    I have purcharsed electrolux split ac last year in april 2016 from the dealer called sabharwal Electronics NIT no.1 shop and it is a faulty product it has the water leakage problem and now it has stopped cooling in its first year it is only 11 months old now

    it is a very disappointing product just want to throw it away really a bad AC not worked for an year at least

    Can you Really provide an Assistance then please replace this defective thing ASAP

      I am a resident of North Delhi. This company (Electrolux) is very worst in providing service. I had purchased a split AC last year and since then despite multiple calls they are not responding for service except for once. The service engineers are inexperienced and rude. They would promise you to come on this or that day but never show up.

      Worst, Worst, Worst.

      This company only give you mental harassment and nothing else.

        We are continuously following the electrolux customer care team & Service team for A/C repair but unfortunately till date we are unable to get any person to do this activity.

        Also we would like to inform you that the service team peoples are talking in such a manner that we did a big mistake to brought this A/C.

        Now looking this worst post sale service i would not recommend any products of electrolux....

I[censored] raise the complaint against company means they would react as soon as possible after getting notification. Also mostly in all companies expecting / accepting complaints from customers not from sellers

          I bought this AC 2 yrs before and service is very poor and sending such a inexperienced person for the sake of getting service charges. This is 2nd time gas to be refilled and leak to be checked . Really irritating of product's performance as well as service . There is no direct service centre and no response even if we call.
          I was given phone number of service person Mr.Manikandan ( [protected]), but he has not responded my call even. Please help me to solve this issue.

            This Side Renu From Noida.I Have Purchased a Top load 6.2kg washing Machine of Electrolux before 4 year.that was always in warranty since i purchased it as every year i pay for warranty increase .

            now this year on 1st Jan 2017 i Renewed my warranty For last year .but due to any technical issues came into my washing machine its not working i made complain on 23rd feb 2017 after that a Engineer visited and took the Faulty part of machine for repair from that day he Did not come to replace the new part.he took the warranty slip's xerox also.

            from that day i am continuously calling ur customer care .they say that mam engineer will visit today or in 72 hours but no body is visiting .your customer care saying that my receipt is not showing on their warranty list. so ...is this the customer Duty or Fault that you have not done proper entry of slip in your data base.i can only show you receipt which i got after payment.you engineer also took that xerox.

            Is This the way your company is providing services to customer .Should I File the complain with consumer court then ur company will do work.

            Please Resolve this issue asap as am suffering from last 23rd feb due to your bad services.if you cant provide the good services so why you Renew warranty..please provide my money back or provide me services.

              I am using electrolux refrigerator from past 4 months and between that it already stop cooling twice. Initially the man was charging 1000 rupees to check it without doing anything and another 500 for next day visit. Inspite my refrigerator is in warranty period.Refrigerator is basic fmcd product.i am very disappointment thats it is not cooling again. Please its my humble request to take care of my complaint

                here am requesting you to kindly do some help me, i have login complain on date 20 dec 2016 complain no is-[protected], no one came to my house and they have blocked call twice by saying house lock. before the complain was log on 20/11/2016 complain no is-[protected],
                than how can i believe that your service is best. either you may not promise to do the services or closed the all these thing.am i going to make a complain in Consumer Forums . they will better handle this type of issue.

                  Hello,

                  I am facing difficulty with your Service Center in Pune. I have logged a complaint on 9 Jan - PUN[protected]. One engineer visited on 10th Jan and he said some part replacement is required which will take another 2 day. Since then I am continuously following up with Service Center, but do not get positive response. It's 15 days now and still they say that part has not reached Pune. I also spoke to area manager Bharat at [protected] many times regarding the same. Reaching him is really difficult, his phone keep ringing but he doesn't seem to be attentive. The only response which I get from him is "I and not in office, I will inform you once I reach office". He is also not giving me next escalation point, so really difficult for me to get a move here.

                  Could you please help me in this case, and let me know whom from Electrolux can I reach to get my voice heard.

                    I bought the refrigerator in 2010 .The compressor stopped working on 2016.We called the service person and replaced it with new compressor. Again the compressor stopped working in 2017 Jan. We have the complaint to the service center. They are telling that it is not a valid receipt and telling that the service center has changed from the previous center. At the time of previous service they charged 4500 red and said it has one year warranty.The previous service was done in the month of June 2016 and it is only seven months. As it is your problem you changed the service center and not ours how can you say that it is not valid

                      17-10-16 ko mene Electrolux microwave grill 20 ltr black colour bill no.[protected]liya tha jiske sath free gift(microwave utensils, recipe book, 2 bag, etc) bhi the lekin delivery ke time ek bhi free gift nhi diya gaya is liye mene ossi dinse kaii bar complain bhi kiya lekin is bare me koi action nhi liya gaya is liye aap ye microwave le jaee or mere paise refund kiye jaee. Mene jitni bhi bar call kiya mera call har baar hold par dhal diya jata tha or koi action nhi liya jata tha.

                        I have been calling up customer care and your area incharge Mr. Pranay Utpal on regular basis for this issue for almost 2 months now. This product sold to me has some manufacturing defect and has been utterly useless to me since day 1. I have requested for a replacement 2 weeks after the purchase which hasn't been processed yet! I am very unhappy with the after sales service of your company.

                          A 190 liter single door refrigerator has been purchased one month ago and it is not working. I registered my complaint and response code is R81819 & ref number is AGR[protected]... The concerned number of engineer recd through sms is not responding properly rather somebody is picking up call and using objectionable language. Pls check the matter... An incharge for service centre at AGRA by the name of ALI is telling me that it would be chargeable from company so it is better u get it done by me privately at half cost...It is very cheap behaviour. Kindly urgently check the matter..

                              I bought a electrolux microwave from snapdeal on 26-Oct against this order no [protected].
                              i didn't know how to use it. after that i call to customer care in snapdeal
                              last week to give me a demo of this product.Regardsre
                              *but snapdeal's executive told me that in your area this service is not
                              approchable. now its customer responsiblity to do call in electrolux to
                              give a demo. and after that i regiserted a compaint in electrolux on date 16-11-16 against ELUD[protected]. but till date electrolux's dealer or employee did not give me any demo. i did not use this product till date. i will not suggest anyone to buy this electroluc products because i am very dissappointed with your service. it has gone one month

                                  I am not able to get support/Help from your Electrolux washing machine which is failed under warranty.I brought one Front load automatic washing machine (Model Code : WM EF55VCSL-CME) and it is under warranty (extended 3 year warrant) I have raised complaint for the problem of spin and rinse.Ticket: EBLR[protected] --raised on 9th July …Follow up ticket: EBLR[protected] --raised new one again to get it fixed the issues ASAP. Service team came and taken the PCB to their store and they said after 30 days it is fixed but it cost around 2500+ initially ( in the month Aug) . I requested them to check the warranty and fix as it is failed under warranty only. After few follow ups, Service team requesting me to directly check ASM and GSM in Bangalore locations. I continuously chasing with them since 2 month from now and his answer is HO office should look them. I have called from cell on this customer care and it was charged more then 80 rupees since 2 month. I have proof of call centre data with time stamp. I would request to you kindly consider this is serious issue and respond ASAP. It is open around 5 month to fix a small issues, Now you can understand how bad service are the customer seen from you and your service team/ Electrolux in charge

                                    I purchased a washing machine from Electrolux from Vijay sales (Mira Road) around Jan/Feb 2016. within few months the machine was making loud noise during spin operation. The product is still in warranty period. On contacting the company with a complaint, after several attempts, a service engineer visited around the month of aug/sept and informed that the gear box has to be changed. Subsequently they have not shown any inclination to come and change the gear box. Now the noise is getting louder by the day during all the operations. I have addressed several emails to their customer care id but other than false promises of getting back to us, there has been no progress in the complaint resolution. At one point in time I was given a complaint number ETNA[protected].
                                    I want the complaint to be redressed immediately.

                                      On 12/12/2014 we have purchased one electrolux front load washing machine and now the spin option it's not working its under warranty. We have raised a compliant on 4th october and complaint no is eblr[protected]. From 2months continuously we r contacting the bangalore service centre people and still now they have not resolved the problem and every time the customer care service executive commits for the service same day. Now they are not answering our calls.

                                      Pls do the needful at the earliest.
