I have ordered electric cooker from flipkart on 7th March 2023 and it was shipped on 9th March 2023 and after the product is shipped with ekart logistics and there is no tracking record of where my order is and also the product is of prepaid order...whenever i try to track with the provided tracking number from ekart website there shows like this--OOPS there seems issue with tracking id:FMPP[protected].Please Try Again..Now what to do!!I have already paid for the order but i can't track my order...what ridiculous is this of Ekart

          Hi I am Mohan Dhara I am doing job in ekart logistics before 9 months, iin December month I went to go my home, on 20 December, January month I came to office and ask my hub incharge that sir I am not getting my December month salary so he said okay i will check. After 2-3 days they said they don't need me, then I am said why sir they said your performance is too weak, I am said okay sir then please give me my previous month salary they said you will get your salary after few days but still I am not getting my salary. If calling hr and hub incharge they are not responding my call, I request to ekart logistics support team please check this problem.

            Reference to your order dated 27th Feb 23 Inv No 29936, Cash on delivery .
            The shipment was delivered on3rd March 23 by your service partner . Cash paid Rs 700/-

            On opening the parcel was surprised to see used trousers . I immediately contact the nos sms sent to me earlier ([protected] pin 121) . The guy asked me to give complaint will then come to pick up .

            I contacted your customer care . This nos also gave some vague reason, asking me to download, REFUND ANY from playstore, which I refused to do so.

            Looks like the team is well equipped with cyber crime individuals .

            Would request you to investigate specially QUERSHI ENTERPRISE, the last leg of your supply chain .

              I ordered a T-shirt from Flipkart and wanted to exchange it due to size issues. The exchanged item was scheduled to arrive on 13th March, 2023 but on 13th March, 2023 at night 11:36 PM I received the message that "the exchange is cancelled as the customer rejected to take the product and decided to keep the last one".

              We didn't received any call, nobody came to our house and we directly got this message!! I even have the proof that we didn't received any call from E-kart related to delivery!!

                      Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]

                      Am ordered product( Order ID - OD[protected] Order ID - OD[protected] dated 2nd feb of 2023, status updated by delivery executive as delivered dated 7th feb 2023, however we still didn't receive the product. Informed the matter to flipkart dated 9th feb 2023 regarding non receiving of products, they assure us to resolve the issue till date 15th feb, we again raised the issue dated 15th feb, 16thfeb, 17thfeb, still the issue is not resolved . Now they are saying we raised the issue after 7 days of delivery date. First they didn't deliver product despite that update status as delivered, nor they refund the amount . Now they are saying we raised the issue the too late. What to say about this, either deliver the product or refund the amount at earliest Then dated 7th March they informed us the they will processed the refund within 24hours, still refund not processed, then dated 8th March they informed us that they are not refunding any amount. Then contacted the delivery office in our city dated 9th March and they inform that they will deliver the product till evening, still product not delivered to us .We again contacte them and then they asked us to collect the product amount from the delivery person who misplaced our product and marked as delivered. How could we know the who's the delivery person.Please help.

                      Company didn't take any action, as the product is marked as delivered by delivery agent . And we don't know who the delivery person is/are. Contacted to local delivery office in our city, and they informed us the delivery person who misplaced our product will compensate us our product amount . Please help

                      Contacted to local delivery office in our city Amgaon in front of Vidhya niketan High School Amgaon post Amgaon Tah Amgaon Dost Gondia and they informed us the delivery person who misplaced our product will compensate us our product amount . But no one came to pay product amount . Regularly visiting the delivery office they always says the delivery agent who misplaced our products will pay by the evening, still no one companiyo us.
                      Please help

                          Out for Pickup: Roadster Skinny Men Blue Jeans will be picked before 9pm today by Ekart delivery executive (call [protected], PIN 185). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.
                          This man came on 4 March and took the product and marked return cancelled.
                          Due to this I have not got the refund yet

                              My parcel was shipped on 4th march The parcel has arrived the nearest hub 3 days ago (8th march) and still it is not delivered (11th march) And they are now showing expected delivery on 15th march. What should i do. The ekart logistics is the worst courier service ever. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Yesterday I faced a problem when I was trying to give a return. A delivery executive namely Mustak Laskar under Hailakandi Ekart Services denied to take return the percel because he told me that it's too risky to take return based on your issues relating to return and adviced me to try for return with different causes other than the actual cause.

                                    So, My question is that If Flipkart allows the return for that particular item, why a courier partner denied to take return. Take necessary action against him as early as possible. His name is Mustak Laskar and his personal contact number is [protected].

                                      This complaint is against the delivery agent for my shipment Dabur Red Gel Tooth...+11 more placed through Flipkart with tracking id FMPP[protected].

                                      Kindly look into this matter as both of them were really rude and very disrespectful.

                                      Avoid calling me and rather text me for any updates concerning this issue.

                                        I have ordered one product from flipkart and it was about to deliver through Ekart on 9th March 2023 on the same day i received a call from delivery boy around 7pm but i was not present on the address so I asked him to deliver my item to the office reception he asked for the otp and i gave him.
