We purchased refrigerator Electrolux FF 425L EBE4502C-S RINSTL 1S on 17/02/2025 from Croma store in Noida branch in DLF Mall of India.
The prime function of the fridge is to keep fruits and veggies fresh ., but we noticed that our veggies and fruits are not staying fresh after few days of purchase only.
we complained and Promptly a technician visited and after examining instructed us how to achieve better results.
After carefully handling the machine, we observed that the freshness and cooling problem persists in the vegetable basket area and the vegetables doesnt remain fresh for even a day. We again requested for a solution.
The technician visited again, checked the temperature inside basket and inside freezer area. He declared that the machine is working as described in the brochure.
However the problem of freshness of goods and 'insufficient cooling ' in the vegetable basket area persists and technician could not adjust the machine ' to bring sufficient cooling in the vegetable basket ' .
We therefore are of the opinion, either this machine piece has some shortcoming or this brand of machine has this shortcoming. In anyway we want to replace this machine by a satisfactory model.
