Order is not my

Yesterday I have received aparcel from ekartPAXC[protected], Order ID 26121961 Invoice no: PX2612191 paid amount 599. The parcel contains the old clothes and Tron clothes. I request to refund of this amount and take back the clothes urgently.

I have placed order on Flipkart on 2 August 2023 and the product was supposed to be delivered my 10 August 2023. And the product was out for delivery on 10 August but I don't receive any call from delivery agent and the order was not delivered on 10 August after that I have not received any update about my order and today is 13 August 2023 and have I not received my order till now and Flipkart has not shared any contact details about delivery agent.

Delivered parcel not according to order.
A combo set of 3 new shirts ordered by me.
But 3 old/used/poor quality shirts in the delivered parcel. It's not according to order. Company cheat me.

I tried calling the delivery guy but he isn’t answering my call. I have called him several times because I wanted the package to be delivered before 6pm(delivery date it 20th July today itself)

I ordered a smart watch pack of 2 and when I opened and made the unboxing video, inside the box we found one women watch which was broken and packing was also a scam because there are 4 different delivery person address inside the box...

Ekart Tracking No SRTP[protected] has not been updated since 12thbMay. All my emails/whatsapp messages to Ekart are not responded to. Calls to numbers available are not getting through. I want Ekart to tell me the whereabout of my order with tracking No SRTP[protected] booked from Coimbatore on 5th May. I intend to file a Legal Petition upon completion of 10 days without a change in tracking update if nothing happens by end of tomorrow, the 22nd May.

We have ordered a parcel that was delivered on the very day of my relative demise..so we went there and told the agent to give it to our neighbour and a 500 rupees note were given to our neighbour as it's payment was a cod. The amount of product was rs 343 and the agent return our neighbour only 60 rupees and as she didn't know the amount she didn't tell anything to the boy..the day later we returned the product and he came up to receive that, he was pretending like it wasn't his fault and started arguing with my mom. And he said you guys pls don't order anything online.. how dare he? It was all his fault.. finally he returned 100 rupees and still chanting that I can't remember what was happened that day.. The delivery boy does not deliver the parcel at the doorstep.he calls in the road .he says that it is not allowed to deliver parcel at doorstep from ekart company . delivery boy behaviour is very rude and poor.
