Hi Team - My sister placed an order from Myntra and the delivery agent called her number to ask OTP and said it was delivered yesterday evening. Post she was checking with us the order was not delivered at all. Your delivery agent asked for OTP and not delivered the order and in tracking app he mentioned as delivered. We are extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service and raised the concern with Myntra as well. I need your team to quickly address this issue. call us for more details.

The Delivery agent handed over the parcel to the Neighbours in next street. We came to know this after 3 days of delivery. so cancelling this ticket
