almost 100 consignment per day through indiapost, bluedart, dtdc, smarter, Ekart, Delhivery but this is the first time and the worst experience we ever had and we Didn't Anticipated it from a Courier service like you.
    This is not only about the cash we lost but also the trust in the Ekart Logistics Too.
    kindly do the need ful and make sure we cross our path again

      Order from Myntra with pre payment did not received

      I ordered campus shoes from Myntra and EKart is supposed to be delivering that on 30th June. Now when i check the order status. in my Myntra account it shows delivered.

      The order was already paid.
      I did not provide the OTP to anyone and still the order got delivered....

      The LPG Saving kit supplied vide Order No. SRBCL[protected] dated 15/06/2023 was delivered at my address 61, Janakpuri-I, Imaliwala Phatk, Jaipur-302005.

      The product is not to our satisfaction and we want to return and get the amount of Rs.775/- refunded.

        I have order cotton girl bra underwear which costs 499/- It was said that it will provide us with 16 pairs of bra and panties...in which they have provided me with only 2 items not even pairs...such a disgusting ekart logistics .I would like kill the owner of the company if he is infront ...that ### just wasted my money!.I want 2 return that product n get my refund back.

          What kind of attitude does your delivery person keeps huh? he was threatning me because i couldnt take the parcel i was out of station i order it long back. how to hell am i gonna tolerate this kind of attitude tell me? im filling a case against this seriously if you guys dont take any action im from kolkata barasat +[protected], +[protected] this the delivery person i am not well i went out station and he is talking rubbish with me seriously? im never gonna order from here nor will i let someone else if you guys dont take any action against this seriously!

                      I have purchased an item through flipkart and same was dispatch vide parcel no FMPP[protected] and item was out of delivery on 21 jun 2023.
                      Delivery agent reach my address and make a call I am drive the vehicle so I am late to receiving the call, after making call (near about 5 rang) delivery agent keep my item as 'customer rejected " by himself in first attempt without making contact with me.

                      Also I submit my feed back to e kart as "I am not rejected/cancel my roder"

                      On 22 jun 23 I reach nearest e kart hub at Akola 444001 and make enquires about my parcel they replied your parcel will be deliver on next day i.e. on 23 jun 23 but item not deliver till date till times
                      I am waiting for parcel from long time and I harassed by you're agents and company behavior .
                      I will take legal action against your company.

                            my parcel tracking history not updated after 20 MAY 23 for which matter have
                            been escalated to BIGSHIP, but they told your parcel is missing thats why we

                                Ekart executive delivered a package worth 800 for COD. On opening the package there were some useless clothwhich we did not order. There is no return address on the package. When called delivery executive he refused to take back the package. Seems like a scam.

                                      I was ordered a mixer grinder through flipkart on 9th June 2023, the offer delivery date shows June15th, but when i am tracking my courier I just found courier reached my locality but they didn't delivered that product yet. But after 2 days I checked again the status of my product they delayed my delivery and send the item back to motherhub. I dont know how is this possible. This is not the first time happen this issue, ekart has no credibility. Still on today the product not delivered. I asked and complaint through customer care services on flipart but they said first wait for 2-3 days, I just wait, after 3 days again contacted to customer they said wait 3 days more. No one value customer feeling. I dont know what to do next. Please Help me.
