    Dear sir
    delivery boy did not delivered my medicine I'd SRTP[protected]. He called me at 8.15pm on 12th April with company number to ask my location. After that he called me in personal number and explained his difficulty to deliver then he requested me to give otp to show the product delivered and assured me to send the product next day. But till now he have not given my product. Delivery boy personal phone number is [protected].

        It was cash on delevery, payment was done by my mother who was unware about these delevery, kindly assist us to take this order back and please refund the amount.

            Dear concerned person,
            On the 4th of April I had ordered a pair of Kook N Keech "Men White & Black Striped Running Shoes" from Myntra which was then delivered on the 8th of April, 2023 by Ekartlogistics, Hooghly. Upon receiving the order, I unboxed it about an hour later and found that the entire sole area of the shoe was torn and used, since it had distinct dirt spots on it, plus there were faint patches of dirt on the main stitching on the side of the ankle (pictures attached below). I complained to Myntra and Myntra arranged for a return.
            The pickup executive, Rohit, came on the 10th of April, looked at the product and the damages, spoke to the Chandannagar (West Bengal) warehouse manager Pratap/Rahul (I don't remember the name) and said that they cannot receive the product as the product image that the delivery exec received doesn't match with the product. My question is, how will a damaged product's image reach a delivery executive if I was told that no image was required to be sent? And even so, a damaged product cannot look the same as the original product, BECAUSE IT IS DAMAGED!
            On this basis the delivery executive did not receive the order, and when I asked to talk to the warehouse manager, the guy (Rahul/Pratap whoever he was) insulted me, saying that I was lying, I was SO INSULTED!
            Since then everyday, i receive text message updates that my product would be picked up, but no body comes or gets in touch. Somebody needs to get in touch with the delivery boy, Rohit, and his reporting boss Rahul da, in Serampore, Hooghly and check what's happening, because clearly something is cooking.
            I want ekart to take back the damaged product and give my money back.

                  My product is showing out for delivery today in my flipkart account and also received text message of out for delivery from ekart .. I am going out of place for few days at 3:00 pm so I started contacting delivery executive from morning he receives call but giving various reasons for late delivery.. I missed my bus and still delivery is not done .. I requested them to deliver product on time so that I can take product with me in travelling but they didn't co operate.. worse experience of ekart ever .

None answers the calls and the rude behaviour of staff and undue delay has caused me enough discomfort.poorest of the poor service from the team of ekart.

                            Good morning Team Flipkart/Ekart.

                            I returned one of my parcels to Flipkart which was approved after analysis by Flipkart team but the delivery boy of Ekart team call me and I am told me that I am out of station this time, And he asked will you give the parcel, I said I will return the parcel to you tomorrow, he disconnected the phone. And canceled my return by giving a fake reason. Ekart team delevery boy behaiviour very shamfull, Totly fake work for coustumer,
                            I hope EKART team strictly punished and take action against this Return parcel collect boy,

                              I had a return pickup of my order from myntra two days ago. I received a confirmation message from EKARTL regarding the pickup but the order is not yet received in myntra and hence my refund is not processed.

                                    I have ordered a product from flipkart but somehow I received very different product (used and local brand without any tags) i have complained about the same and flipkart also accepted my return request but ekart delivery executive is not picking up my product and cancelling it from his end continuously asking me to tell flipkart to mail ekart for picking up wrong product. From last 20 days i m facing the same issue.
                                    So I request you to kindly pick the product as i am waiting for my refund also.
