Madam/Dear Sir,
I have made a order from Flipkart on dated[protected], which was assigned to ekart logistics for delivery. The out for delivery date was[protected], but the order was reached at my nearest location hub on[protected]. On dated[protected], The delivery person called me to take the order from his given location (nearby 300-500 meter from my location) whether my address is at very known location and anyone can reach easily at my location. But he rudely refused to deliver the order at doorstep and repeating the word come and take your parcel. I was at office and the only person is my mother was at home, she is not well, facing health issue. So i request to deliver the order at doorstep, but he disconnected the call and intentionally not delivered the order (the only reason behind this to take revenge to me for not coming on his given address). I have the call recording of all the conversations. At night arround 8:30 PM, i got a text message for rescheduled the order, then i track my order from ekart logistics, and found that my order is attempted undelivered by 2 times.
This is not fare, is the ekart is totally hopeless or the delivery persons make it hopeless. Due to this kind of incidents, the brand image of Flipkart is also deteriorating, customers are turning away from Flipkart too.
I request to please take strong action against the delivery person, whether i get the parcel or not.
