The product (AC) is not delivered, but marked as delivered in Flipkart APP. On the day of delivery the delivery guy came, after checking the product he said, Sorry sir we brought some one others product, will deliver your product the next day . After that I couldn't get in touch with the delivery person. I have been connecting with Flipkart Support on a daily basis, Till now no resolution provided. Its been a month and I don't know what to do, Could you please help me to get the product delivered and get the issue resolved

    This product was delivered to me and the packat had only incomplete products number of products and the packaging was faulty when i tried to connect with them they asked to contact the seller, they are involved in misseling and fraudlent deliveries of the products I need to complaint against them and need refund of my money and items picked frm my house

        I had submitted a return request with Flipkart order that was deliverred by ekart.I got different product and when placing return the ekart wishmaster is not picking up the order and simply canceling the return.When I contacted flipkart, they are asking to check with ekart.I need to know whether the parcle has been stolen from ekart side and replaced with wrong item

            I want to complain against the delivery executive.He has kept my product at his house.

            He picked the product on 9 April and the return is rejected.After rejection he kept the product in his house.

              I had ordered 20 Hancock shirts on 17th March.I received my order in installments.I didnt get 6 shirts they are missing whereas on my account they show delivered.Its been so long since I am regularly complaining against the issue with Myntra and Ekart too but time and again they are closing the issue saying its resolved.Myntra says OTP was sent i did receive the OTP but nobody dropped my package.The package was Torn also I received the package in Ekart packing.The format in which it is updated i.e 4 shirts in each package that is also a mismatch with us.I have CCTV coverage also.Please do the needful at the earliest else I would be forced to take legal action and approach consumer court.

                Last 2 times nobody has came to pick my product and I got sms as below -

                  Delivery guy is delivering the parcel at 9pm. Is this the right time to come and deliver? Asking to deliver tomorrow he's asking Cancellation Code as ..an OTP is sent please tell me I'll order tomorrow. He is trying to be over smart and talking very badly. I asked if he can deliver it tomorrow upto 6-7pm but he refused and said take now or cancel I'll come at 9-10pm only. Please have some action and improve your staff.

                    I ordered a hot n cold water flask from flipkart. Product delivered. But product is very cheap quality and damaged. So I put return and refund request. On website they mentioned pickup date after 4 days. But pickup boy called me on next day for pickup. But I was not available that time. I asked him why u mentioned late date on mail and app. Then he promised me to reschedule the pickup. But no one contacted till my pickup limit days passed. Very bakwaas service

                          Why my product is not delivered at 2 expected time . First expected time 19 April second 21 April and today is 22 April but not delivered in between time. The shipment MYNP[protected] was out for delivery from KOLLAM EKART HUB the product was not delivered but it is showing delivered in both ekart and myntra .                                     The delivery boy named Jayanta Saikia cancelled my myntra order as I asked him to deliver next day as there was nobody at home. Also at the time he called it was evening and we were out for some work and as the pH was in the bag I didn't hear it ringing so couldn't receive the call but called him back as soon as I saw the miscal but he was rude and said that he will deliver it in neighborhood when I said it's COD and to deliver next day he said it's not possible and asked me that an OTP has been sent to my number to give him I gave him without realising it was for order cancellation. As I always shop from myntra and was waiting for the order this person cancelled it. I request to take action against the person
