Delivery of Damaged Item

On 15 Sep 2023 I had ordered a Microwave Oven Make IFB 20L Solo through flipkart and received a SMS with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com through Ekart Contact no [protected] PIN 136 on 23 Sep 2023, Delivery Staff called me on my mobile on 23 Sep 2023 around 11 AM being working day I was in office the delivery boy reached home and hurrying up for the OTP at home only family were there and they are not smart with the Equipment s technically so after confirming from him I passed the OTP to him and got delivered the item, When I came home and checked the item is damaged ( either it hit to some thing or some thing heavy fell on it ) the bottom frame is damaged and as per the manual a glass tray supposed to be there which might have broken so for not identifying easily, that broken pieces were removed intentionally when I tried for contacting him he was not attending the phone and afterwards switched off also
Now please make sure it was a planed cheating from the Ekart side so please intervene and take necessary action, or I may have to approach Consumer Forum/Court. Thanking You

Wrong Item Selected
I am writing to you to raise a complaint of wrong item delivery to me. I had placed an order for a PopBlaze Gurkha Pant worth INR 1200, and instead I have received a floor mat of not even worth INR 100. This is a case of fraud and I will not let it pass.
It is my hard earned money and I will not let it go to waste like this. I request you to kindly sort this on priority or else I will be forced to take legal help in this matter.

Yesterday I have received aparcel from ekartPAXC[protected], Order ID 26121961 Invoice no: PX2612191 paid amount 599. The parcel contains the old clothes and Tron clothes. I request to refund of this amount and take back the clothes urgently.

Order delayed after out for delivery.
I have placed order on Flipkart on 2 August 2023 and the product was supposed to be delivered my 10 August 2023. And the product was out for delivery on 10 August but I don't receive any call from delivery agent and the order was not delivered on 10 August after that I have not received any update about my order and today is 13 August 2023 and have I not received my order till now and Flipkart has not shared any contact details about delivery agent.

Ekart Tracking No SRTP[protected] has not been updated since 12thbMay. All my emails/whatsapp messages to Ekart are not responded to. Calls to numbers available are not getting through. I want Ekart to tell me the whereabout of my order with tracking No SRTP[protected] booked from Coimbatore on 5th May. I intend to file a Legal Petition upon completion of 10 days without a change in tracking update if nothing happens by end of tomorrow, the 22nd May.

We have ordered a parcel that was delivered on the very day of my relative demise..so we went there and told the agent to give it to our neighbour and a 500 rupees note were given to our neighbour as it's payment was a cod. The amount of product was rs 343 and the agent return our neighbour only 60 rupees and as she didn't know the amount she didn't tell anything to the boy..the day later we returned the product and he came up to receive that, he was pretending like it wasn't his fault and started arguing with my mom. And he said you guys pls don't order anything online.. how dare he? It was all his fault.. finally he returned 100 rupees and still chanting that I can't remember what was happened that day.. Delivery boy behaviour is very bad
The delivery boy does not deliver the parcel at the doorstep.he calls in the road .he says that it is not allowed to deliver parcel at doorstep from ekart company . delivery boy behaviour is very rude and poor.
