[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Extreme delay in delivery | |||
I order a laptop from flipkart on 7th of august and was given a promised delivery date 14th of august. But my laptop has been struck at ludhiana hub from last 9 days and has not been dispatched for jammu yet. I am a engineering student, and without laptop i cannot resume my studies. Even i have already made a payment and now i cannot go anywhere else. I dont have even a single penny in my pocket. Please resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Company just gave me a new time frame for delivery, 7 more days from 15 to 21st august but still today i haven't got the product. Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
