I had purchased an Electronic inverter from your BB Palakkad outlet about 10 months before, Now its got damaged, the complaint is "8Hrs backup giving unit is giving only 30mins of backup". I have registered a complaint with the authorized service center,but no response from the service center side, 1st time they had came and told that there is no issue with the unit and closed the complaint, but same complaint arise that night itself. Then again i registered a new complaint, till today i didn't got a visit or even a single call from the service center. Pls advice me what to do?. Product Details.
