[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquasure And Security System — BEWARE - Irresponsible Service Team In Bangalore | |||
Dear Patrons, Please beware of very Bad servicing of Eureka Forbes products. I purchased a AQUA Sure Nano more than 1 month ago and after several calls and follow-ups, the Installation Executive visited by residence in Cooke Town. The installation was done but the AQUA sure does not work till date. I have been calling up the customer care center almost every day for the last 2 weeks, the only response I get is that "We will have a person attend and resolve your problem by Tomorrow". That tomorrow has not come till date !! Similar is case with the Eureka Forbes security Systems. Nobody has come to install the system that i purchased and have paid for. IRRESPONSIBLE executives in the COMPANY and WORST SERVICE I had chosen Eureka forbes with an expectation of good service but their SERVICE IS THE WORST SERVICE !! Eureka Forbes — Irresponsible CC executive
Very bad service.I am making requests for last one month and they use to give assurance that the technician will come next day to resolve the problem.
nobody came yet. Each time a new caller executive and i have to describe the problem from the beginning.
Nobody is there to take the responsibility. Very irresponsible customer service team.
Also, they have dirty data. I logged my request on my name but they have there own version. I don't know, who the hell that person is. But they use to take only that name for my request.I have to invest some more time every time I call to let them explain who I am. :(
A company with good product and worst staff.

Buy a video door phone--EUROVIGIL (model no--HF B1) on )1.08.2009, they fixed the product on 2/8/2009 & I made a complain (no[protected] dated 5/8/2008 for refixing the camera position, several times I called the selling personel Mr. S Thapa (Mob No--[protected]) technician Mr. Sanjay (Mob No--[protected]) & Mr.Swastik Dey Hd.
