I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received my parcel, which was ordered through Flipkart and is scheduled to be delivered by Ekart Logistics. The tracking details are as follows:

Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]

Courier Partner: Ekart Logistics

Despite the expected delivery timeline, the parcel has not been delivered to me, and there has been no update regarding its status. Additionally, my tracking Id is showing that the order is delivered on 14 September but it not delivered even by 15th September, 2025. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the delivery.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue will be highly appreciated.

Despite being within the expected delivery timeline which is 14 September 2025, I have not received my parcel even by 15 September 2025 even though the tracking status incorrectly shows it as delivered. The Ekart delivery agent called me claiming he was at the gate and requested the OTP. Believing that the order would be handed over shortly at my doorstep, I shared the OTP. However, the parcel has not been delivered to me till now. I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with an immediate update on the delivery status.
