Ekart doing business with frouds to improve their number of orders and dealing with frouds and making profit.
Fouds are booking parcel with ekart and on cash on delivery product ekart delivery boy demands money of the product then while customer open the parcel he getting fake product
This business is running by ekart with their fraud friends and both are making a huge profit
I also got a delivery of cash on delivery parcel from ekart by docket number x[protected] and then found fake product this is very unethical practice doing by ekart and Mansifab (Name of Supplier) and Shiprocket Company

    The delivery was not attempted at all..and for the second attempt the delivery man himself selected that the order is rejected even when there was no attempt for delivery... I choose the option 1 for rejection call thinking that it was for the other order of mine...now my order is rejected...

      There was a Flipkart return with tracking id FMPR[protected], the delivery man has picked up my return and i also got a message that your return has been successfully picked up but on tracking it on ekart website it is showing out for pickup, why it is showing like this

        I had an important document to be received by ekart logistics on 21st December 2022 but today is 25th December 2022 but upon calling them they are saying they don't know where the packet is and seems like they have lost my package.

              I am Satish Kr Yadav have ordered Order ID - OD[protected] ADIDAS ACCELAR M Running Shoes For Men this item didn't delivered to me.One item was for return at same timing and same place delivery boy ask me for OTP with intention of fraud. I thought it is for pick up OTP but later I found this OTP was for my addidas shoes.He pick up (fort Collin jacket Order ID OD[protected].                   Hello Sir / Madam,

                  I have placed an order thought Flipkart which was shipped through ekart holding tracking ID of FMPP[protected], the shipment has been received at Hyderabad motherhub on 19th Dec but it haven't been shipped to my nearest hub as of now (22 dec) . It had been 4 days and the shipment haven't took any moment. Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          My order 2 not delivery but show delivered and recent 1 order fraud another country (italy) product 15 days long time for delivery boy loss my money

                          I’m raising this complaint against only on delivery boy wrost service.
                          The delivery agent / boy acts very hard with the authorized customer and orders the customers to bring the parcel out when they arrive at our place. He was very rude and if you wanted to complaint on me you could complaint
                          Very rude and disrespectful delivery agent from ekart, he refused doorstep delivery and asked me to take the courier from someones office.
                          during covid 19 i was given product from other country italy which can be very harmful for me and my family i have lost my money due to this fraud delivery
                          can i have my luggage or money
                          Strict action against ekart logistics delivery agent so that this type of fraud does not happen

                            FMPP[protected] I've ordered one produced on 13th Dec 2022 and delivery date is 21st Dec 2022 but my product is not yet delivered, and Ecart has reschedule delivery date i.e 24th Dec 2022 without any intimation.

                            I'm facing that type of issue 3rd time from Ecart. Im not happy with your service.

                              I had made a order in flipkart, which was suppose to deliver on 18th Dec 2022. I called the wish master and he said you have to come to office and collect the parcel however i have already make the payment for it delivery at my door step. Then on next day i got the msg that the parcel will deliver today but it didn’t, It was delayed by 4 days then on 21st dec i got the msg again from ekart that the product will be deliver today then i called the wish master and he said he will come by 4-5 pm i started waiting for him then he is making me fool my not expecting my call i tried calling him from different number he picked the call and said 1 min then he hung up the call later on no one came and he is not picking my call too. Its very bad service by ekart. I never had this kind of pathetic service from any delivery company. I will raise a consumer complaint if this will not resolved asap.                                 I have ordered a product 3 hoodie and got something else. Please look through this matter . I got frauded by your couriers or something like that . It was ekart to deliver . How can this be very careless without checking the product they just delivered . I want my refund.

                                  2. Delivery agent on Dec 19, 2022, confirms product in order, verifies exchange after scanning laptop and passing tests on his app. He then asks for a pickup charge of Rs.100/- in cash, however, the same was included in the invoice thus not paid.
                                  3. Delivery agent leaves immediately citing urgent delivery in near vicinity with promise to return within 30 mins, upon querying his contact number he mentions to connect on number provided in the Out for delivery SMS. Please note that contact of Ekart Wishmaster in the SMS is[protected], however, to my surprise, the number remained switched off throughout.
                                  4. Complaint lodged with Flipkart customer care with expected resolution date of 22.12.2022
                                  5. At 5 pm today, I receive message from Flipkart that Failed Delivery (verification failed) – Pickup item was rejected.

                                      Recently I ordered a cloth from myntra but now i have been facing a issue with ekart logistics. Because they didn't delivered my product it's delivery date is scheduled 1 week before but the delivery Agent didn't called for delivery. When I went to delivery office they said it will be delivered soon but didn't delivered yet.they behaving very irresponsibly. The product is very necessary that's why I went to office myself. Very bad experience...
