Delivery date was 10/10/2022 but still not delivered by your nice courier company. My priduct was in my home town on 09/10/2022. But they send it to mother hub yakubpur ..reason best known to them... Now from last 3 days my product is at yakubpur gurugram.. Please send it to sonipat at the earliest...

I have ordered phone on 25th sep and the expected delivery date was 2nd Oct. On 2nd Oct the delivery person called me just once but due to network Issue I was not able to talk with him then the delivery is reschedule to next day but still I didn't receive my product. I have checked in tracking the product daily it is dispatching to Thane then reached Mumbai then again dispatch to Thane same routine daily. But didn't go on out...

I was order CROCS shoe and i forget the persul and was sleep at home and that time delivery was call me and that i could t resive the call and few minutes he continous 5 times call me and the last call was resive my mom and that time the delivery boy was tell bad words in Odisha sambalpuri...

I Digant Kumar Dash a plus member of Flipkart ordered 2 different branded headphones along with other products in BBD offers. It is a matter of fact that (1)Instead of Infinity GLIDE N120 headphone(priced Rs.804/-) I got a damaged product and (2) Instead of boAt RockerZ 235(Rs.704/-), I got other brand (U&I) damaged product.
I raised my complaints about this and given all the photo proofs of the product received and the customer service...

I have ordered a phone from Flipkart, till today the product is not delivered the delivery person is giving false messages like they will deliver today, yesterday like that but not a single delivery person is calling me. This is entirely a ### I can't believe it huge company is behaving like a ###....

Sir one we are online perchesing shoe on Flipkart delivery boy delivery to shoe... But sir company delivery wrong product then next day we giving to complaint...and parsel pickup
request to company other next day delivery boy unprofessional behiviar persel not pickup and calling to area manager he saying to area manager... Sunil vadile ... We persel not picking and he missbehev because we are complaint against area manager and delivery...

I have been placed an order on 9th of October and my receving date was 11th October. But till now there is no update about my order delivery.

I am really upset with the service of the Ekart.

Please do needful and update what is the reason that are holding my order. If they received my order in early morning.

Hello! I have a package to return and i file the return request twice but your ekart agent didn’t arrive to pickup the package! First time I get the pickup otp and he didn’t came and my return was cancelled and this time he is doing the same! I requested to return and get the otp for the day and pickup schedule and the boy didn’t came I called him and he said he will come tomorrow and next day I called he said he will come in evening...

No response and not able to deliver and rejected my delivery not even get to my address.
Not even doing his job for me one day waste by rotating around the gajuwaka hub....

We ordered a product through app. Got a call from delivery guy that he is coming for delivery but all of sudden he didn’t delivered our product. When we called back him he spoke so rudely as well as he said if we want our parcel then we need to go the office which far away from us.
He is asking for extra money for the delivery.
Please have a look as resolve this issue ASAP because you are losing your customers as well as...

Ekart logistics delivery boy Fraud with me, tell me give OTP for cancel a package but that is not cancellation OTP that is a Flipkart log in OTP and he log in my Flipkart account on his personal device and create return request of 3 product, and add his bank account and credit the amount on his bank account, and many more misbehave with me that's why i request you to action against the Flipkart wish master /Ekart logistics delivery boy....

I wanted to return a product i got from myntra, i followed the procedure as usual. But everytime your pickup boy comes he constantly denies to take the product he says the box is too big for him to carry and will take it afterwards and then he cancels the request and i get the message (the product does not matchh) this is the third time he has cancelled my request. I've complained about him on myntra too. But no one is doing anything....

Delivery Boy Call me for pick the order from other village which have 3 km distance, i asked bhai address to ghar ka hai to ghar de jao but he replied me bhai lena hai to yaha aajao Varna cancel kar dunga and finally he cancelled my order today...
