This is with regard to Order # 80419 placed on 14/8/2016 . I'd received an obsolete machine after a month's wait. Post getting in touch about the same, I was promised a replacement. The Bluedart executive picked up the item from me and I received an email stating the replacement is on it's way to India on 22/11/2016 and will be with me in about 2 weeks. It's since been almost a month and my emails go unanswered. My correspondence has been with Mr. Rahul Bhardwaj throughout the process and all my emails of late are going unanswered.
