[Resolved]  Aquaguard Enhance Filter — DAMAGED FILTER WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD NOT BEEN REPLACED,WORMS NOTICED IN FILTERED WATER

we have purchased Aquaguard UV Enhance on 30/10/2012 , Customer ID-[protected].At the time of installation the machine was found to be defective as water leaked from it and therefore we asked to replace it but it was forcibly installed.After few days ,worms and insects were noticed in the filtered water.This is with reference to Complaint No. 69537318 dated back in December,12.since then no action has been taken even after calling several times.
