This was containing product that needed installation but not marked delivered so facing issues in installation do it at earliest as possible

My order is false order plz take the return and refund my amount

My order was out for delivery on 17/02/23 and today is 18/02/23 but till now My order is not delivered to me when I call the delivery boy he talks with me very badly. Very disappointed with behavior of the delivery boy. My order consists of medicine so it is very important for me please see this matter

I have prepaid order on 8 feb 2023 & given estimated time 12 february 2023 but my order nit recieve till time. I have many time follow up but not resolved my case

Sir, I got a wrong Product Delivered by you. I don't book any parcel but delivery boy delivered a product at my home address. I want to return the product which is delivered to me. I also don't known how to book such a parcel. I am not at home, my family member received this. Parcel details is Ekart/SPYC[protected].
Please sir, give me solution for this and return my money in my account.

I ve ordered for 3 kurti but I got only 2 damaged small size kurti want to return it but could not find the option for returning

Product reached our nearest hub 14/02/2023 but stil not received the product i didn't not received out for delivery message also tracking number mync[protected] and my last four products also not received because delivery boy came daily above 12 o clock and he wait 30 min when I call delivery boy and ask give me the product he tell come to office and collect

I have received other product RTO instead of my product.

The packing of the product was different. When I opened the box there were green tea packets were available.

I called the ekart delivery office they are saying they are logging a complaint.

Your delivery people are fraud..

It is mentioned Prepaid on the parcel still he took 200/- Rs from me..

I have ordered book in 99bookstore and delivery date was 13 Feb 2023. I didn't get any message from Ekart logistics for delivery now delivery date also finished. In ekart website it is showing that order rejected I don't know why this happened. Please solve the issue.

I had an order from flipkart order id OD[protected] which is likely to be delivered by 16 Feb 23. Today (15 Feb 23) i got an SMS that the the item is out of delivery. Nearly at noon the ekart delivery person called my wife that you have a percel to receive. My wife asked him about his location and told him that i am at the delivery address, you can come and deliver. But after sometime my wife got an SMS that the item has been rejected. However my wife didnot reject it.

Actual fact is that, the deliver person was at some other location at paradip, Odisha when he called my wife and that ### was expecting that my wife come to him to receive the item. Apart from this order, i also ordered one ladies helmet in the month of Aug 21 in which your delivery men did the same thing and i had to cancel that order.

I expect your GOOD COMPany to take necessary action against that ### at Paradip, Odisha. Otherwise, i will file a complain against your company.

Ordered a product of tempered glass for vivo X50Pro Rs:-599 in Flipkart 7th February. The item has to be deliver on 9th February but the item is undelivered and status got updated as product delivered at the same day night. Delivery agent didn't gave any information about the product or didn't even called me
I checked my neighbours they didn't get any parcel from delivery agent
Till now no solution given from Flipkart against complaint

I have requested a pick up of my Myntra order(tracking id MYNR[protected]) in 14th February 2023. Ekart wish master came to pick up on the same and next day. But he was not willing to wait for me to take my order from home. I was at my work place. His behavior was so rude and he was continuously calling me even after I requested him to wait as I was in my work place(OPD). He immediately cancelled the pick up both times and left before I could reach there. Kindly look into the matter as this is my first bad experience from ekart. I don't know how to give the return now. He called me from this number - [protected].

I returned this on Monday on afternoon time, he picked up my two orders but showed only one item is picked and one item came message like this

मेने मेरे product ki warranty claim की थी उसके बाद flipkart की और से return available kiya tha or pickup arrange करवाया था पर Ekart logistic department courier boy मेरे product ko बार बार delay किया जा रहा हे और pickup cancel kiya jaa rha he jise me pareshan huu or logistics department misbehave kar rahe आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी complain par work kiya jaae or isko solve kiya jaae

Groceries not delivered but showing delivered and Flipkart never respond my query heavy time taken for tracking order this is worrest situation
