poor service support

Complain in regards to electrolux washing machine, one year old, stopped working, technician informed a part has to be replaced which is under warranty, its been more than 20 days and no response. Calling the manager but that bugger is not responding as well. The whole last week he had informed that the spare part of the machine is coming from somewhere, this week he has stopped responding

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against your technician hashim khan who visited my place to service my ac (1st general service).

The complaint is - the technician was extremely rude to me. When he could not locate my address, he said "i am leaving and will send another engineer", in a very rude manner. I still did not say anything, and went all the way to pick him up on my bike.

This is not the way to behave with a customer.

Later, after service completion, he could not even stay for 1 min and said - "ac is on and i am leaving". I told him at least wait for 5 mins so i can check my ac. His behavior was quite rude and said "i am going". Is this the way to behave?

My other ac samsung's technician was so good and patient.

I am dissatisfied because of his rudeness and behavior. This is the reason why i have not sent the s code.

Tried to contact company which is located at maharashtra. Pe electonics limited, aurangaba pin 431005 but. No response from the factory users number manu also. Tried to contact zonal office at gurgoan 122001 the result is same.

      I have logged an issue regarding my refrigerator and got an appointment with a technician who has not showed up till now as am waiting since monday.
      Everytime i call him he just provide the time for next day today as well am waiting for him since 10.
      So now am not going to buy any electrolux product in my life and would recommend the same to my family or friends because of its pathetic customer service.

      Back tray of my fridge has been broken and also side tray is broken I want a new part instead of that please help me with it
      My Microwave was taken for repair on 11/10/17. Till date the mechanic is harassing me and is not returning my oven

      He has been lying to me everyday saying he will bring it. Now he threatens me when I call him.
      Is this how they treat woman

        Dear sir,

        Kindly find attached a video clip taken by me of the brand new electrolux ac fitted in my bedroom in the first week of june 2017.

        As you will see, water is dripping from the front vent panel already, it's been hardly 4 months.

        It has caused extensive damages to my walls (See video), and i would request you to kindly depute a responsible surveyor to ascertain the extent of damage and how would the company propose to compensate it (Preferably cash).

        As regards the air conditioner, i would like a complete refund (Preferably cash) after this experience.

        Never have we encountered such a situation ever with any of our air conditioners purchased earlier.

        Attached are a few pictures too, which will add credence to my claim.

        Please have your surveyor call me - mazhar on [protected] before he visits my place (See vijay sales invoice for my address).

          The control board of my range broke, i called electrolux for a repair service. Upon their recommendation, i called rods tv &appliance in riverbed, new york for an appt. The service came to my home removed broken control board, which incidentally does not allow for using my oven, which by now has been broken for over one yr.
          Anyway, rods never returned the control board, which was to be send out of repair, since electrolux does not produce this part. I have called rods, they refuse my phone calls do not answer my emails and electrolux, this large universal company refused to help me. It has caused me near1000.00 hoping to repair this oven. Electrolux should be held responsible for my problem. They will do nothing.

            I had bought a washine machine elita plus in dec.2015 which is still under warranty. On my complaint i was given the phone nos. Of the following persons

            Sandeep salaskar
            Sashikant jhadav
            Nandakishore hakim and
            Nitin ithape
            However the last three person were allways not reachable. Once i got nandakishore hakim on linewho said he has nothing to do with the matter. Nitin ithape could not be reached as his phone was allways engaged or delibrately kept engaged. Now i do not know how to get the machine replaced. I am 90 years old and unable to wash cloths manually.

              I had made a complaint in june 2017 regarding malfunction of the washing machine. A technician attended the machine and stated that certain part has to be replaced. Subsequently, he submitted that the said part is not available and machine has to be replaced and for that order is being placed to aurangabad factory. He gave several dates, but the machine never came. I had called sandeep salaskar on [protected] who asked us to call sashikant jadhav on [protected], but his phone was not "reachable". I am 90 years old and i need the washing machine as i cannot do washing manually.
              The machine is on warranty period. Are they waiting for the warranty period to get over?

                We purchased an electrolux washing machine in 2015. About two months back it stopped working. We got it fixed by the electrolux service center. They took a lot of time citing that the parts take time to arrive from pune. The whole process took about a month. Shortly after that the machine stopped working again. I have been lodging complaints and calling them up but haven't been receiving prompt support. They themselves said that servicing machines under warranty is not profitable for them. I suspect they are taking so much time so the warranty expires, which it is supposed to in october.
                The staff is super unhelpful and rude and just keeps passing the blame around.

                  worst service

                  It's been just 7 months since i've purchased the a. C. And now there is water coming in from the ac. On complaining the response message is quick but action taken against the same takes days. Moreover the technician has no idea of what's wrong.. After doing the second complaint there is this lady operator who is very rood. I mean what r u sitting at desk for? Bad service. Untrained technicians. Disappointed....

                  Very bad service from electrolux, i really fed up by there service, not even fear of consumer court, telling me do whatever you want. My complain no.: tha[protected], my complaint is pending from 16.08.2017 and not get resolved yet, the customer care executive not give satisfactory answer and disconnects my calls and also from service center i do not get any reply they tell me they do not have any 25l microwave oven for your kind information i have electrolux 25 l convection microwave oven (C25k151. Bm-cg, black) and such big company they do not have any 25liter oven that simply they cheat me and they do not want to give me replacement of product. My oven is not working from last 2 month and still from service center i do not get any reply regarding the product. I am continuously following mr. Parvez ([protected]) but he also not giving satisfactory answer and telling me " we do not have product in stock you can do whatever you want, you can complain in consumer court. So please let me know what can i do, should i proceed to consumer court, reply asap.

                    Since 2 months we have complaints regarding refrigerator they have send service people which spoiled my running refrigerator also and till date have complained several time but no response they have taken money also and now they are sending us wrong sms to us that my house was locked so couldn't attend the company have given service contract to cheaters and company making money so after sale service they should close down indian operation if you cant manage it

                      Hi sir i am very much sorry to say i had very bad experience purchasing of electrolux washing machine from day one i was getting problems till date i am facing it in just 7 months of time it had been repaired there time still problems has not been shortout all the equipment are not working even pump is not working properly all items are in bad condition even person came for repair he also told it is company fault i need the solution

                        Purchased electrolux 1.5 t split ac one year back (April 2016) from vijay sales chembur, as soon as the warranty period got over the gas leaked and i was told an expense of 7000 towards repair. (In sept 2017)
                        Is this what is expected of a one year old ac??
                        Indeed very disappointed about the product i purchased!!
                        I request a refund for the product i have purchased

                          I have purchased electrolux 6.2kg top load washing machine on dated 24th apr'2016 through flipkart, till now it is being repaired 8 nos of times in span of last 1.5 years (Currently machine is under warranty). Basic problem of the machine is remained same till now since the first complaint.
                          Eventually i fed with the machine as well as the service of electrolux in my area (Jamnagar) in these last 1.5 years by repetitive repairs, also company taking min 15 to max 60 days for repairing each time, hence i may use the machine hardly 6 to 7 months since i bought.
                          Recent complaint i launched on 3rd sep with ref no: raj[protected], till now no response from the service department, i wrote a mail to customer care many times, but their reply will be the same as they will get back soon. Also i have called the area service manager and zonal service manager as informed by customer care, but their phone will be always busy or they put it on hold after they pick the call. Finally no other way than to take a legal help.

                            On 13 sep i placed complaint for replacement of handle that had broken. I was given complaint number pun[protected]. Today the service person visited. He refitted the old broken handle with larger screws.

                            This is temporary fix. The plastic holding the screws is cracked and will not hold. When i insisted on a new handle service person said he would have to place an order and it would take 10 days. He insisted on payment of service charge and gave threat that complaint would be cancelled if service charge was not paid.

                            I refused to pay the service charge and said i have placed complaint for broken handle and he should not have come at all without the new handle. I will be happy to pay the service charge when the new handle is fitted. I have written my feedback on the customer service sheet that the service person brought. Please look into this matter and arrange to provide a new handle.

                              This is complain about my new ac bought in march which has been not been repaired for the second time after the first time was not repaired correctly. There has been a delay for 10 days to provide proper services by svc service center and mr nawab. On repeatedly calling the said service center i am still to get service and repairs. My complain to the customer care was also dealt very casually with the phone rep laughing at my anguish. Shame on the people to recruit such shoddy people and repair centers.

                                Unfortunately i have bought a washing machine from electrolux from kanankandy sales from valanchery. Dealer. It is not working properly for the last 3weeks. Last week 2boys came to check the machine. They broke the body as they could not unscrew the body. They ran off without solving the problem but spoiled my machine. I called the dealer but they have no interest in service only in sales. I called the service centre but they said they can't do anything. I have to go for legal help.

                                  I want to know this machine dryer capasiter, what walt capasiter i have to use, because dryer get badged on side wall while start for dryer. Original capasiter value i dont know, by mistake i fix with more walt, so is it possible because of that high walt capasiter it's rotate very fast and banged on side wall. I changed mountings of dryer than also it banged, so i'm curious to know what's problem.

                                    Hi, i'm using fully automatic washing machine. Suddenly water is not getting out during dryer. I have raised the complaint on 6th august 2017. Still now they didn't resolve it. The service guy who came for service totally damaged that spring control and after that he told us that parts is not available and will bring it back in another 2 days. Now almost 2 weeks gone. Still they kept us parts pending. If i call custercare they are also not providing proper details. 6 to 7 times i called them and they said will send reminder mail to service centre. I don't know who will expedite further. Please let me know whom we need to contact further. Thanks in advance.
