Hello..
This is the order no 85372 which was placed on elitify.com on 31Dec on the name of Shubhashish Mishra and for which i had contacted the customer care for the updates on the order but havenot got any information regarding if i am receiving the order or when is it going to
Get dispatched. Also having dropped three to
Four emails per day. There has been no response received. I did get a reply once from Bharti Suhag but after that there has been no response.

    I have not yet received my products ordered on 11th dec. The item were to be delivered in 5-7 working day . I have no updates regarding the order, i couldn't even track my order by my order no . It says order not found. I have also sent them a mail but i still have no reply from their side. I need a update on my order if it has been dispatched or not and how many days do i need to wait for my products. Highly disappointed elitify.com.

      This is with regard to Order # 80419 placed on 14/8/2016 . I'd received an obsolete machine after a month's wait. Post getting in touch about the same, I was promised a replacement. The Bluedart executive picked up the item from me and I received an email stating the replacement is on it's way to India on 22/11/2016 and will be with me in about 2 weeks. It's since been almost a month and my emails go unanswered. My correspondence has been with Mr. Rahul Bhardwaj throughout the process and all my emails of late are going unanswered. I'd like a valid response and my product with me ASAP.

        I have placed an order for a shirt for Rs. 10, 990 a month back. I have tried calling their mobile number which is always switched off. Also, send them at least 10-12 emails asking for an update of the order. I receive the same information which says order is still being shipped from US. Now the same email id does not work. They have completely cheated me on my hard earned money. I advise everyone to shop from them and if anyone has raised a police complaint, I would also like to participate in it.

          I placed an order worth rupees 6000 and got an email after few days that product is out of stock and money with given back you. These cheats don't respond to emails, dont share customer care nunber and have just eaten my hard earned money!! Never shop from them!!! I have sent a total of 13 or 15 emails till daye for 2 orders and just keep getting a stupid automated email but no real response. Bloody frauds!!!

            This is to notify that i placed an order with elitify.com on 3rd september 2016, it has been over a month and a half since i have received any response from the regarding the product.
            I have sent them multiple e-mails regarding the same and every time i receive auto-generated mail. the first mail to them dates 7/10/2016.
            Their customer care number is always switched off.
            Kindly get it fixed. i have spent an amount of 12, 000 rs above and i have no clue as to what's the status of my product.

                I had placed an order with www.elitify.com - order #78870 on 21 June 2016 which was cancelled due to non availability of products within 2 days.
                I had requested for a refund of my money, to which they had said would take 10-14 days.
                I had been exchanging emails with them telling them that I haven't received any refund even after the stated time however they kept giving excuses such as issues with the payment gateway or that they had been shifting their office and that the amount would be refunded soon.
                It has been over 8 weeks now, and there has been no refund. They have even stopped answering the emails. The customer care number of the website is also not functioning.
                It is not a small amount and the issue is worrisome.
                Please help me get my refund back ASAP.

                  More recently, there is no response to emails / creation of tickets via their site. The phone that is listed just has an automated message asking you to email them instead.

                  These are not low value products. There being no way to get in touch with the company is worrisome.

                      I had ordered Coach scandals order number:77545 on 1st May 2016, its been more than a month that I have ordered and I have not received my order. I have been marking mails to company which go unresponsed and when I call all I get is recorded message. There is no option to cancel my order or contact the company other than mail and mails are not responded. I am worried if I will ever get my order or refund from company. Pathetic service.

                      i started mailing them from 7th of august to know about order status but thy are replying as if some of the products was not available at time.after one month they replied its in the warehouse and they are waiting for clearance and will dispatch in the upcoming week.i ordered those products on 27th july.

                        I had ordered a toaster in november 2015. This never arrived even after a month. I called elitify and was assured it would take another week. It still didnt arrive. When i called them again, i was told they have cancelled the order and the amount would be refunded. There is still no sign on the refund.
                        its been more than month since they told me about the refund. I am still trying to call while typing this, no one seems to be responding. There is some serious fraud going on here i am afraid...

                        My complaint was fixed. My refund for the toaster was processed. Looks like the company does care. Mr Nitin from elitify called me and assured the refund personally and it was processed in a couple of hours after the call. i guess elitify is fixing the teething issues.

                          We have investigated your concern and all the conversation processed with our "Customer Experience" team.

                          Below are the observation we have come across with trail between you and our team:

                          On 28th Nov 2014 - We first received your Email stating the order delivered by you is not in working condition when you switched it on.

                          On the same day 28th Nov our team replied you stating you to check the adapter and other condition and voltage.

                          On the same day 28th Nov you replied stating that you used the American adapter and there is a manufacturing defect in our product

                          On 2nd December our team replied you stating you to check the other condition and also informed you stating that we can have your product repaired however the cost will be borne by you. Also clarified you since you have not used any adapter with the product we cannot proceed with replacement only repair is entitled.

                          Also on 4th December 2014, we communicated to you on call that we can get the machine repaired as the product was used without an adapter .

                          Since then your consent awaited for the further approval. Also refer to the trail mail attached for your reference.

                            I purchased a humidor from Elitify.com(Order No. 45924), they delivered a damaged article and completely refused to return, exchange or refund. On the product page the return policy clearly says 14 days no questions asked return and i made the complain in 3 days. Moreover the product delivery time was mentioned as 15 days and was delivered in 2 months. How do i report to Consumer Forum?                               This company elitify is full of cheats and liars who rob us of money and saythe order is shipped and will reach in a week and now it has been over a month and they do nothing but say its coming. They have the audacity to keep the money and say they are investigating! Bunch of fools together run this fraud company with fake products and try to steel from customers. Some serious action is needed. Their customer service people, Chave, Rahul, Nitika have all lied in their email communication and over the phone and i have the emails to prove it! I am going to court to prove that they are full of lies and stole my money and dint even bother getting back! SHUT THIS COMPANY OF FRAUDS!

                                I ordered a pair of boots for Rs.6, 995 from Elitify.com (Order #23398) on Jan 10, 2015. After the promised delivery date was over, I tried emailing and calling them repeatedly and was given vague answers such as shipement is stuck, boots are tailor made, etc. Fnally on March 9, 2015 (3 months later), I was able to cancel the order. They didn't even apologize or offer any kind of response on the whole ordeal. Now it's been more than 15 days and I have not received the refund either. Though the products look great, extremely horrible service and attitude towards customers show they have the wrong philosophy. Hope they learn their lesson soon.

                                  The dispute being that the online store named ELITIFY is a fraudulent seller. I had selected an item which was prized at 19, 990 and it was on a holi sale discount and was on offer at Rs.13990. But when I charged my card the entire amount of 19, 990 was charged. Further there is choice of cancellation or tracking given to the buyer. I have tried to call the number given on the site many times but only get a recored message and no response even after leaving behind many messages. Email complaints to ELITIFY also have gone unanswered. I have no idea whether I will receive the order and if it is going to be a genuine or fake product.

                                  My experience with this site is so bad that I don't even want to give a rating. There's no way to contact them and I haven't received any response except for the automated mail. I have no idea how to get in touch with them as I have already paid for my order
