Ever since we bought the Electrolux washing machine (W/D FL 9/6KG) on 01/06/2023, our ordeal started. Right from day one, the washing machine was working abnormally. We were getting frequent errors and the clothes were never washed properly. The machine use to display a lot of errors and the dry function never worked.
We raised numerous service tickets and they were automatically closed.
This product was delivered with defects and nobody from your side acknowledged. Many service personnel came, looked at the machine, tried something, and went without informing us. Our house has become a zoo and your service people come, see the product and leave. This has been happening for several months now. None of you got a clue on what the problem is. We are going through a lot of mental trauma and we are planning to go to the media, raise consumer compaints and advocate others from not buying this product and anything at all from you guys. You guys have zero customer support and lack technical knowledge to even identify the problem.
Why should we put up with this behavior?
We have been repeatedly asking for this product to be replaced. We are physically and emotionally drained. If you have some respect for your customers, please arrange a replacement or even better, get this dead machine out of our house. Was this information helpful? |
