I received one item on COD which I haven't ordered delivery boy taken money he left. I want to return that item and I want my money back. I am treated this one fraud delivery. and my tracking I'd is SSLC[protected]. I want to talk with customer executive person and I want to complaint on cybercrime police. If I dnt get any immediate response.

    Due to logistic services my pickup cancel 14 times within three months
    So I want compensation from muzaffarpur Bihar logistic services @1000 per day from my purchases date

        Hello team, my no. Is [protected] susanta kumar sahoo. I ordered from flipkart Order ID - OD[protected].i retuned this product pick up boy came on 5th march 2023 and pick up my watch and say after 2hrs. you will get msg but that boy Name is S A Amruth Raj cheating with me from your side not received yet my refund also pending. That boy also fraud 2times before 8month and i complained aslo. This boy also delivered one more product on13th feb.Please take action against him and refund my payment.

          Hi team, i have placed order of clothes rs 3000 on January..it got delivered but the old and torned clothes not the ordered clothes ..we tried to place the return and have raised concern with ekart chittoor, they said they have been investigating the issue .after two months they are informing that it's not refundable please help us solve the issue . We need help in returning back the money

            Ekart is the worst courier service ever. The customer care doesn't answer to calls, neither reply to emails. The product i ordered was returned back because Ekart felt lazy to reach me citing address problem which the address was perfectly fine. And the worst part was the delivery agents at Ekart, kohima, Nagaland are extremely rude. So it will be good if the courier service stops operating. The customer are facing unnecessary harrasment....

              Product not received due to OTP problem

              I am unable to receive otp from ekart side on my myntra order
              Order ID # 1230755 [protected], tracking number MYNP[protected]
              The delivery personnel has tried multiple times.The registered number[protected] is already active and also has received previous sms from ekart but not received the otp for this order otp despite multiple tries.

              Please help on this other wise the order will get cancelled....

                I had couriered a package from Mumbai to Karnataka. I am the seller. The package was COD. The buyer received the package but your courier guy marked it as undelivered, took the money and kept with him. Also he asked the customer to remove the sticker which has the details and the AWB number so i can’t file any complain. The customer had no idea about it and give the sticker unknowning.
                Now the courier guy is ignoring me and...

                I have not receive my product, the product which was supposed to be delivered in my address and it got delivered to some other random address. even the delivery boy asked me for an otp so that he could verify that it was me and then he said that is the only option that he could forward it to my place and now it’s showing delivered but in fact I have not received my order

                    I buy a Cpu from flipcart because of warrenty registration issue i need to retrun it but when flipcart accept a retrun the E- kart cancel my retrun by themself and they did it 3 times, when i complaint to flipcart they lied to flipcart that product is damaged, e- kart person even did not come to see and he lied to flipcart about the product.
                    its a matter of 2 lakh. e- kart logistics is very very bad service ever. they are doing like thug.

                    i tried many time return and flipcart aceepted return but E-kart cancel my retrun by itself. what the hell. e-kart behave like scammers.
                    Now i again raise return and flipcart accept it but e- kart still not come for return . scammers e-kart.

                      I received totally different product from flipkart in last three months before
                      But after 14 times my pickup cancel by only logistic services and give reason only damag product but I received totally different product arrow shirt instead of arrow blazer of amount 2483 rupees
