Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard RO Enhance — Service not attended | |||
We bought Aquaguard RO from Eureka Forbes in May 2012 thru Direct Marketing ( door to door). The Sales Executive was continously nagging us to sell this product and was boasting on their wonderful service support. He was promising of excellent service qulaity all the time and was telling life time warranty as their was an offer in May 2012 for the company's 25th Anniversary. But in practical they dont keep us their service and even when we have registered our complaint with call centre on 13th oct 2012, the concerned officer promised to resolve the complaint with in 24 hours, but till now after repeated reminders none of the Service Technician called us or visited. We have been cheated by the executives who ever was incharge of sales / service and totally annoyed with the service. The service level is very cheap and disgusting. if the company is so lousy in servicing customer, its a shame on the organization with inefficient employees.
