I ordered women's clothing online from a shopping app ELANIC which has several sellers, one such seller with whom I placed the order in October 2018 with the following details Elanic seller profile id : Sshekher7817 Whatsapp ph #:[protected] Place: Shahjahanpur When I showed interest in the sellers products and made enquiries on the product details and price, I was asked by seller to WA on the above number and order there . Order was placed thru PAyTM to his account for an amount of 3700/- with a promised delivery of the order in 4 to 7 business days. I waited and followed up for nearly a month but never received my order. The calls were not attended and there was inactivity on WA later. I reported the issue on the sellers profile page as per Elanic's site support but got no response/feedback or resolution lately. I almost gave up when I thought I should file a report with the consumer complaints cell. Hence requesting that the complaint be looked into so these fraudsters don't cheat on several of the customers like me. In this regard, I am attaching the payment receipt on Paytm that I made to the seller showing the bank and his account details. Thanks so much. Was this information helpful? | |||||
