Ekart — Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues

I placed an order on 15/10/23 on the following web
portal- https://www.wrangler.in with order id. WR[protected] and the logistic partner is the ekart for wrangler.
My order was supposed to reach to me on 18th October 2023 as per the following sms message on 18/10/23. - Ekart Update : Wrangler Men's Millard%... with tracking ID ATOP[protected] from Ace Turtle, will be delivered before 9pm today by Ekart delivery executive (call [protected], PIN 285). Share OTP 530129 during the delivery as a part of our secure delivery process.
And now if I check the delivery status on the ekart portal using the link provided to me in the email i received, the status says- Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues.
The number mentioned above with the pin is useless and of no help. I tried reaching the customer support of ekart several times using the nos. & email address available on the ekart web portal unfortunately none of the numbers are functional and neither the email.address is responsive.
Please help and advice.
