Elder Pharmaceuticals — non payment of fixed deposit maturity

We completely understand your concerns and we wish to update you regarding the current status of the FD company - Elder Pharmaceuticals.

The Company is in liquidation since 19.09.2016. The matter was listed before Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai on 04/12/2017 and the subject matter has been disposed off. The company is ordered to be wound up as they are unable to clear its dues despite various undertaking given by the Company to infuse funds.
Liquidation procedure is going on against the company.

There is a process to file claim with liquidator officer. Clients can file claim under Form 66 (Duly notarized) in Legal Paper - Green sheet, with FDR photocopy (mandatory) and Court Fee stamp of Rs. 5/- to be affixed on the form.
You may submit the same to any of your nearest Bajaj Capital branch.

This is to inform you about the current status of "Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd - Sessions Court of Mumbai, Maharashtra-MPID Case".

Kindly note that the subject matter was taken up by the Hon'ble Court on dt 16/10/2020 for further hearing and compliance of the earlier order dt 17/03/2020. Since the Investigation officer was on leave, the matter stands adjourned to dt 07/01/2021 for further proceedings and compliance report by the Investigation officer.

May we know what is the present update of the court proceedings in the matter of non-payment of fixed deposits by Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd?

I made a cumulative fixed deposit No. C 76653 dated 12/11/2012 for Rs. 2 lacs due for payment on 11.11.2015 and have not received any repayment or interest since then. I am senior citizen aged 69 years and need funds for my old age needs and health care. Understand company is in liquidation. Where I should send my claim form and when. FDR no.76058 for Rs.25000/= is due for repayment on 14/11/2015. Even interest cheques has bounced back

I had invested in Elder pharma FD NO C79921 of Rs 35000 in 2013 and the maturity amount of Rs 43061 was due for refund in 2015. Due to liquidation of company till this date 2023, I have neither received my principle amount or interest. As per the requirement some where in 2017 I also had filed affidavit notarized claim form with court fee stamp etc. So far I have not received any communication or updates.
