I have ordered a jacket through flipkart app on 11 nov 2022 and on 14 nov the delivery done by ekart and I received a small girls pent which is used and damaged like old so I immediately return that product as complete different product received but from 14 nov to till 7 times return the product but ekart team not collecting pickup I dont know why?
The boy came just 2 time and he clearly denied to pickup. I want an explanation from ekart team why you are not picking this product as my return policy has been expired so I have to call customer care for return raise I am frustrated please help me.

      Since 1 week back ordered the product on 01/12/2022 on Flipkart and about to receive today on 08/12/2022, but the deliver partner kept on delaying the order, asked OTP and took the product for himself.

        Fraud, defective and used products delivered
        I am very sorry to inform you that I am unhappy with your service. have received a defective and used product which I haven't ordered. Also instead of three kurties, we get only two which were Rs.399. The quality of the dresses is bad and it is also used by someone. so I request you to get our refund and get your parcel back and action should be taken fast.

            Hi team,
            I ordered 8 set o[censored]ndergarments from top-wearsz.myshopify.com with cash on delivery worth Rs499/- and received nothing but a piece of cardboard in the package. When I visited the same site to apply a return the site was unavailable. There's a fraud going on and you're delivering it. I have a screenshot of the order which I'm attaching to this email. Please do something about it else I have to go the police department.

              I've ordered an item from Flipkart. There is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that Oops! There seems issue with tracking id : FMPP[protected]. Please try again.

              I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it.

                        We have order one courier via porter with ekart .on Saturday we received a message like today we will deliver but no one delivered the parcel. on sunday while tracking they are showing as delivery failed.worst experience in my entire life.
                        Parcel contains some medicine and clothes.

                            Tracking ID MYNR[protected] from myntra.com . Delivery boy is denying to pick up my product. He is making excuses by saying he is disturbed, will come to pick the product by tomorrow. And when I trying to call him isn't answering my phone calls. Please take a strict action against the delivery boy.
                            This is the 2nd time he is cancelling the order without my permission

                              With reference to Tracking ID - PTMP[protected], I ordered the Fasttag from PAYTM on Friday 25th November 2022. The same ordered was supposed to be delivered at Model Town by 27th November 2022 but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for this to get delivered.
