Hello,
I am facing difficulty with your Service Center in Pune. I have logged a complaint on 9 Jan - PUN[protected]. One engineer visited on 10th Jan and he said some part replacement is required which will take another 2 day. Since then I am continuously following up with Service Center, but do not get positive response. It's 15 days now and still they say that part has not reached Pune. I also spoke to area manager Bharat at [protected] many times regarding the same. Reaching him is really difficult, his phone keep ringing but he doesn't seem to be attentive. The only response which I get from him is "I and not in office, I will inform you once I reach office". He is also not giving me next escalation point, so really difficult for me to get a move here.
Could you please help me in this case, and let me know whom from Electrolux can I reach to get my voice heard.

Electrolux India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Better u may raise the complaint against the company of your product instead of raising complaint against the shop where u bought it. I[censored] raise the complaint against company means they would react as soon as possible after getting notification. Also mostly in all companies expecting / accepting complaints from customers not from sellers
