Recently, a service engineer from Elica acknowledged the inherent defect in the product, further validating my concerns. Despite this admission, a replacement or suitable resolution has not been offered by Elica.
The continuous inconvenience caused by this faulty appliance has led me to seek recourse through consumer forums and other relevant channels. I believe that the lack of action on Elica's part constitutes a violation of consumer rights and a failure to uphold product quality standards.
I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt replacement or resolution for the defective gas cooktop. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure a fair and just resolution.
