[Resolved] Eureka Forbes RO — very poor service | |||
I am using Ro water purififer from eureka forbes company since last 5 years. Regularly renewing annul maintenance contract since purchase. Since last one and half year I shifted in anand. When the due for AMC was there the person from yr company calling before one month only and visited home two times. After renewing AMC when I found problem of very delay and slow filling of tank I launch complaint at eureka forbes service stations base at anand contact no.[protected].three times . every time they are telling person wil come tomorrow. It is now one and half month nobody visiting and when I got the mob no of person who is taking care of my area .I contacted 8 to 10 times to him also .last week l told him that I will complaint in your company about this matter but there is no difference I dnt know why they r doingAMC just to collect money from customers and no service. Is this company policy now a days.? Its so frustrating even after paying so much in advance. Please help it or else we need to change the company. i paid check on[protected] and as the agents gone they dont show thear face up to[protected] then i called them at 3 pm but agent didnot recived/answered.then i called at office and said i want my checks back they said that you will not get the check back you have to purchase the machine i from ozar mig a small town near nashik call me [protected] for opinion eureka forbes service
Eureka Forbes RO — Complaint request not attend even after 48 hrs of compliant
Our customer id is [protected]. We purchased Eureka Forbes RO on 1st Jan 2009. The equipement is not working from 7th July 2009. We have given a complaint to their call centre (tel no.[protected]. The request is not being attended to even after 48 hours. We have purchase water despite investing Rs.8000 + for the product. Please take up seriously. I Launched a complaint on 18.09.09 but no service engineer visit till 01.10.09.

Eureka Forbes RO — Poor Service
I have been a customer of RO since 2004 under annual service contract and I regrate to mention that due to poor service i have to suffer a lot, every time I lodged a complain to local franchisee of Jaipur the engineers never came on a single call.Kindly take this matter at your kind end unless I will need to go to consumer forum.
