I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a fraudulent delivery made to my address.

I did not place any order, yet a package was delivered to my doorstep demanding payment. As I was in an office meeting, my sister paid INR 999 on my behalf. The transaction ID and payment details are attached for your reference.

The order slip mentions a “CoOrd Set latest dress for women two-piece outfit”, but instead, an old used saree was delivered (screenshot attached).

I request you to take the following actions to be taken immediately:

Investigate and identify the seller responsible for this fraudulent delivery.

Direct EKart/Seller to process a full refund of INR 999 to the original payment method.

Take strict action against the seller to prevent recurrence of such incidents.

Confirm resolution and share the action taken report with me at this email ID.

This matter requires urgent attention, and I expect a prompt response with a clear resolution timeline.
