they said I need to pay 6700
GOT CALL FROM elite service for data entry job.
Condition
1)1200 page in 8day with 90% accuracy
If failed they said I need to pay 6700
Now at the beginning they told I can do job for any duration of a day say 10/12 hour .BUT in email they are giving 10 am to 6 pm lot for the job.SECOND THEY VIRTUAlly insisted to confirm agreement WITHOUT READING IT.THE GIRL ON THE OTHER SIDE SAID THAT we are closing you have to confirm as we will not able to process i[censored] read and then confirm.I Was in need of money so I follow them.
NOW IN CONFIRMATION CALL THEY PUT RESTRICTIONS ON MULTIPLE LOG IN and time slot.
DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASON I SENT MESSAGE IN WHATS APP TO THE GIRL at 5.48 pm THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB.Yet at 5.50 pm they sent the ID AND PASSWORD.I also sent them mail to cancel my job .But no FINAL RESPONSE CAME.NOW they are asking me to log in into my account . BECAUSE IF I LOG IN IT WILL BE EASY FOR THEM TO TRAP ME AFTER 8 DAYS.I HAVE READ MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY HERE BUT SO I AM CONCERNED.PLS cancel my job and inform me.
Actually I applied a job in Quikr but i did in time but they are saying my QC report failed it seems and they are sending a legal notices from Gujarat court and they asking to pay 8500 rupees kindly please help me and I'm feeling very depressing about this .please take some severe action

Same msgs I have received from this company, blackmailing me for the money, pls take the action
8 days online data entry job - image to typing conversion contains 1200 pages salary 30000. But The agreement paper they gave me in Gmail. And it's is a fake paper Because I have no signature on that paper .And many more false agreements of the serial number of that agreement paper are going to be searched on Google. Kindly help me and please take action against him

On October 14, Bengalore due to corona I lost my job I searched for jobs in quicker I found work from home I applied for the same. I received call from pearl services saying form filling job salary rs. 30000 for 8 days. They provide 1200 form we need to complete in 8 days with 90% accuracy and they asked resume, voters id, adhar card and bank details. I received agreement copies saying I have to complete work within 8 days if not I have to pay 6900 as maintenance charges and for cancel agreement I have to pay 6700. I completed work within 6 days and submitted for qc report after 2 days i received call from elite services saying that your qc report cancelled and notice will be sent to your mail to cancel rs. 2 Lakhs as notice amount within 2 hours. I requested I am not paying any amount. they forcing by call lastly paid rs. 6910 taken 10% interest from friend. After searching in net I found elite services fraud company. So please take complaint against elite services and take necessary action. And refund my amout rs. 6910. I received fake lawyer notice from nimhaz. Prime minister state cheating the people who will help
They are harassing me too.. Do not worry about that.. Their agreement notice all are fake and forged. Do not panic and don't listen to them and also don't reply to their messages and calls.They will do all those things for some days..let them do that. U just filed a complaint in this website against them and can also in cyber crime website portal of your state. After that just ignore them.
Hie, I had applied for jobs in Quikr Due to financial issues in my family...I thought of Working from home and applied IN QUIKR ..on the very next day I got a Message, u need not to pay 0 rs . Then they asked me to send Adhar card, Photo, Number and two alternate numbers..I had provided unknowingly everything..After that they had called me and initially they informed me to tell yes for everything in verification call..I got an Agreement ..User id and password..I started to work, as I had some doubts I called them 100 times but they had not received it...Now after a week, Advocate is calling me with several numbers and threatening to pay money..I had paid them 6500..After paying that again he is asking me to cancel the agreement by paying 19000 ..Please tell me..Are their cases real one..do they file real cases against me..Please help..he will torcher me daily..I could not even concentrate on everything...Please help me.
This is a fake application and the lawyer is also fake just register an online FIR under on Report complaints related to cyber crime or online financial fraud at National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal https://www.cybercrime.gov.in of MHA - Ministry of Home Affairs and they can't harm to you if they came to your home imidetely call the police although they will no come to your home because they are Frauds.

I'm Riya from Gurugram haryana. I was searching for work from home jobs .one day I get a message from elite services with no registration fees .so I did apply there then from somewhere I got to know the company is fraudulent I denied to work before commencing my work time of 8 days but they didn't attend my calls and messages today onwards I'm getting a mail from a lawyer to pay a sum of Rs 78980 .
Today is 30/10/20. What to do next should I give them money or wait for the summon letter
They are threatning me too to pay rs 6700 +3500 or else he would file a case against me and i would have to pay 3, 50000 on court what should i do now ?
Block their number... dont respond to any of thier message or call... bcoz they are fake... no advocate no agreements... they can do nothing.. sooner or later they will be arrested
any one can help me by telling how they are solving the case those case are soveld plz tell me because they are saying me to give money to them what should i do
Relaxe they're fake their notice their case file everything is fake just ignore them ok

I work day and night for 8 day filling thos 1200 form . And the they told me thay my qc form had not acchive 90% accurate . I mean seriously . Amd few day afterwords advocate call le i had to play 7100 for reevaluating my work and made a promiss that ill get my salery for what i work . But that didnt happen on next day another advocate calle and giving me form i have to deposit another 28thousand more . Telle what i should do i cannot even tell my family about that i got scammed through online. Should i file fir against them or let them do their sheety work and sayed rip to my 7.1k rs.
File an FIR because they take our hardwork for granted they have to pay us penalty with our respective salary demand penalty with salary so that if they been caught they have to pay us by anyway.

And when registered Got a msg from Parth Patel of Elite Service Gujrat for Data entry(filling) jobs of 1200 forms for the tensure of 8 days on one of their Salary Profile softwares. Till all the process was happening on first day the employee were very decent and happily entertaining all the queries, but my good lord tried contacting them after two days for some queries these ### stopped answering the calls and replies... I have 4 more days to submit my work... So I need your suggestions whether I should continue it further or not.Since wasting my time nd energy...
