[Resolved]  Philips India Induction Cooker — DEFECTIVE AND NON WORKING INDUCTION COOKER

DEAR SIR
I PURCHASED AN INDUCTION COOKER MODEL HD 4908/00 FROM UNIQUE STORES NIMBAHERA IN JUN 12 . I SAW I DEFECT IN THE KEY PANEL & INFORMED THE SHOPKEEPER FOR THE SAME. SHOPKEEPER SAID IT IS THE DESIGN , NOT THE DEFECT. HE ALSO PROMISED TO REPLACE IF ANY PROBLEM OCCURS & INFORMED THE RELEVANT PHILIPS PERSON. THE PHILIPS STAFF ALSO SAID HIM THAT IT IS DESIGN. SO NO PROBLEM.EVEN THAN I SAID THE SHOPKEEPER TO HAVE A NEW PEICE SO THAT I CAN ALSO SEE WHETHER IT IA A DEFECT OR DESIGN ,BUT HE DID NOT PROCURED ANOTHER PIECE. NOW SINCE LAST 20 DAYS I MY COOKER IS NOT WORKING. I SENT IT TO THE SHOPKEEPER & HE HAS ALSO SENT TO REPAIR AT PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE UDAIPUR. EVEN THAN I TRIED SO MANY TIMES ON PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE BUT CUSTOMER CARE IS REALLY FAKE . CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE TALK POLITE BUT DOES NOTHING. I HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT 3 TIMES BUT ALWAYS THEY SAY NO COMPLAINT OF YOURS. I HAVE COMPLAINT JOB SHEET NUMBERS WHICH ARE WRITTEN BELOW:

EVEN AFTER REGISTERED COMPLAINT I HAVE ALSO REGISTERED MY MAIL ID , MOBILE PHONE NUMBER & ADDRESS WHICH CAN BE SEEN IN REPLY MAILS FROM PHILIPS TP ME.
CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SAY THAT OUR TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT AT YOUR HOME EVEN AFTER CLARIFYING THAT THE COOKER IS GONE FOR REPAIR AT PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE.
I HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS TO ENQUIRE TO PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE , SERVICE CENTRE & DEALER BUT THEY ALL DO NOT BOTHER.
EVEN I TOLD THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE PIECE BUT HE IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING.

ALSO I WILL SUGGEST NOBODY SHOULD PURCHASE PHILIPS GOODS AT ALL.
PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM

this is saba naz from Gorakhpur,
I have purchased Philips induction cooker model no. HD4907 in march 13 from that time its not working effectively many times i complained but the service center ( [protected]) is not responding according to him it is ok but in only boiling of milk it takes above 40 min. when i showed it he said all inductions are working same but my relatives inductions of local company or of bajaj etc is much better than it. i contacted vendor against my complains he again asked him he said that do complain to company i will talk to them.
it happens many times & am not getting responses from philips now i am fed up of it
kindly replace it or refund my amount.
i am & my whole family is totally unsatisfied by it.
