I have been applied vote in guntur west of andhra pradhesh and the eci allotted voter cards i. E. Ndx1441807 name. Seetha rami reddy punuri residence at vidyanagar 1st lane, guntur a. P and my wife voter card no. Ndx1441831 name sirisha punuri and my daughters voter card no. Ndx1441849 name sai naveena punuri.
But in the verification of voters search the voter details not mentioned. I am still residing in the same address. It is my own house. I kindly request you to enquire i. E deleting of above mentioned votes and take appropriate action.

Sub: pin code incorrectly mentioned as kolkata 700017 in my voter id card instead of correct pin code kolkata 700020

With reference to above this is to inform you that i was allotted a new voter id card no. Xoa2656239 on 25-2-18 at bishops college polling station coming under 161 ballygunge assembly constituency of kolkata, west bengal. The address mentioned was as under :-

227/1a, acharya jagadish chandra bose road,
Kmc, karaya, kolkata 700017

I wish to state that while the premises no. 227/1a, acharya jagadish chandra bose rd. Is correct, the pin code mentioned as kolkata 700017 is incorrect. The correct pin code of the said premises is kolkata 700020 which is mentioned in all my documents including my aadhaar card.

In view of the same, i visited the office of 161 ballygunge assembly constituency at survey building, kolkata on 15-2-18 to get the pin code corrected. On inquiring, i was told that the pin code of premises no. 224 to 227 ajc bose rd. Is kolkata 700017 in the records of election commission and hence the same was mentioned in my voter id card.

As mentioned above, the correct pin code of the said premises is kolkata 700020 which can be confirmed with my local post office, lala lajpat rai sarani (Elgin rd.). To substantiate my point, i also want to bring to your notice that the voter id card no. Dwk1410489 in the name of my husband mr. Anup kumar agarwal mentions the following address :-

The pin code mentioned in my husband anup kumar agarwal's voter id card no. Dwk1410489 is kolkata 700020 which is correct. I fail to understand then how the same address in my voter id card no xoa2656239 mentions the pin code wrongly as kolkata 700017.

Please note that i sent emails regarding this issue to mr. Arindam mani (Regional electoral registration officer) and mr. Dipanjan dey (District electoral registration officer) but did not get any response so far.in view of the same, i hereby request you to look into this matter and take steps to correct the pin code in your records to 700020 and issue me a rectified voter id card accordingly.

Please confirm the same by a return email.

Sir i have filled four voter card registrations forms on site - national voter's services portal on 28 january 2017. The reference id of the forms are as follows-

Sir whenever i track these reference id on the site it always says application is under process till date. Please look into the matter as early as possible and take corrective action accordingly.

I have shifted my residence recently. New residence is in the same constituency i fill form and submit to the the aero of the area of new residence. Change address on the election voter list but new epic card i haven't received.

I have applied for voter id with reference id oyl[protected] around one four month back and still it is not processed and i need it urgently.

Voter id is so important for a citizen and it should not take so much time for processing, only making system online is not the solution to problems.

I am expecting a fast response in terms of processing my request.,

I want to get it processed as soon as possible.

With above reference in nandurbar city the election office does not circulate the voter i'd card till date they received card 10 jan 2018 they. When i personally go to collect my wife's card they told please collect card from your blo and my blo told i have not collected your form so you direct collect your voter i'd card.

Please resolve this query as soon as possible.

We (Myself and my spouse) applied through nvsp (Online portal) dated 06.12.2017 with reference ids (Ony[protected] and ofx[protected].
As per track status it is accepted on 29.12.2017 as per below

But still date there is no information about epic no for both of this.
Can you please let me next procedure with timeline?

I recently applied online for a new voter id card from Rohtas Nagar Constituency, filling the required form and uploading the documents (driving license for both proof of age as well as address and a passport size photograph). The BLO then called me and asked me to come to his office for the verification of documents, submission of photograph and signature, even though I checked online that the BLO is supposed to come to the applicant's home for such formalities. I went to the office to submit the copy of the documents (driving license, aadhaar card, MTNL Telephone bill) and photograph, but the officer denied the submission and asked to bring electricity or gas bill and class 10th certificate instead. I checked on the website as well as confirmed from the helpline that an MTNL telephone bill, aadhaar and driving license are valid documents for proof of age and proof of address. I would like to complain about the observed noncooperation by the mentioned officer here and irresponsible behaviour towards the applicant, and request your attention towards the issue highlighted.

Sir, my application for voter i'd through nvsp has been accepted & now its almost 1 most still i have not received any information regarding generation of my epic no. Or the name whether published in voter list... I am from assam & i want to know that how i will come to regarding publishing of my name in the voter list... Or the epic no. Of my voter i'd.. As i have applied through nvsp & plz let me know when will be the newly applied voters list will be published in the state of assam & whether i will be notified at the time of generation of epic no... As the panchayat election in assam is near & its high time for the new applicants whose name generally get published in the voter list... My self dr. Kamlesh kumar yadav did not found my voter id card till date. When i am searching on the election commission portal it showing with voter id number xgn1101484 since last 3 to 4 years but till date i could not receive the voter id card. I try to contact my blo and also on the tehsil level officers but no any positive response was obtained from them.

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for voter card change from one constituency to other constituency 3 months back, but it is status is still showing as "application is sent for blo verification". I urge concerned authorities to get this verification ompleted as early as possible and dispatch my voter card.

Please let me know, if i will have to take any necessary steps to get this verification completed early, as we are nearing the local body elections.

Sir, my application has been accepted through nvsp portal of eci on 29 dec, 2017.. But i have not received any epic no./voter i'd... My application was submitted in the month of nov & it got easily passed through all stages after every 15 days but after the acceptance of my application, i have not received any information regarding delivery of voter i'd/ publishing of epic no.in the voter list... Plz inform me when i will get the i'd or my name to appear on the voter list... Thanku

The elections in my state is going to be held this year and I am very eager to vote. A few days to receive the voter ID is fine but it has been almost a year and it still says it is under process. Will I ever receive it? Will it be after the elections/?

Its been almost 30 days.. But no updation in stages.. Generally the online procedure takes 30-45 days but even after 28 days my application has not been processed for further steps... Plz into the issue..
