Dear Sir / Madam,
We have purchase the Electrolux Split AC[protected] from Vijay Sales Chembur.We had called on 25th feb 2018 for the service and service technician had arrived next day & told me that the gas is less due to which the cooling is not there.He told me that he will come next week.
I had call at your customer care and complained.The call was lock on 17th March 2018, BUT after repeated calls TILL TODAY NO ONE HAD COME

    I have purchased one Electrolux refrigerator single door 150 litre on 19-April-2015 from Om Electronics Rohini, Delhi. I used it almost 2 year Now its compressor not working. I make a complain to the customer care on Friday 16-Mar-18. complain no. is DEL[protected]. After 3 days and more than 20 calls of followups finally the service people came for service. As the refrigerator's compressor is under 5 yrs warranty. it should be changed free of cost. but still i agreed to provide a visit charge of 325Rs plus taxes. After checking it he was asking for 2230rs. only to refill the gas. Kindly clarify my issue if the compressor needs to be replaced then why i should give the gas refilling charges. This is under warranty and this is your responsibility to change it and give it in proper working condition. That is your duty to refill the gas after replacing the compressor and i will not pay any extra cost apart from this 325plus taxes which i already paid to the service people came today. Really worst service ever seen. no cooperation and good behaviour from your authorised service centre people. They clearly said its chargeable whether you do it or not. Kindly clarify my issue and replace my compressor on urgent basis. even the email also bounced if i subbmit it from gmail. "Electrolux.[protected]@pemail.in"

      Dear sir,

      I had microwave oven from electrolux i used it only 2 times in one month after that it became faulty i went to your service station at jamnagar (Gujarat) i gave the product them they said we will reply you soon. After one week they said your product is being registered for replacement and you got new product against faulty. And i m waiting for they reply for one month after that i went there they said your complaint was not registered i had all the conversation recording with your service center executive they cheated me. I gave them my product before one year now they not even give me my old product and talk with me in very bad language. Listen sir i now i am tired i give you 24 hours after that i will go to consumer court and complaint against you. My complain no. Raj[protected]. I also talk with your sales executive mr. Amit raghvani he is very third class person i had ever mate in my life he has no manor to talk with customer. This is very bad for your company that at least you have to reply customer in proper language.
      Kindly download the attachment i send you and hear it that how the customer is being harassed by your trained and reputed customer service executive.
      I heard that electrolux is no.1 brand of europe but i really feel that its better to buy product of lg and even videocon rather than electrolux because your employee and staff has no manor how to talk with customer so if you have any same kindly check this issue and resolved it properly other wise i will complaint against all your staff and electrolux.
      This all issue in india i am tired if you can help me to solve the problem i face, because it is overall the impression of electrolux group

        In 8 months time 5 time washing machine is been repaired and still its not working. Worst part is not getting the response from dealer and as well as from service center. There is a problem in dryer and its not been repaired fully. Never expected a brand like electrolux would provide such a pathetic services. Dealer is also not supporting. There manager is not even picking up the call. I purchased the machine on 09.06.2017 and model no. Is es-68-gpol and invoice no. Is kkt-6606.

          I have complained about my washing machine issue 9 months and from that date I am complaining continuously for the same issue. The authorized person will come to check issue and close the complain without resolving it. I have talked with head of the service department AHMEDABAD he has assured me that my complain will be solved within 15 days although my warranty period has been expired. I have audio recording for the same till date the issue has not been resolved and executive of customer care will tell I will be charged for the service as warranty period is over. I want to make case against issue I am facing

            I would like to bring to your notice a recent incident (18th – 21st feb, 2018) when one of the technicians, kailash (Contact no. : [protected]), whom we had called to fix the ‘start’ button on the panel of my electrolux microwave oven (25 litres) said the company normally charges 4000/- to fix the panel on the microwave, however, he can fix it if he caters to it privately at rs.2000/-.

            However, basis my conversation with the customer service center, they very clearly told me that the cost should be anywhere between[protected]/- to fix the panel. When this was communicated to the technician, he was extremely rude and arrogantly said this is what the charge is and wasn’t even willing to give us an invoice from the company. He said he will give us a warranty of 1 month (Company’s warranty is 3 months) and did not even give an invoice/bill for the expense of rs.2000/-.

            Moreover, the technician misbehaved with my elderly parents who were home at the time, which is outrageous!!

                  Hi, i have an electrolux microwave oven (Purchased in october 2011). About 2 weeks ago accidentally the door latch was broken. I registered a complaint regarding the same in your customer care, the technician provided by your service center was completely clueless about how to open the door in order to replace the door latch, and in the process he broke the plastic covering inside the door. He left the microwave in the same condition, and told
                  Us that it will take minimum 10 days to repair. The microwave oven which was in 100% working condition is now useless.
                  I had not expected such an unprofessional service from a reputed company such as yours.
                  Please help me regarding this problem, and make sure that such unprofessional technician are not recruited in future.
                  As my oven is not under warranty period, i request you to replace the damaged parts on your cost as it is not my fault.

                    Respected sir/ madam

                    I am using electrolux microwave past few years.

                    Its door lock was broken and hence i contacted electrolux customer care where in they asked me to call on toll free number[protected] and they arranged for technician.
                    A person named kabir (Mobile number :[protected] visited my home on 23/11/2017 and took the microwave with him for door lock replacement. He informed us that only lock can't be replaced and we need to replace entire door which costs 3000 rupees.
                    He also told us the we will get microwave after 2 days. And since then he has absconded.
                    The invoice which he provided mentions the name as "excellent services" and invoice number : 11714 with complaint number: 24811601.
                    He is not picking up call at all. He has also blocked me on whatsapp.
                    I called toll free number to get the status of my microware many times but they are simply avoiding me which indicates that all are involved in this act.

                    Can you please help me with this or forward my request to concern department.

                      I wish to lodge a formal complaint against your technician hashim khan who visited my place to service my ac (1st general service).

                      The complaint is - the technician was extremely rude to me. When he could not locate my address, he said "i am leaving and will send another engineer", in a very rude manner. I still did not say anything, and went all the way to pick him up on my bike.

                      This is not the way to behave with a customer.

                      Later, after service completion, he could not even stay for 1 min and said - "ac is on and i am leaving". I told him at least wait for 5 mins so i can check my ac. His behavior was quite rude and said "i am going". Is this the way to behave?

                      My other ac samsung's technician was so good and patient.

                      I am dissatisfied because of his rudeness and behavior. This is the reason why i have not sent the s code.

                          I have logged an issue regarding my refrigerator and got an appointment with a technician who has not showed up till now as am waiting since monday.
                          Everytime i call him he just provide the time for next day today as well am waiting for him since 10.
                          So now am not going to buy any electrolux product in my life and would recommend the same to my family or friends because of its pathetic customer service.

                          Back tray of my fridge has been broken and also side tray is broken I want a new part instead of that please help me with it
                          My Microwave was taken for repair on 11/10/17. Till date the mechanic is harassing me and is not returning my oven

                          He has been lying to me everyday saying he will bring it. Now he threatens me when I call him.

                            Dear sir,

                            Kindly find attached a video clip taken by me of the brand new electrolux ac fitted in my bedroom in the first week of june 2017.

                            As you will see, water is dripping from the front vent panel already, it's been hardly 4 months.

                            It has caused extensive damages to my walls (See video), and i would request you to kindly depute a responsible surveyor to ascertain the extent of damage and how would the company propose to compensate it (Preferably cash).

                            As regards the air conditioner, i would like a complete refund (Preferably cash) after this experience.

                            Never have we encountered such a situation ever with any of our air conditioners purchased earlier.

                            Attached are a few pictures too, which will add credence to my claim.

                              The control board of my range broke, i called electrolux for a repair service. Upon their recommendation, i called rods tv &appliance in riverbed, new york for an appt. The service came to my home removed broken control board, which incidentally does not allow for using my oven, which by now has been broken for over one yr.
                              Anyway, rods never returned the control board, which was to be send out of repair, since electrolux does not produce this part. I have called rods, they refuse my phone calls do not answer my emails and electrolux, this large universal company refused to help me. It has caused me near1000.00 hoping to repair this oven. Electrolux should be held responsible for my problem. They will do nothing.

                                I had bought a washine machine elita plus in dec.2015 which is still under warranty. On my complaint i was given the phone nos. Of the following persons

                                Nandakishore hakim and

                                However the last three person were allways not reachable. Once i got nandakishore hakim on linewho said he has nothing to do with the matter. Nitin ithape could not be reached as his phone was allways engaged or delibrately kept engaged. Now i do not know how to get the machine replaced. I am 90 years old and unable to wash cloths manually.

                                  I had made a complaint in june 2017 regarding malfunction of the washing machine. A technician attended the machine and stated that certain part has to be replaced. Subsequently, he submitted that the said part is not available and machine has to be replaced and for that order is being placed to aurangabad factory. He gave several dates, but the machine never came. I had called sandeep salaskar on [protected] who asked us to call sashikant jadhav on [protected], but his phone was not "reachable". I am 90 years old and i need the washing machine as i cannot do washing manually.
                                  The machine is on warranty period. Are they waiting for the warranty period to get over?

                                    We purchased an electrolux washing machine in 2015. About two months back it stopped working. We got it fixed by the electrolux service center. They took a lot of time citing that the parts take time to arrive from pune. The whole process took about a month. Shortly after that the machine stopped working again. I have been lodging complaints and calling them up but haven't been receiving prompt support. They themselves said that servicing machines under warranty is not profitable for them. I suspect they are taking so much time so the warranty expires, which it is supposed to in october.
                                    The staff is super unhelpful and rude and just keeps passing the blame around.

                                      It's been just 7 months since i've purchased the a. C. And now there is water coming in from the ac. On complaining the response message is quick but action taken against the same takes days. Moreover the technician has no idea of what's wrong.. After doing the second complaint there is this lady operator who is very rood. I mean what r u sitting at desk for? Bad service. Untrained technicians. Disappointed.

                                        Very bad service from electrolux, i really fed up by there service, not even fear of consumer court, telling me do whatever you want. My complain no.: tha[protected], my complaint is pending from 16.08.2017 and not get resolved yet, the customer care executive not give satisfactory answer and disconnects my calls and also from service center i do not get any reply they tell me they do not have any 25l microwave oven for your kind information i have electrolux 25 l convection microwave oven (C25k151. Bm-cg, black) and such big company they do not have any 25liter oven that simply they cheat me and they do not want to give me replacement of product. My oven is not working from last 2 month and still from service center i do not get any reply regarding the product. I am continuously following mr. Parvez ([protected]) but he also not giving satisfactory answer and telling me " we do not have product in stock you can do whatever you want, you can complain in consumer court. So please let me know what can i do, should i proceed to consumer court, reply asap.
