Ekart Logistics — item not received/ canceled without notification

Dear sir,
I have purchased an item from Flipkart, order id-OD[protected]
Laptop of hp14q corei3 7th gen (8gb ram/256 ssd) with a price of 30329

Through ekart tracking id-FMPP[protected]
It was showed delivery date 24th, but now it is showing cancled status.. and no one contacted and attempted to delivery..

It was in no cost emi and now the rate is increased by 2000 rs.. from delivery side issue, im not getting the item..
