Ekart Logistics — very worst delivery service

Hi sir i am kaviyarasu i was ordered a product on nov 14 2019 prepaid method on flipkart online shopping today date nov 20 but still the product was not delivered not reach my delivery location they told the product was delivered on nov 22 how many days to wait for my product and this is a prepaid method order so they need to deliver the product before the date of they promised so please concern my issue

I had ordered shirt from website called thestylestudios.com and delivered by ekart

Order was cod .when I see deliver guy I trusted and given the amount

The product is fake .ekart has done a fake sale
So I want amount refund

In future I will not buy anything by ekart even Flipkart delivered through them
I have placed an order bearing number[protected] with PepperFry on the 15yh October 2021. The shipment was handed over to Ekart logistics as on the 25th of October 2021 with tracking number PFYP[protected]. When used the same to track the details it shows it is in the nearest hub since 28th October 2021. The shipment never reached me till now. It has been showing as looping between the mother hub and the local delivery but it never got delivered. Hope some one resolves this at the earliest.
