I ordered mammy poko pants of 48 pieces but I received mammy poko pants of 2 pieces and then I again ordered for replacement and when delivery boy came he categorically refused to take back wrong product and delivery boy refused to give my order citing the reason that how it is possible that you received only 2 pieces. Moreover, when my family member who was at home to receive the order try to share information about the facts, he said I don't have much time to listen your stories and ran away..Such a irresponsible, pathetic, dismay and harrowing behaviour of e kart personnel was never expected. Hence I haven't received my product yet even after lapse of almost one month.I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest before I go to next forum and I want ekart to take suitable action against such delivery personnel under intimation to me.Hoping to get my product soon

      I have ordered some products from Flipkart and and delivery agent refuse to deliver it my door and said if you want you order come here and get it or you will lose your money and threatened me your account will be ban or blocked from Flipkart soon.

          Vendor visited on 16.10.2022 but due to non availability he was advised to visit the next day and after that wrong status was updated on the website that "no response from customer end". The product was ordered as a diwali gift but such a pathetic service and false updation by the vendor has caused a lot of harrasment and strict action should be taken against the logistics department failing which i have to escalate the matter to consumer department

            This man is one of the most worst delivery boy ever, he need to learn how to talk with females, im gonna file a FIR against him, and Ekart 👎👎👎 plz remove him from the job he is not a good person at all, even he don't have Ekart id card

                FE has misbehaved with me and Not delivered to me RTO/Returns goods but they are marked as a delivered.Please take action against InstaKart Services Private Limited - Facility Name: CABTBarobishaODH_BAR_PL (logistics area pincode-736207, Barobisha) from many times facing like this situation, around total 296 shipment are not given me but marked as a deliverd, from this courier not provided OTC handsake service and not take to me any POD sheet...

                    I have been facing multiple delivery issues with Ekart.
                    1. Customer requested next day delivery - they marked it as customer refused. Then I requested re-attempt on the same day, they returned without re-attempting delivery
                    2. They are changing delivery dates multiple times. The delivery guy marked the consignment as undelivered without even contacting the customer.

                      Dear team ekart,

                      Greetings!!!

                      I have placed an order with Guniwar fashions.
                      And the order was placed on cash on delivery.
                      This website sent my order through Ekart logistics. The tracking id is SRTC[protected].

                      I received it today by paying INR 1741/- when I opened it, it was filled with some garbage, and when I called the courier person he said he can not help as he has marked it...

                      I had ordered a mobile on Flipkart and exchanged my current device. My courier arrived at Delivery hub Jhunjhunu in morning of 20.10.2022. I went to your office to pickup my courier. The delivery boy named Naveen in Jhunjhunu intentionally reduces the price of my old device without any reason, I didn't agree to the price and I left the office as I was getting delayed for my office. Then I called him in afternoon to bring my courier at delivery location i.e. Head Post Office Jhunjhunu. The delivery boy came to my location to deliver 4 another parcels to my colleagues but didn't bring my parcel intentionally. This clearly shows the intentions of the delivery boy . Delivery boy reversed the delivery status in your software and shows like article was not out for delivery today. Then I went to your office in evening & talked to manager regarding my courier & I showed him my old device which I had exchanged with my new mobile device. The manager has accepted that there is not a single scratch on my old device and agreed to deliver the parcel. At that time only, the delivery boy Naveen rejected my order intentionally and manager was not able to deliver my order at that time due to unethical practice by Delivery Boy Naveen. Then the manager asked me to request for new delivery date and told me that my order will be delivered to me at new delivery date otherwise it will be returned in absence of new request by me. The article is lying since 2 days at your Jhunjhunu Hub and they didn't deliver to me due to unethical practices by Delivery Boy Naveen. I request you to kindly take strict action against him and arrange to deliver my parcel to me today itself.

                        I have ordered an item on 12th Oct. But still not getting any update from delivery partner. While tracking on official website it shoes tracking id have some issues. Customer support executives have no knowledge about this. How pathetic is it.

                            It’s been 4 days, I find no response from Ekart people to solve my issue, the delivery guy in Ekart seems to be a fraud and after my delivery of product, he left his job and went somewhere

                              I have ordered the Product in Flipkart on 14th October and it should be delivered by 17th October as per Flipkart given delivery time itself but till the date not delivered or not given update, I could see product reached nearest hub in My location(Erode) on 17th October and returned back to Mother-hub(Coimbatore) without delivering or made any contacted me.

                                  I ordered Medicine from med esy on 6/10/22, they sent it via ekart logistics. I have not received the product yet, it got stuck in transit, and the estimated delivery date has passed.

                                  Irresponsible ekart. The order is in return to origin now since 27/10/22. I want my order to return to origin as soon as possible. For last 12 days ekart just marked the order rto and again it is stuck . There's no update regarding this .
