Dear Sir,
I lodged a complaint regarding Electrolux Split AC previously installed in my old house vide aforesaid complaint number on 28.03.2017 about non-functioning of the AC. The technician visited for the same on 29.03.2017 and informed that there is a leakage of gas in the AC and asked me to provide him the SCode. I did not give him the SCode as per the instructions, the SCode was to be provided only if the satisfactory job was done. At the same time, I spoke with the person available at [protected] and apprised him the position and also informed that the unit is also to be relocated to another flat in the same building. Then, he advised that first, the AC would be shifted and afterwards the gas would be filled in. I requested him to do so at the earliest and accordingly the technician came on 01.04.2017 and relocated the AC unit. I also paid him a sum of Rs. 1725 (i.e. Rs. 1500 + 15% Service charge). However, no receipt was issued to me for the same. But, the gas was still not filled by him about which I again made a call on the aforesaid number. the person available on this number informed that the needful will be done on 02.04.2017 positively. However, no person came for attending the complaint on that day. Again, I spoke to the person on the given number who in turn, informed that due to non availability of staff, being Sunday, my complaint would definitely be attended to on Monday, 03.04.2017. I also informed him that a message has been received by me that my reference number is closed for which he asked me not to worry about this. Today, when I again contacted him for filling the gas in the unit, he informed that the needful would be done in a week's time. I am very much unsatisfied with the way the matter is being dealt with which is a very sorry state of affairs at the end of the company like yours.
Electrolux India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
ihave parchase a refregrater electrolux brand and.after 1year defect in compresor. And ihave complant in costumer care 8april2017 but no action in my complant. Everyday call on costumar care.service center.asi. branch head. But no satisfied answer on their execute.
So i have request please solved my problem.
