R/SIR i have purchased hitachi split ac model no. ras318htdd from garg electronics sardulgarh on dated 16/05/2013 i am not satisfied from the product due to low cooling as compared to others the services provided by hitachi is very much poor as compared to carrier. plz replace the unit as soon as possible or get back the unit.
